AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Terrible experience and would never use this company again. Ordered phone in August 2019, arrived late and was faulty. Finally, 6 weeks later a replacement was sent and that was faulty too. Requested refund which at first they refused then finally agreed to only after I had logged a complaint with the Martin Lewis "Resolver" website. However, they DID NOT refund me so I contacted my credit card company who provided me with a refund and who have now taken up the case against QuickMobileFix. They get one star because i cannot give zero star rating - as I said, a terrible experience and awful to deal with. My recommendation based on what happened to me is....AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
