All we receive from this place is a while lot of nothing. Send it to their email asking how my visit was and were they able to help then got another email asking the same question a few days later evidently left hand doesn't talk to right hand left hand didn't know that right hand had already denied me because I didn't have a 650 credit score which at the beginning of the whole thing the salesperson was told I had a 450 between and 500 and he still took us on a journey to try and find a motorhome that in his words sorry but we can't help you

Gabe was our salesman and he was awesome! We are pretty picky and precise as to the length and weight and we're on a budget so he had his hands full. He was so patient showing us unit after unit until we found THE ONE. It was out of price range but Pete made us an offer we couldn't refuse and stayed within our budget. Everyone was very nice and made us feel welcome.

We have a 16 yr.old student from China with us for a 10 day stay.
He had never seen an RV, let alone the inside of one. James Godsey, with Optimum RV took the time to give us and our student a tour of a really nice 5th wheel trailer, and also a small travel trailer. He could have been doing business things instead, but the fact that he gave us a tour was above and beyond!
Thank you James..we are future customers...guaranteed!!!

We were in the market for a 5th wheel and paid Optimum a visit in Ocala. We dealt with Tom Fiala there and we cannot say enough good things about him. He was patient with us, very helpful in showing us what they had in stock that fit our bill. He s a very kind man who s not pushy and obnoxious like some of the other salespeople we dealt with at other place (General RV). In the end we weren t able to reach an agreement on an RV from Optimum, but if you re in the market for an RV and you visit Optimum in Ocala, ask for Tom.

My wife and I are first time buyers, and we were completely taken by surprise as to what we did not know about owning a travel trailer...however the folks at Optimum RV had gone out of there way to teach us, show us and ensure we knew everything there was about the life of RV'ing.
My personal shout out to all the awesome people:
Will our sales rep, Hunter, Bree, Tabitha, Charles, Richard, Jay, Gary. You guys are truly a great group of folks and wanted to thank you from my family to you for the patience, knowledge and help you gave us. Outstanding crew! Thank you again. Rudy R.

My wife and I purchased a Heartland North Trail from Optimum, and we had a great experience. George, our salesman, was very helpful, and we didn t feel pressured at all. Upon taking delivery of our coach, Glen gave us a very thorough walk through and orientation of our trailer. We learned a lot, and had a great experience. When it s time to upgrade, we will right back to Optimum!

I recently purchased a new 2018 Forest River Artic Wolf Fifth Wheel. The camper seamed very nice ( as it should being brand new). Come to find out it had previous water damage before I bought it and within 3 days of owning it the camper it flooded in bedroom when it rained. They came out to fix leak because they wouldn't get me a loaner and 5 days later it flooded again. Customer service is poor on helping you once to take delivery of new camper.

We bought a used 2017 Road Warrior from Optimum and had a great experience. Our salesman Rich and Pete in finance worked around our schedule to close the deal. There were a few items that we noticed needed service and feared that it would take weeks to get fixed. The service department got us scheduled quickly and fixed all the items as we waited. Thanks to Jodie and Mike in service for getting everything addressed quickly so we can start using our RV right away. Special thanks to Tyler for working so patiently with us and making sure we had all our questions answered.

We just bought a Wolf Pack 365pack16 from Joe and ...

We just bought a Wolf Pack 365pack16 from Joe and couldn t be happier with the service. This Toy Hauler is a brand new design and it s hard to even find one.

I called Joe and he told me they had one on order. He spent the next few hours talking to managers and factory reps to find out exactly where it was in transit and when it would be available.

He promised me I would have the first shot at it. Joe and optimum honored their word. They could have sold it hours before I got there and made a deal and I couldn t have blamed them because I didn t put a deposit on it. It s rare to find a man of their word these days, especially when money is involved but it was there for me to look at and I m taking it home next week. I can t say enough about that.

When I got there, Joe had it pulled out, open, powered up and the AC running. This really allowed us to look it over, take some measurements and feel really comfortable that it was what we wanted while not sweating in a powerless unit that had been sitting in 85* florida weather all day.

Joe ran back and forth, called factory reps and brought Be his personal tap measure to make sure I got all than answers I needed and was completely satisfied that this camper met our needs. He made my wife and daughter feel welcome and even gave her a balloon and hour after we agreed to buy the unit.

If I ever need another RV, we will be going to see Joe at Optimum.

Service it a joke they have been out 4 times to correct the problems and now they have to bring it to them. It's hard to do as they live in it year round. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone

Bought an RV from this place & they switched my mags out for some cheap wheels that started rusting within a month. Also tried to milk me out of more money after the sale because Hoss wasn't happy with my trade-in. The rest of the staff was great which is the only reason its getting 1 star.

A little over a year ago I walked into optimum Rv. With having poor credit I spoke with a gentleman named Enrique. I explained my situation to him personally about the difficulties I was having to purchase a travel trailer. This location got me in a beautiful RV with no questions asked with their in house financing program, and also stood behind all of their promises. in which gave me a home to live in and establish my credit. Today I am honored to say with my good standings and on time payments with optimum rv , I just purchased a 2012 3500 Laramie. Thank you so much to the team at optimum RV.

Update to my review: It has been over a month and I have still not received my refund.

Wish I could leave a negative rating. Completely disorganized dealership. When we got tired of waiting for the finance person and left. Connor followed us to our truck and blamed me for making an appointment on a busy Saturday. We were there to finalize deal as trailer and price had already been agreed to. Was told our deposit was refundable. We decided the next day we did not want to business with them. Called Monday, Tuesday and on Wednesday got a hold of Dan the GM. He assured me I would get a refund. I called 8 days later and rob told me he could only refund the $100 because the $1900 was on a different card in my husbands name and he would have to do more research Both charges were on My card. I asked why he was just learning of this refund I was supposed to get. He had no answer. Can only imagine how hard it would be deal with them if I had purchased a trailer and needed maintenance

ironically, they told us they weren t in the business of keeping people s money if they weren t satisfied with the optimum R.V. experience. Apparently they meant keeping money for more than two weeks.

OK. So....the moment I walked into the Sales Office I was warmly greeted and was asked the proverbial question by a friendly woman behind the counter if I needed any help. I had looked at a Bushwacker RV beforehand and now wanted to talk turkey about getting a good deal.

I was introduced to Alec, grabbed a cup of coffee,a took a load off in a chair by his desk. He was very congenial and was willing to work hard to get me the best deal possible.

I requested a courtesy discount for my years of service. He excused himself to ask the manager if it was possible. After a quick credit check he returned with a written approval for a substantial discount from the manager.

I was so grateful and happy I could finally own the RV I dreamed of owning when I got the deal of a lifetime with very affordable monthly payments.

Thank you Alec and everyone at Optimum RV!

Sarah and Jason were very professional and honest thru the whole process despite my credit issues. I visited other dealerships that treated me poorly and were very disrespectful toward me due to that. From the time I walked into optimum RV I was treated with dignity and respect from the entire staff regardless of my credit standing. I would highly recommend them for your RV needs,

I just purchased my 2nd travel trailer from Optimu...

I just purchased my 2nd travel trailer from Optimum RV. My first experience was an epic fail, that was 3 years ago. It was, by far, my worst experience with a purchase. I received a call asking if I wanted to trade in my camper and we just laughed, they were convincing on making things better this time. We went in, reluctantly, and we now have purchased our 2nd camper from them. It was a much nicer experience and our sales person, SUSAN, was fabulous. She listened to a very ugly story about previous management, and found a perfect travel trailer for us. She was very knowledgeable, and knew the products she had on the lot, unlike the last person we dealt with. It was very painless and went very quickly. We picked up our new camper this past Friday, and our technician, Daniel Brown, was very helpful. He spent a great deal of time going over everything, ensuring we know how everything worked and the pros and cons of using all of the items on the camper. Very nice experience picking it up.

This new staff is much better, more knowledgeable and I appreciate them taking the time to make a terrible purchase 3 years ago, a great purchase today. Thank you

The salesperson was competent, but the finance manager was horrible. Young man comes to the desk wearing what looked like an old sock as a mask during the covid problem. We were both wearing masks so he knew we were concerned. He was rude to my wife, told her to calm down when she got upset because they would not tell us what the interest rate or terms would be until closing. Told us we had to do a 9 year loan on a $10000 used trailer. The 9 year made for a high interest rate. They said it didn't matter as we would make double payments to pay it off earlier. they acted like they were doing us a favor. I just got 10 letters in the mail from banks saying we were turned down by them. I have a 811 FICO score! If you buy from them, get your own financing before you purchase, otherwise it will be a nightmare. And don't expect service from them. They never return phone calls, and have never checked in with us since the purchase.

Recently purchased a 2006 Coach House Platinum 261...

Recently purchased a 2006 Coach House Platinum 261 SD from Optimum RV. Had three (3) tire blow-outs in a 10-day timeframe. I called Optimum RV and I'd been given the run around for months. They refused to make good on their product. I'd mentioned to them several times, by purchasing from a so-called reputable dealership and the vehicle having gone thru a complete inspection prior to final signature and turn-over I expected the dealer to stand behind their product.

A few months went by, but much to my surprise Optimum RV is now under NEW MANAGEMENT, a Mr. "Hoss" Roberts! Mr. Roberts not only sought me out, but made it his personal commitment to fix the former Optimum RV faux-paus.

He not only covered the tires I purchased, but ensured the promised repairs were completed. I'm all about second chances, when NEW MANAGEMENT goes out of its way to right what's been wronged. I'm willing to give them another look/shot. Thanks Mr. Roberts, you're a stand-up guy!

I don't normally post reviews but the service i recent there was 100% above and beyond. Mike Aldana from sales made my experience absolutely awesome. From taking me around to look at different trailers (sometimes twice.. Sorry Mike haha) to being there was i was hooking up the rv to leave. Mike and the whole staff will literally treat you like family. It's a very relaxed atmosphere, unlike alot of dealerships you will go to. If you don't believe it then go see for yourself! On an ending note i wanted to thank everyone at Optimum RV for the dedication and care y'all have shown.

We went to Optimun RV today to look at a fifth wheel that we had seen on their website and liked the floor plan. Our salesman took our information and agreed to show us the unit. We went out the back door to get into a golf cart. The first golf cart had no key, so he said he would go find another golf cart. After several minutes, he came back with another cart. We started In that cart, and it appeared the battery was weak so we waited until another salesman returned with a third cart. We went to the unit in which we were interested. Upon entering the unit, the floor was filthy. Dirt and sand was everywhere. The door to the bath was destroyed and pieces were lying everywhere. We asked the salesman questions and did not get a positive feeling that he knew anything about RVing. He said he always camped in a tent. He showed us other 5th wheels: one was missing the theater chairs facing the TV. Our total experience was that Optimun RV was totally unorganized, the units unkept, and the salesman not knowledgeable of RVing.

Campers under $20k all water damaged. Check your campers thoroughly. As we drove through many nice new campers had ONE front jack sunk in the ground so the campers were heavily lopsided. When I asked they said the guys who move the campers dont put the front jacks out correctly and when it rains they sink.....is that good for the frames to be stored so heavily lopsided? Place just didnt seem to take care of the campers there. We wont be purchasing from there...be careful.

My husband and I recently purchased a 5th wheel, the Optimum staff was exceptional, our salesman Ritchie Puckett was outstanding, with in a week we were pulling out with our new rv, Ritchie was there for us 24/7, very knowledgeable of the ins and outs of rvs, He made our first rv buying experience very non-stressful. We would also like to acknowledge Gary, our walkthru guy, he went over the rv from top to bottom with us, answered any questions we had with knowledge, definitely an asset to this company. And we would like to thank Tony and Rich Walls for working so diligently to get our 5th wheel hitch installed so we could make it to our destination before dark. Thank You everyone at Optimum for such a great experience, we will definitely refer this Rv company. Denise Gould and Terry Cooper, (Keystone Laredo)

Had been looking for a Retro for a few months. Saw one on-line at Optimum. Mike McCormack sent me pictures and I told him I was on vacation in NC. He was very good about answering my questions. We settled on an "out the door" price, pending my looking at it. It took longer than they stated to make the repairs that it needed, but i knew that it would probably take longer than they anticipated. All in all, it was an easy satisfying purchase. The service dept. did a great job getting me all hooked up. I don't know why they didn't fix the issues with it before I looked at it...... that left a poor impression.

We bought a 5th wheel wheel from them in January of 2019 after hurricane Michael destroyed the camper we loved. We bought the 5th wheel for our son and granddaughter to live in after the hurricane as they were left homeless from it. Today we traded off the 5th wheel for one like we had before that eas destroyed. Back to being able to have a camper for us and not for anyone else. We had some complications at the start of.the deal and we were very disappointed. The owner found out about our complaints and called us. He worked things out for us to our satisfaction. The sales and service departments were both very accommodating and friendly to us. A happy ending. Now to go home and clean it and shampoo carpets and load it up for.the weekend :)

Optimum RV consignment is a fraud. We were verball...

Optimum RV consignment is a fraud. We were verbally lied to numerous times and taken advantage of in the selling of our RV. The salespeople repeatedly called me offering to sell my deceased grandfather's RV. They told me our unit was in impeccable shape and that they could sell it quickly. I resisted but then decided to consign with them since they promised it would sell within a couple of months and we would get $41k when it sold. We paid the fee and signed the contract. I asked her where Optimum RV makes their money in the deal and was told that they don't make anything on top of the RV price, but instead make their money selling warranties and service repairs. There were a few repairs needed, which we said we would pay for, but then we never heard anything else about. Then, less than two months later, I was called and told very aggressively that our unit wasn't selling and that we either needed to come down on our price or come pick it up. I was floored and felt pressured to lower the asking price to $35k, which we did. Months went by and I didn't hear a peep. We told them numerous times that we wanted to sell it before the first of the year so we wouldn't have to pay for another year's insurance and tag. Months went by. After calling every month and then every couple of weeks, I was told they had a new policy that salespeople were not permitted to speak to consignees; communication had to be made through the new sales manager, Angie Taylor. I called Angie and gave her my story and told her my frustrations. Every 6 weeks, we were told the value on our RV dropped. In the meantime, I looked up our RV listing on their website. It was listed for $49,999. I asked Angie why it was listed so high. She said was "unaware" we agreed to a lower price and said she'd make the salespeople aware. A few weeks later, she called and said there was someone interested but that if we agreed to take $32k, the buyer would agreed and they could strike a deal. Again, I asked what the final selling price would be and how they would make their money. She flat out told me the selling price would be $32k and that the only other money involved would be the price of the tag and taxes, which all went to the state. I distinctly remember her saying that they would not make additional money on the sale because I was shocked. We agreed to the lower price if Optimum RV would take care of the needed repairs. She said that shouldn't be a problem. Weeks went by. I called once a week and then almost every day. Angie spoke to me once or twice and gave me quick answers about how the deal was commencing. Usually, my calls were never returned. Finally, after calling numerous times, Angie told me the deal went through and we needed to bring the title and get the check the following Monday. My father took the title to them the next day and also asked how they make their money. Angie said they make their money on the loan interest. He returned Monday to get the check and asked to see the bill of sale. He was told that was against policy and he signed the contract already. I contacted them asking what was the final selling price. I was told we signed a contract and agreed to a lower price. They wouldn't tell me the final price or even if they made the repairs. We were told on three occasions that they would make no money from our sale. We asked so many times because we didn't believe it. Now I'm being told that it's all in the contract. Nevermind what was verbally said, and we have no right to know how much they made from our RV, which was probably more than the original $41,000 we all agreed on. They knew we needed the money from the sale of the RV to pay for my grandmother's care after my grandfather died. They are liars with no ethics, they are only out to make money and take advantage of other people's misfortunes. STAY AWAY!

Not our first RV, but first time we've worked so h...

Not our first RV, but first time we've worked so hard after we sold that RV to get extended warranty and GAP coverage canceled and refunded. Our RVs evolved with our family, so they changed every several years to accommodate the family size. Other dealerships have refunded those extra (separately purchased and refundable) warranties within hours of request. It's been two months. We stood in their office nearly 3 hours to speak with "the only finance guy," to then be told to take paperwork home, fill it out, bring it back. We don't live close. Filled out paperwork there and left it there for finance guy. Two months later, and many attempted contacts on our part, still nothing. They think you can just pop in to fill out paperwork again because originals cannot be located. They don't return calls. They don't respond to emails. Most voice mails we were dumped in were full or calls just not returned. The kind receptionists attempt to assist, but the finance guy and GM don't seem to care. Have called the warranty company directly - they claim no action or inquiry from Optimum. This is approximately $3 grand of OUR MONEY that Optimum doesn't seem to want to give back. We will be filing complaint with BBB, as other reviewers have said. It doesn't matter what they may have done well or right along the way - when they won't give you your money back there seems to be something terribly wrong with the business. Read the other reviews carefully before you decide.

People there are nice. I got a notice that a rig of the design I'm looking for was at the dealership. I waited too long to go look at it and it already had been sold. If there happens to be a next time, maybe I won't be so slow. I did make sure to be on their list that if a similar rig comes to the dealership I will be called instead of waiting for the internet to notify me.

Our experience with Optimum RV was great! It began with our salesman George! He was amazing. Returned calls right away, got all of our questions answered and spent a lot of time with us to make sure we got just what we wanted!!! The sales manager Pete was so helpful and explained some important differences to us that also helped us make a decision. Our finance manager Dennis went above and beyond to help us. I have never had a better finance experience in MY life. Last but definitely NOT least was Jason. He did our walk through and I have to say he went beyond our expectations. Explaining and helping us to understand how to operate everything!!! This was a hugh purchase for us but I can say that all the efforts from the staff made it a very enjoyable purchase. Thank you Optimum RV of Ocala!!!!

My husband made an offer on Sunday, October 4th through an online option. It was accepted same day through text by the internet sales manager. We have been looking for a used travel trailer for some time, and this camper seemed perfect because we thought it might be better to buy from a dealership than privately. We stopped for a cashiers check on Monday, October 5th, and made the 3 hour drive over. We even set up insurance, expecting to be towing our camper home. We checked in over 5 times today. Before we left, and on the way. We were promised it was in good shape, without leaks, and all appliances worked. We were told it would be hooked up and ready to be inspected, and instead were driven on a golf cart to the very back of the property to find flat tires and an incredibly damaged camper. We were very specific with our questions, and blatantly lied to. Even after calling 15 miles out, when we arrived they still scrambled and tried to figure out who we were and what we were there for. I have attached the conversation through texts, the advertised photos and the supposed state of the camper, and my in person photos from today. If you are interested in how dishonest this company is, feel free to check out the pictures attached here. I would certainly not trust buying a used camper, as I would not trust what they will have fixed just to be able to sell it and then you end up getting stuck with the problems later. The manager finally came to speak with me, presented with a major attitude at first, asked me if I was recording the conversation, and threatened to leave if so. He repeatedly asked what result I was looking for, and how they could make it right. I told him that was for him determine, but he never came up with anything. After talking in circles, I left, and maybe shouldn't have, but warned everyone on the way out about their dishonesty. We were just looking for a worthy business transaction. We had the money and had handled everything on our end, including insurance renting a new storage space. We wasted the time we spent communicating and preparing, and the 7 hours round trip with our two young children just to return home empty handed.

we purchased a left over, new camper. we have had many problems with it. we live in it full time, which upon purchasing the salesman knew this. they have sent to us twice service at no charge, which was nice of them. But the service people did not fix anything either time, (the tub surround is not attached to the wall and was leaking into the bunks, the service guy put globs of caulk in top and also put a screw through the surround, in which they wanted to charge $165.00 each time. we have a problem with the gas/carbon monoxide detector, and are unable to turn the heat on in the camper, it has been in the 30's and 3 people sleep in the cold right now due to their negligence. The owner/GM Hoss actually told me to call another company for service. I would not recommend this place to purchase a camper or for service. I call almost every week for them to come fix all the problems, they ask your name when calling, then are either in a meeting, not in the office, or have the day off. they do not return phone calls. the service manager is completely unprofessional and has hung up on me twice. I could continue ... still waiting for a phone call.

UPDATE
after posting this review - Service called to fix the awning, they gave a day/ I waited all day, received a call at 1:30 saying they would be 1-2 more hours. after waiting that amount of time I figured they would not show/ around 4:30 - 4:45 they showed up at our house to do an hour and half job (at least). at this point it was time for me to leave to pick up my husband from work. it has now been 2 weeks no phone call returned to fix the broken electric awning which has been broke for over 6 months

UPDATE
our camper is filled with mold, every time Optimum sent someone to repair leaks, they never had the parts, now the floors are falling through. we have to turn in, not able to live in or sell the way it is.
STAY AWAY FROM THEIR LIES AND FALSE PROMISES

Never been to this place and NEVER WILL because of the way they have treated my niece and her husband. They got a used rv first and they were supposed to fix some problems but didn't. They went ahead and got a new one and optimum rv are trying to make them pay for both rv's. They don't have good business practices and definitely don't do the repairs they say they are doing. Buyer Beware

After web shopping for nearly three years, we look...

After web shopping for nearly three years, we looked at Optimum RV for the purchase of our RV.
Gabe was our salesperson, and he listened to what we wanted in an RV and showed us a selection of RVs that met our criteria. He walked with us through each step of the process and we are exceedingly happy with his service.
Finance personnel (Jim R.) answered our questions and offered a wide variety of warranty add-ons for our RV. He proved helpful and willing to make adjustments as we proceeded through the purchase process.
Eric, the RV technician, gave us a complete walk through of our RV and demonstrated key systems throughout the RV. He provided outstanding support for the walk-through and answered all of our questions.
The parts department had the extra items we needed to purchase and were helpful in securing the slide cover we wanted installed before we took possession of the RV.
Ms. Anna, who handles the title work for the dealership, provided superior support for expedient processing of our title and plates. She is a credit to the dealership.
There were a few minor issues to resolve. One of the decorative decals came loose while sitting on the lot. We requested it to be replaced and the service department opened a work order to have the decal replaced. Unfortunately, the decal did not arrive in time to take delivery, but was promised that a mobile tech would make the repair as soon as the decal arrived. The service department received the decal and called me to schedule an appointment to bring our RV back to Optimum. When we explained that we were told that a technician would come to our location to install they decal, the service person asked who told us that a technician would come to our location. We explained who told us the information. The individual said that they would call us back. Five minutes later that person did call back, but then explained that they did not send out techs to do that kind of work. Further, the individual said that we could either bring the RV to them or have the decal mailed to us so we could install the decal. We elected to have the decal mailed to us. Eight days, the decal is still not here.

So why the two stars? Our sales rep, financial rep, technician, parts rep, and title rep all are first class individuals during this transaction. The service department is not in the same league as the rest of the team. When the service department catches up, OptimumRV will be a five-star dealership.

UPDATE: Since Optimum ensured that their business with us was completed in full (and as they promised), we wanted to update our rating from two stars to four stars. A big 'thank you' to Denver who ensured that we received the promised decal before we left Florida. It literally arrived at our door a few short hours before our departure deadline. Perhaps in future dealings with OptimumRV we will be able to give them a solid five-star rating as they improve their service department.

Sales weren't professional and the lot was muddy. The sales person lied and told me they had a bunch of 40 foot 5th wheels to get me in and then they had one when I went in. Just not a good experience. Will be shopping elsewhere

Kent in sales was great! Service was terrible and after two warranty visits, decided not to go back. When we got back home to pa. We found our coach batteries were dead! No water so that has to go right back to service at Optimum for not doing their job. If you cant get good service, why buy there??,

Bought a used Class A from Optimum. Amanda McCormick is a terrific sales representative and helped us find the perfect motorhome in our price range. Their repair shop is also top notch. Had an issue with no key for compartment locks and they offered to pay for a locksmith to resolve the problem.

I would like to recommend Optimum RV and the sales person I dealt with. Caden Maynard was very helpful in showing me numerous RVs and making me feel very comfortable in the process, no pressure, easy to talk with. Good follow up to make sure I was happy with everything, I would highly recommend you check out Optimum RV and work with Caden.

Sheisters, that's for sure. Feed you a line and guarantees then back out when it's time to make the deal. What makes it worse is they tell you everything is the same as what was agreed upon, then make you drive all the way there to reneg. I would definitely shop elsewhere

Bought a road warrior from here for our daughter and sales people were awesome , but then got set up and had nothing but issues and gave optimum every chance to fix it. The service people don't know what they are doing or gets fired and no communication to the new service manager. Just picked up rv after 3 weeks of them working on it to having dead battery, didn't clean out refrigator after saying they would. This has been going on for 4 months now. Not a way to do business.

This is my second RV purchase from Optimum. When ...

This is my second RV purchase from Optimum. When I started my search we had a specific floor plan in mind for a specific reason. Heath Clark showed me many units and we finally came up with the one that would work for us. Then our plans changed right before the purchase. Heath went to work and found us the unit that we really wanted rather than the one we needed. The finance dept was able to arrange the financing that worked for us. When the delivery day arrived Mike was instrumental in making me feel comfortable in knowing our new RV. At the last minute I needed delivery arrangements which Heath was able to arrange in a manner of minutes. The whole experience was very positive and I highly recommend Optimum RV for your next purchase. Every step of the way Optimum does it right. Thanks for the Great Experience. Now its time to enjoy our Brand New Alpine.

I just left this place and I'm appalled! The sales...

I just left this place and I'm appalled! The salesperson came out and he shook my hand and my girlfriend's hand, introduced himself and got our names, only to ask us for our names 5 minutes later stating that he never got them.

We have a decent amount to put down on a camper/RV but the owner had the salesman show us some units that were in pretty bad shape. One had a floor that was visibly rotting away right as you open the door before you even step foot inside, everything was rusty and filthy, and it had a very strong mildew smell. Then he preceded to tell me that the owner had some, "rough" units that he'd be willing to sell us for $6,000 out the door. If this unit isn't considered rough, I could imagine the, "rough" one closely resembled a pile of half used firewood.

If this is the kind of business that is conducted here, I have no interest in shopping here and I'd advise you to do research before considering buying anything from this shady business.

Also, my girlfriend got an email every single day from this dealership harassing her about coming back in. Some of the emails are from Bob Gaber, who you will find a 5 star Google review on here from. So, to sum things up, they don't care enough to remember your name, they will knowingly sell you an unsafe and unreliable unit, and they try to skew their own Google reviews by posting fraudulent 5 star Google reviews but they're not wise enough to use a different name. I accidentally stumbled upon this review from recognizing the name from the constant emails so I can only imagine this is not the first time they've done this.

All I can comment on is the service department.

All I can comment on is the service department.
Unorganized is being kind.
They spend more time telling me what they couldn't do than what the job would have taken.
If my trailer had not been under warranty I would have gone somewhere else.
It was the manufacturer of the trailer that made things happen.

Don't fall for there through complete inspection on a used motorhome. They don't check anymore than what you can see. The exhaust had melted the gray water tank and the heater has been damaged. Guess I should have known something was up when they kept pushing the warranty insurance.

8 month ago we bought a 5th wheel at Optimum RV, our Salesperson was Wayne, Connor did the financial side, both were really friendly, helpful and knew what they were talking about. If I would decide to buy a new one I would go to them again.
Now we had a problem with our 5th wheel and after I read all the bad reviews about the service department, I can tell you, I was really concerned about what will happen there, especially when you live in your RV fulltime!
That being said it was such a big surprise for me when we came to Optimum RV. Of course we were super nervous and in a not very good mood, but EVERYBODY was super nice and calmed us down, ensured us that everything will be fine and they all took really good care of us and our RV. Paul the Service Manager and Keith from the Service Department have been awesome! They took the RV immediately and looked at it!
I told them about the bad previous reviews and they told me that they exchanged a few crewmembers. I can tell you, they are ALL super nice and very helpful. From the receptionist to the management, there was not one single person who wasn't nice.
So long story short, the Sales Department is awesome and the Service Department is very professional and helpful as well!

I would not give this place a 1 star!! more like -50!! This place is a Joke!!!! I would strongly suggest to stay clear from this company!! The employees are rude even the Manager Pete!! They don't get things done in time even when they tell you a time it's ready for pick up!!! Sales Rep Steven is a hot mess!! We contact him to order black out blinds took him weeks to give the measurements to the Parts department. (which she had to constantly to keep calling him for) We were suppose to get our camper Friday morning...Nope not ready and were told it would be ready by 5:30pm. We got there at 5:45 (we drove 9hours from NC to get our camper) When we arrived guess what!!!! still not ready!!!!! It wasn't done until10pm that night so we had to sit there and wait!!! Guess what the backup camera doesn't work and he was going to come fix it the next day!!! Well big mistake cause they didn't and don't plan to!!! Called and spoke to manager Pete and he is just as careless as the people working there!!! The only employee that was great was Dennis in the finance department and Toni in parts. Oh and the parts department is outside in the dirt and some had some concrete pads!! I mean it was so unprofessional. Also an employee made a comment how everyone in the office NOT in the finance department was talking about my husband and companies Status!! I am suppose to talk to the owner Denver Monday so hopefully he will do something about his joke of employees.

WOW nothing has changed in a year! I paid cash for a brand new 28Ft Rv from Optimum. The place was disorganized and chaotic at the time but our salesman was Awesome! Last Tuesday night our brand new Rv developed a roof leak. First thing Wed. morning I started calling (per our Owner's manual which says call the Dealership where you bought Rv for Warranty issues). I left three message and Ms. Debbie Reynolds (also a person I dealt with a year ago when she promised me a new surge protector as the one out of the box was damaged, and was actually replaced with the same one, but one part replaced). At 5:00 pm Ms. Debbie returned my call and explained their Service dept is backlogged three weeks. My warranty expires in three weeks. So she promised to call they Zephyrhills site and their mobile mechanic to make sure my roof would get addressed before the crazy storms we thought were coming in Florida last weekend, and before any further damage happened. She NEVER called me back! As a matter of fact, due to my previous history with not reaching her and her not returning calls I emailed her as well. The next day she responded to the email and said she would look into my concerns, but didn't connect I was the same woman she spoke to the evening before...and still hasn't responded with a date of requested repair. Needless to say I found my own Mobile Rv repair company and the problem was fixed within 24 hours. I will NEVER do business with Optimum RV again and I will be sure to tell others, SHOP ELSEWHERE. They do NOT stand by their business!

I would like to thank my salesman James for his patience and assistance in helping me to choose my travel trailer. There are so many to choose from but I gave him my budget and told him what I was looking for and he did a great job in finding the right one for me
Thanks James for all your time. You did a fantastic job.
I would also like to thank Hoss, I hope I got that right, but you know who you are for your patience and assistance in giving me the best deal. Two thumbs up for you. Thank you. And to the manager in financing, thank you for keeping it real.
It took me several hours to choose and close on a deal but it was well worth it to spend time with people who like to see their customers happy and satisfied. Thanks again to all of the staff at Optimum RV.
