Do not use this company!!
The customer service is absolutely appalling! You cannot speak to people on the phone, your emails get ignored and live chat always make promises they can't keep and just fob you off with "I'll escalate to another department" or "ill get back to you this afternoon"
They have had my iPhone 6s for well over a month, I've not had any update, no cash and I have asked for the phone back on more than one occasion but have been ignored!
Don't be fooled by the big prices they offer or the part that says "payment within 5 days"!
I'm furious and will never ever use this company again! If I'm not paid in the next couple of days I will take them to trading standards!
