CUSTOMER SERVICE NON EXISTENT, LEFT WITH NO PHONE!

Quick Mobile Fix had my phone first of all way back in march to replace my broken screen. There was nothing else wrong with the phone other than the screen was cracked. I received the phone back after the first time and it has a blue dot on the screen, this then progressed in the phone freezing and randomly ringing people. They said they require the phone back to fix the issue, so I sent the phone back. I then received my phone back and within 30 minutes the issue was happening again (but worse), I requested a refund, management said NO! So I sent the phone again... They in the end had my phone on four separate occasions and guess what I received it back on Monday 02/05 the phone is now totally broken I cant use it at all. Quick Mobile Fix have now issued a full refund however I have a totally useless phone... After speaking with Apple (who cant help as it is an imported chinese screen) they have said they have never seen such bad work, BE VERY VERY CAREFUL.
