Took just over 4 weeks to receive my money despite me posting my phone promptly and there being no issues with it. Initially, communication was fine via Twitter but I was eventually just ignored when chasing the payment. The only reason this isn't 1 star is because of the customer support I received on Twitter. I have now received the full amount due.
