3 weeks to repair a broken screen. No communication throughout and had to keep chasing. to top it all off 3 weeks later they advise me there are additional costs. Be warned quick by name but nothing quick about the repair apart from to try and stick you for extra cost for diagnostics!!!
Can never get through on customer service number and staff generally unhelpfull!!
