bought two phones off of this 'company' first one ...

bought two phones off of this 'company' first one was faulty and didn't even turn on, so i was told to send it back which i did and that was fine, so while that was going on i decided to purchase the same phone while i waited for my refund "14 day money back guarantee " which was also faulty so had to send the second one back swell. So i bought a good working phone from Amazon, no problems or faults. However i asked for my refund on the second phone on the 8th December, its now 15th January and they are completely ignoring all my emails and refusing to talk with me after being promised my money back in 14 days. Absolute joke of a company. Spend the extra 100 or whatever going elsewhere cause it really isn't worth dealing with these people. No phone number to call and no online chat advisor is ever available, Clearly have no idea what customer service is. Certainly will never be using such a embarrassing company ever again.
