My husband and I recently purchased a 5th wheel, the Optimum staff was exceptional, our salesman Ritchie Puckett was outstanding, with in a week we were pulling out with our new rv, Ritchie was there for us 24/7, very knowledgeable of the ins and outs of rvs, He made our first rv buying experience very non-stressful. We would also like to acknowledge Gary, our walkthru guy, he went over the rv from top to bottom with us, answered any questions we had with knowledge, definitely an asset to this company. And we would like to thank Tony and Rich Walls for working so diligently to get our 5th wheel hitch installed so we could make it to our destination before dark.
