Quiet possibly the worst company I have ever used ...

Quiet possibly the worst company I have ever used to purchase anything from, I ordered a good condition iPhone 8 it came with marks on every corner and chipped back glass, when I spoke to the online chat they gave me a generic respone they probably sent to all customers, I asked if I could upgrade to a grade A and asked what condition that would be in, they responded with light scratches which is the same as a grade C this company is very incompetent, unprofessional and all round trash, would never use again and suggest anyone to go elsewhere.
