Absolute disgrace!


3 August sent me the wrong phone - requested unlocked and they sent me a locked phone. They asked me to send it back which I did and they received it on 6 Aug. Sent me an excuse that they needed pass code for phone which I sent them. Told me a refund would be with me 10 - 14 days !! 16th day and still waiting. You cannot ever get through on the phone they only send generic emails to you. They have stole my money and now taking legal action. Avoid this company at all costs and read the reviews first
