I ordered a new phone 4 weeks ago and have still not received it. When I have been in contact with Quick Mobile Fix (via email as could not get through on the phone) they assured me that the order has been escalated and somebody is personally looking into the delay. Communication from the company is terrible and they have made lots of promises about delivery dates all of which have been broken. I would avoid this company, if it is not a scam it certainly gives that impression.
