Avoid like plague, I bought a refurbished phone back in October which turned out to be faulty and I had to send it back TWICE for the same issue. After the second failed repair they now want me to pay more money to do more diagnostic on a phone that they sold me broken in the first place. They are not quick (repairs take between 4 and 5 weeks not 48 hours as advertised) and do not even fix stuff. They are the cheapest around for a reason. I will raise a charge-back with my bank to get my money back.
