I bought a IPhone 2 months ago, they were supposed to deliver in 10 working days, after 15 working days the phone was not ready yet, and they couldn t say when it would be. So because I had to leave the country, I cancel the order, fine. I m STILL WAITING for the refund, and today they say I might get the refund on 24 of February, this is 3 months after the purchase.
Update: at 24/02 they postponed the refund to 24/3
Unacceptable.
