DO NOT BUY!!! Ordered a phone which was broken and...

DO NOT BUY!!! Ordered a phone which was broken and sent it back for repair. They then informed me no longer under warranty and I would not supply my Apple ID and password, which they did not need anyway to fix a screen problem. After some back and forth they agreed to a refund. They STILL have not given me a refund even though they are now beyond the legal time frame to do so. I originally ordered my phone in September so this has been going on for months. I WOULD STRESS DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, they are a truly TERRIBLE company.

As the companies reply below said they cannot locate my order based on my name alone (pretty unusual name so not sure how this is the case) here is my order ID - ID192999. Now a week and a half since they said they were supposed to have refunded me, on top of the 14 days they made me wait since they confirmed the refund. ABSOLUTE DAYLIGHT ROBBERY.
