Stay away from these con artists. Drove 2.5 hours after agreeing on a price and putting a deposit down on the camper that the salesperson said “locked in my price” just for them to tell me they screwed up and had me down for a $10,000 down payment when there was no discussion of a down payment. After they admitted their wrongdoing they did nothing to try to make it right. Will never buy from them again and will spread the word to go elsewhere.

They say it covers your walk through Inspection with one of their inept service duds.

They say it covers your “Ready To Go Camping” portion of the inspection. Again with the same Service duds. Actually it the same half-assed inspection. This is where you’ll discover no service or inspection of your unit has been done prior to your arriving. Sales will tell you the unit has been fully serviced. Bold faced lie!

I guess to them
“Ready To Go Camping” means you should go buy a tent at Walmart toss it in the RV and then you can camp using your new tent! Oh and you probably should get a Coleman Stove, Sleeping Bags, Cots and campfire supplies while you’re at Walmart. Most likely your Optimum RV will not be as functional.

My husband and I called Monday we saw a 2019 travel trailer had everything we wanted in it we had a salesman named Logan what a joke this kids was the biggest liar we had ever dealt with he was pushed rude we had put a thousands dollars down over the phone what a mistake (my fault) I put my trust into this company and was completely screwed they stole sway bars the receiver and hitch that was already in the travel trailer after saying it was included when we went to look at the trailer it was a piece of crap Steve told us they had ordered all the parts when we went to the service e department the had no record of any parts ordered we were under the impression according to the salesman Logan the trailer was inspected and in the bay getting fixed when we arrived the travel trailer was on the lot with a flat tire that was stolen out of the travel trailer and when we asked the suggest we purchase a new receiver and a spare tire the skirting was completely damaged all the way around among many other issues when wr asked to look at the trailer Logan the salesman was getting lunch he told us it was in the bay getting worked on but that was not the case it was being pulled off the lot with a blow out tire we decided at this point not to buy this hunk of shit I could go on and on but the bottom line is don't trust this place they said our deposit was refundedable but in fact I'm fighting with the bank for my money BYERS BEWARE THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS AND NEED SEVERE TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE DONT SHOP HERE!

The worst. Gave a 1000 cash deposit and after 14 days still have not received. I keep getting the run around. Come to find out the rv I gave deposit they did not even own. I've called so many times and they keep saying in 2 days. Still have not received.

Bought what we thought was new 2023 travel trailer. After signing, went and looked at it again, noticed the refrigerator was suddenly missing. Was told, "oh we had a warranty repair on another unit and took that one, we will put a new one back in". Well...that's not right. So..went to pick it up and yeah, there's a new one in there and a big scratch on the bathroom door...hmmm..wonder how that got there. Was told , "oh we will have warranty take care of it" even thought they did it. Still don't have a new door two months later. Whatever.

Spartanburg SC service group is unorganized, unresponsive, & techs didn't complete the simple job of hooking up two furnace vent hoses. One hose hooked up but I guess they didn't think I would check behind the furnace.
Called twice for information before making the appointment, I arrived and had no appointment. Service Manager EJ said they would take care of it and took unit back. Tried to charge me for 2hrs when they had it 45min. I had red mud in my unit and on cushions.
I called left messages two mornings in a row, had an online chat, sent an email to customer service. A different location called me back and assured me that someone would reach out. As of this review no one has reached out. I have called the credit card company to pull the money back. Have already lost a weekend of camping and need the unit again this weekend but can't go with no heat. I wouldn't trust them to do any more work. To bad because they are close and I would love to build a relationship.

Strongly encourage you to take your RV some place else for service. While the demeanor of everyone is nice and professional, they severely lack in consideration or communication. Zero follow up with anything. They will sit on your RV for however long they want. You'll get zero updates and, when you call, you'll get whatever they feel like telling you at the time you call. It's never truthful. I finally had to just go get my RV and say goodbye. They had it for over a month did didn't do any repairs that I asked for. I had a scheduled appointment too. When they handed me the keys, the house batteries were completely dead and they had to replace both of them. The exterior was a filthy mess from sitting out on their lot. I don't store my RV in this manner. I ended up taking the work to someone else. They don't seem to care if whether or not they do the work or not. I don't understand how they stay in business. Look up the BBB complaints and they are pages long. During the purchasing process, they dinged my credit 4 times which tanked my score right in front of me. I had a credit score of 825 and when they were done, it was just under 800. They charged almost 2000.00 for inspection which didn't amount to anything. The water pump failed night one, the fridge wouldn't cool, and there was water damage under the sink. One of the workers confided in me that the guy who did the inspection was fired and was probably in jail. That didn't leave me confident that anything was done never mind done right. I've washed my hands of this place. There are better dealers out there. You've been warned.

Optimum RV sucks

More experienced personnel and better lenders, do not keep anyone else sitting in the office for hours with the promise of a sale based on information provided, just to tell them s.o.l. without any real solution,ie. More proof of other income , more money down And with a BS reason like my wife needs a job . Walked in with a possible $20,000 down payment and an extra $1,500 monthly income yet to be discussed because I was told that what I provided was sufficient and I am a very private individual about my way of earning a living. Go to Camping World, paid a little more but left with a camper same day 😁

Bought an RV at the show was told 6-8 weeks. 1st trailer got a bad blow out was told that no repairs to the carriage were needed only a new rim. Showed up a few hours before we were suppose to drive it home (3 hours away). When we walked back to service without checking in we found it in paint. Paint as in being sprayed with rattle cans. The service worker assured us we wouldn't be able to tell. So when 4pm came around we went to look it over as they were going to have us sign paperwork without looking at it. Well it looked like crap! I was upset that they wasted our day and would miss our 1st camping trip. Even more mad they lied. They agreed to order the original camper back that was in production. Only to get it way after 8 weeks and him promising to have it in plenty of time for what was suppose to be our second trip. Needless to say it showed up 2 hours before. This caused for us to forget all kinds of stuff.

I have to be honest when my wife and I first started looking for a new travel trailer we did a lot of research on what floorplan and make we really wanted. We went to several dealerships and ended up here at Optimum RV. After spending the afternoon with Tom and Pete we went home to discuss whether or not we were going to purchase the trailer from that location. We went on Google and research the reviews and it seemed like they had a lot of problems with their Service department. I called back the next day and had a great conversation with Pete and he let me know that they had many changes a few months back with the service department and that they would guarantee a five-star service treatment if we purchased the Trailer from them. A Couple days later I went in and met with Gabe and Pete. They took me to the service department introduced me to Charlie. We went over the trailer that I was thinking about purchasing. after spending a few hours with Pete, Gabe and Charlie I felt extremely comfortable in purchasing my new travel trailer from them. I can honestly say if I could give them more than five stars I would, from start to finish it was an extremely no hassle, no pushy sales person, very simple sales process. When they serviced and prepped my Trailer, again if I could give Charlie more than five stars I would. From servicing the trailer to educating me on everything I needed to know, putting in a break switch controller, hooking up my New trailer hitch it was a great experience. I would refer anybody to this dealership and look forward to when I m ready for a new again on going back. Thanks again to Pete, Tom, Gabe and Charlie ! if you ask me to rate them with a report card I would give them an A+ in every column.

We were on our way to getting the camper of our dreams. Working with the sales manager, we thought everything was ok. Even though the first day we could talk to someone and the second, they only responded to us via texts and emails. We ended up getting full financing on the camper. Were scheduled to come in to do paperwork, after everything, only to find out they sold it right out from under us and never had the decency to tell us or the sales person we finally were able to work with. Very unprofessional , we wound up buying from a different dealer. Thier response was that they were a high volume rv dealer. This coming from the sales manager. I guess the customer is the last one they care about as long as they are selling. We witnessed this first hand. Do yourself a favor and go to a place that puts the customer first.

Our experience with Optimum RV was truly a pleasure beginning to end. Our salesman Gabe was very professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, and worked very hard for our deal. He was above and beyond our expectations. With the combined efforts of Gabe and Connor on the sales end, Jim in finance, and Dawn and Chuck on the delivery end, we had a truly remarkable transaction! We will be recommending Optimum RV to our fellow campers!

A big thank you to the service staff at Optimum RV. Especially service writer Jason Riley who worked our camper in when we were in a pinch, and service techs Jeremy and Jason for the timely repair on our travel trailer. Optimum told us when we bought our RV, that if anything went wrong with our RV after we bought it, they'd work our RV in for a quick repair. It's nice to see a company who honor's it's word.

We are so thankful that we found Optimum RV when we did. Optimum showed us a much better deal, service and quality than what we had dealt with at a previous dealship. We could not be happier with the 2016 Sporttrek 270VBH! It was exactly what we wanted with out having to compromise or settle on something else.

The staff was wonderful and very knowledgeable and informative. AnneMarie spent many hours with us. I wouldn't call her a sales person, but more of a wonderful individual with a friendly, guiding, helping hand that made sure we loved the camper that we took home.

We can't thank everyone at Optimum RV enough. Wonderful place and will be recomending them to family and friends.

If I could give negative stars I would - we brought our rv down here after receiving a call stating they d buy it but once we came they said oh that person doesn t have the authority to do that - long story short - we left it on consignment- after six months of hearing nothing we decided to pick it up. We arrived and the tow kit that went with the rv was missing with a cheap shoddy replacement and the spare tire cover was missing. They replaced the tow kit to our original. I would not recommend Optimum RV - pass the buck and blame it on someone else seems to be the decisions done here. Go somewhere else if your looking for an honest rv dealership.

Great experience on the purchase of our first RV! Gabe helped us from beginning to end. We came in with a budget and he was able to make it happen. Very professional and easy going experience. We never Felt rushed or pressured, Gabe took his time and showed us different type campers within our price range. He listened and responded to every question we had, he was patient and made this a fun experience. I would most definitely recommend Gabe. He went above and beyond our expectations!

Our sales rep, Debra, was extremely helpful. We walked in and told her the specifics that we were looking for in a camper and our price range. She made a list of campers to show us and we bought the second one! Our finance advisor was informative and gave us tips about our insurance. When we went to pick it up, Matt showed us how to operate the entire camper. He didn t skip a step and was awesome at his job! I highly recommend Optimum RV in Ocala!

I purchased a travel trailer from Optimum RV, and am very happy with my purchase. Our sale rep Gabe walked us through every step and was most helpful. We have already used it out of state it for about a week. (avoiding Hurricane Dorian). There have been no major issues, and all the systems worked flawlessly. I would buy again from Optimum when it is time to upgrade.

8/4/2020 experience: Will Heath was a pleasant sales person. Things we noticed while we were there: Website is not an accurate source for inventory.

The financing is shady and one prospective buy asked for the bottom dollar they refused to provide it he got mad rightfully so and walked out. I refused to let our credit be ran and they can give me rough estimates. They didn t like that at all. I couldn t wrap my head around paying only 10k less for a 2 year old unit compared to the exact same thing new. They would not negotiate a price at all. Watch all the hidden fees they don t disclose either.

They Didn t like the idea of getting a private inspection prior to purchasing the unit. Made sure to let me know it does not assist in negotiation and they also do their own inspection. Wasn t interested in that just wanted independent eyes so I knew exactly what I was getting into. I wouldn t buy a house and expect the home owner to disclose everything and I don t expect them to be completely honest either.

We watched them drag a unit with slides out and the support feet out while moving the unit through their lot. We now know why most the feet were excessively covered with dirt please don t let them convince you it s rain doing that.

There s no organization to their storage methods so looking independently and stress free would be virtually impossible. We ve been to several other locations that allow you to go and investigate yourself without the pressure of a sales team member.

They are in the middle of doing something not sure what but they are moving lots of dirt around.

The units themselves (at least the two he would show us) weren t exactly maintained well. We viewed a used unit and all he could say is well they will clean it before you take it........ okay is that how you sell a house or a car with someone else s stuff still in it? Typically not. A good cleaning showing they cared about the unit prior to show casing would speak volumes to a customer. The freezer was full of sitting water. Will was telling us it s only been here 40 days that s great, what kind of mold and mildew is growing in that?! We shut of the ice maker for them under the unit.

This is not our first rodeo with travel trailers and my gut was uneasy about half way through the process. I m glad we walked away. We know the exact unit we are looking for now it s finding the company we want to deal with long term for warranty, repair work, and future purchases.

Please remember on your journey of purchasing your home away from home you need to feel confident in the team your purchasing it from. Inquire about so much more than just the product. Get to know your service team. Ultimately do lots of research before you go.

Sales is a mess. I love our new camper but the experience was LESS THAN acceptable. They have to much business and don t treat each customer like they are valued. Deposited a camper it was sent in from Zephyrhills. Was then told we don t qualify for anything. To then get a call back to say they looked at the names. The salesman could careless if he helped, had no ambition. Then weeks down the road we get charged TWICE for our down payment. Can t seem to get anyone to answer us or call us back. Next step I guess is BBB. Service department was GREAT!!! Finance Connor was good till now and can t get a call back.

We called Optimum RV to make an appointment with a knowledgeable salesperson to help us with a Braxton Creek Bushwacker camper. Maria was assigned to us and we could not be happier! We are experienced RVers having nearly 40 years under our belt, so obviously, we had questions. If Maria did not have the answer, she had a technician (Jason) by her side within minutes to help. We had questions about certain specifications and Maria was on the phone with the manufacturer while we stood with her. On delivery day, Maria came in on her day off to check on the progress and made sure we were comfortable. Hannah was great for the walk through and keeping us informed and Jason did a great job of wiring our vehicle and explaining the hook up process. Thank you Maria for an outstanding job of being there with us and for us through the entire process!

What a very unfortunate experience that didn t have to be. A big mistake. We purchased a 2018 Road Warrior from Optimum RV Ocala, Florida location in April 2018. Since the purchase date upon brining it home we come across many issues many of which are Major problems such as Dometic Air Conditioners surging, ac clicks and recycles every 4-5 minutes continuous from low to high speeds and the thermostats sticking and giving you a $300 electric bill every month, the refrigerator was not installed properly placing the draining hose inside from behind causing the water drip to leak behind the refrigerator down under to the floor to causing water damage to the floor not mentioning that water drained on to the floor for four months without knowing, awning pulling away from outside wall, decals on the outside exterior bubbling up and causing to peel off, oven and stove regulator bad was not able to use our stove and oven (problem fixed), kitchen window leaking (problem fixed), void in side porch caulking (poor caulking job) causing porch to leak underneath, side porch bolts broke in half causing no bolts to hold together the porch, back toy hauler toilet leakage, bedroom slide leakage, just to name a few and several more minor issues totaling 18 documented problems noted on the list and work orders. Not mentioning we have also purchased the extended warranty as well which I m not sure why now because since purchasing this Road Warrior from Optimum RV in April 2018 it took well over two months to even send a mobile technician out to look over all the issues (which coming from the technician and the management side of the company they didn t see any issues) the mobile technician stated they would have to contact heartland to have them approve then wait for parts to come in. I have had a great buying experience here. My salesman, Tom, has gone over to top with after the sale service. He has taken all of my calls and answered every question. I bought a used Class A we discovered a propane problem after the sale. Tom got with the service department and they fixed it.

I highly recommend this business. I will be upgrading in a year and I ll be calling Tom!

My family and i had been shopping for a toy hauler for months. We tried ALL the other LARGE dealerships and none of them wanted to make a deal for us with our trade in . We drove to ocala from brooksville and we had a contract in less than a hour . I told them what i had and what i wanted and what i had to spend . Problem solved . Our salesman Mr. Joe was on the ball . The service department was also very well trained . TYLER took time in the pouring rain to go over the whole unit . Thanks to everyone involved. I highly recommend this dealership . Great job tok all .

For future RV buyers from this company BEWARE of fast talking sales rep.
They offer an an on-site insurance to the buyer that THEY PROMOTE to go wherever you are and fix the problem under this Life Care USA insurance policy. Its a RIP OFF. The insurance works, but only 2 years after. Buy 2021 use insurance in 2023. THEY DO NOT DISCLOSE THAT INFO!
When you call the insurance company, good luck with the quick step shuffle.
Essentially it does you no good for the immediate problems. The owner, Drake, tells you to call him if there is a problem, even gives you his number. He will answer the first call but nothing afterwards. Make sure they have not pirated the rig you are looking at. Make sure all the parts are intact the day you look at it. They will tell you we will put it back before it leaves the lot. Also, they are in cahoots with Luna Sands Resorts. They give you essentially a 21 day gift pkg. To this resort. BUT you have to listen to their shpeal then wait up to 30 days before using the gift plus you cannot use it consecutively.
The lot workers, mechanics and techs are nice.

Had a great experience there. Everyone went out of their way to make sure I was happy. Jose Reyes in Sales helped me buy the right unit. I had a rally to attend so I need my new 5th wheel right away and some parts needed to be installed. They overnighted the parts and when I arrived to pick it up they had 2 techs work with me to get everything perfect! Dan Murray solved an issue with the AC and Keith Diller fixed all the little issues that came up during my inspection and coordinated the total effort. Great job guys! If you are buying an RV you sure need to shop these guys! If I could give 6 stars I would!

Drove there from Tallahassee to see a used RV that had "no issues" based on conversations with the sales staff and very misleading pictures. When I got the found out that the RV was complete junk with soft spots and mold all over. Complete waste of 6 hours driving.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Originally thought we could only afford a used travel trailer. Our salesperson, Sue, was more than willing to help us explore our options.I think she would have spent the entire day with us. Fortunately, it didn't take that long for us to realize that we really wanted (and could afford) a new Flagstaff Micro Lite. Sue was awesome through the whole process.
When we picked up our beautiful Flagstaff, Dawn, who coordinates delivery, was just amazingly helpful. Plus, our walk-thru with Daniel was thorough and informative.
This is our 4th travel trailer purchased over the years at various other dealers. This was by far our best experience ever. Everyone we came in connect with was very caring. All we can say is thanks for a terrific experience and keep up the good work. Oops, almost forgot. We took our trailer in for an adjustment to our Murphy bed yesterday. Thanks to Rich for a job well done, not to mention pleasingly fast!

None of that was ever done. Picked it up after I realized nothing was being done. It was filthy inside and out B's no repairs had been done. They did nothing to help me. Avoid Optimim RV.

Just purchased our first RV. Our sales rep, Gabriel Valenzuela was the best part of the process. He was quick to respond, informative, thoughtful and polite. He was able to pick out a RV that works great for our needs. The finance team was able to work with us to get a good deal. They are VERY busy. Gabe was able to help out with coordinating responses from other departments when needed. Tips would be to know a little about RVs before hand, don't expect them to "teach" you much. Check everything before you purchase and make sure you have everything you need before you leave. Those are really true for anytime you make a large purchase though. Overall was a pleasant experience. I would use this dealership again.

I found my new (used) Airstream at Optimum RV and she's a beaut! Mike Aldana is the sales guy who took care of me. He was excellent, he went above and beyond to assure that all was as it should be. He set me up with Rory @ RLD transport to deliver her to me at my home, 6 hours away. Rory was great, got her to me when he said he would, safely, and was super helpful getting her set up for me. An all around excellent experience!

Will helped us pick out our RV and we love it. They were all great. Very helpful , but most of all wanted us to get what we wanted and needed , not just trying to get our money by over selling stuff we did not need. The whole staff to is friendly and full of knowledge . They did a great job from start (finding the one that we wanted.) to finish( showing us how to set up , take down , and maintain it.). And on top of that we drove 4 hours each way and stayed in a hotel and still saved thousands of dollars. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an RV.

We were pleased with the sales and service we received at Optimum RV - Gabriel V., our salesman, was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond making sure we were taken care of. When we had an issue with some pre-delivery installations, Gabriel took care of us right away. Mike and Gary who did a fine job of educating us on the components and operation of the fifth wheel.

My boyfriend and I spent months looking at travel trailers at different dealerships before we choose Optimum RV. The Forest River E-Pro trailer that I bought has been a nightmare since the day I bought it. I was sold a Forest River E-Pro trailer with an inverter, the moment I went to get the inverter that was not working fixed, I was informed that I bought a trailer that did not have an inverter. The fridge was broken the very first day that I bought my brand new, Forest River E-Pro. We were told that all of the systems have been checked and properly working the day of purchase, which is not the case because the fridge was leaking ammonia. After talking to the sales agent about the broken fridge, I did ask to speak to the sales manager, who accused me of breaking the fridge in my brand new Forest River E-Pro when I drove it the first day of owning it and then hung up on me. I have owned my Forest River E-Pro for less than six months, and it has been broken every day except for the five days after it has come from the shop. The same things have been faxed repeatedly at this point, with no relief in sight of actually working. I most certainly bought a lemon at this dealership, all of my friends and family who have witnessed all of the time, energy, and cost of this broken Forestry River E-Pro call it a lemon. Dealing with this stress and constantly broken trailer has taken all of the fun from owning a travel trailer. I will be selling this ASAP, and hope that no other customer has to repeat the experience that I ve had to have, and the huge financial hit that this lemon will cost me in the end.

We took our RV to Optimum to have them sell it. Unfortunately, they were unable to get the price we needed. When we drove two hours to Ocala to pick up the RV, we found that there was a big scratch down the back. We expected to have to do battle, but were very pleasantly surprised to find that, not only did they step up to do the repair, but also arranged to drive the RV back to us, so we didn't have to do the 4 hour round trip again.

I wish that had been the end of it, but found that the house batteries had been run dry. While that was definitely a big mistake, again they made it right by replacing the batteries.

You may ask why I gave Optimum a 4 star rating after these hassles. The answer is simple. I'm a small business owner myself and know well the value of customer satisfaction. It's too bad that so many businesses have lost the concept of "the customer is always right". Mistakes happen. What really matters is how the mistakes are corrected and compensated for.

I give Optimum RV, a 5-star rating! My wife and I were interested in a towable RV. And Optimum came highly recommended. The recommendation that we received lived up to all its expectation. When my wife and I pulled into the lot we were surprised as to how busy and how many customers were there shopping. We were greeted immediately by salesman, Jose Reyes. Due to previous experiences with salesman I put up a wall because normally they devour you like wolves, however I was surprised, as to how pleasant and respectful he spoke to us. He took his time looked up a few RVs, as to what we were looking for, took us out on the lot and left us alone, with no sales pressure at all. Once we found what we were looking for and went back to the office is when we met the sales manager Hoss Roberts. Mr. Hoss was just as pleasant, and made us feel even more comfortable. We then made a decision to purchase the RV we were interested in, and as the process went forward, I was shocked at how they worked for us to get the very best price. Jose and Hoss were magnificent. Then we met Tom in finance, this was the icing on the cake, as they made us feel like family. Hoss and Tom, worked to make our bottom-line even better. Our experience was extraordinary, and I would recommend them to anyone interested in buying an RV you'd be stupid to shop anywhere else. I thank you gentleman for the great work and experience that we had, and if I'm ever wanting to upgrade that is definitely the place I'm going. My hat's off too Jose, Hoss & Tom, Great work guys.

The service dept has had the camper since July and continue to give him the run around.....for MINOR WARRANTY ISSUES. We recently purchased a new destination travel trailer and it was a very nice experience. Our salesperson Noah was very patient with us, made sure that all our needs were met and he took the time in doing so.
Also, no high pressure sales technics were applied and Peter the sales manager couldn t have been any nicer.

Went out yesterday searching for a new toyhauler fifth wheel. Went to several places before ending up at Optimum. We were given Gabe Valenzuela as our salesman. At first I was a little aggravated at all the info being taken but I have to say I ve never had a salesman that asked the right questions and then took us out to look at toyhauler that met our requirements and started out with nice working up to best. So far everything has been great. They all stayed late getting the deal done. Hopefully will pick up on a Friday. I hope everything will continue to go good and pray they also have good service. If your are in the market for a RV go to Optimum as they have so many to choose from and ask for Gabe as he is exceptional.

I sent an email last night to Optimum RV requesting their best price in exchange for my email and phone number. At 9:15 this morning Jose from Optimum called me and I told him I wanted the best price as mentioned on their website. He said he would call me back with it. After waiting until mid afternoon I called him back. He asked me what I wanted to offer. He then said he would talk to his manager and call me back. It's 6:30 now and no response. Very frustrating!!! Poor customer service and lies from Jose! I'll never call them again. SM

The unit purchased was good with minor manufacture defaults, yet service is very bad. Left unit for more than 30 days with only one defect repaired. The paint protection is worthless and they did not fix the paint issue. Do not buy this paint protection! I have been waiting for a call, as the Manager told me, to bring it back in for repair, almost 9 months. I will not buy any other type of RV from this company. No after purchase service!

Just upgraded from a fifth wheel to a Class C with Optimum RV. I worked with Mike in sales. No high pressure or arm twisting at all. Jim in finance worked me a great deal and was very good to work with. When I went to pick up my new motorhome, Rich did my walk through. He was very thorough and answered all of my questions. Highly recommended! I have been looking for 6 months for a good used travel travel. Went to many places around Homosassa, Fl and talked with many dealers. Most places treated me poorly cause I wanted a used travel trailer under a set amount. Not here. When we came here, the first thing I noticed was that Mike showed us everything in our price range and put no pressure to buy above our limit. In fact, no pressure for anything. I offered a fair price and they accepted it. Didn t try to sell us any extras. When we came to pick up the trailer, we messed up and didn t have what we needed to haul it. They asked me how much could I pay for the parts and then put them on for us. They were more than fair. To say we are happy with Mike (our) salesman, Jason (in service dept), Glenn (for the walk thru) and the Manager, Connor, is an understatement. I will tell everyone that this is the place to buy if you want honest prices and friendly people. Happy campers here! Will always come to them for service.

We just purchased a 2019 travel trailer from Optimum R.V. Picked it up today. George was supposed to be our Salesman but due to some confusion we were assigned Kent. We are the kind of people that do very much research ahead of time so therefore we knew exactly what we wanted so it was really an easy sale, we only looked at two . We were told to be there at 8:30AM on the day of our pick up. Again some confusion occurred, this time about the time we were supposed to be there. All in all everyone was very helpful in trying to get the things done that needed to get done. It seemed that George was more concerned with with helping us after the sale than Kent. Lynda, our Service Advisor, was always around if and when we needed her. Glen was great with our walk through and installing the sway bar/weight distribution equipment, very knowledgeable. Connor, the finance man, was very helpful and informative to make the transaction go smoothly. Finally there was a man, I m thinking he was the boss, that was right on top of things the whole time. Sorry I didn t get your name . If and when we get another R.V. this is the place we will go for sure. Already recommended them to our friends. Have a fantastic day!!

The absolute Worst Service Experience of my entire Life. I am still waiting for my Norcold fridge to get repaired. A service ticket was created on 6/20/2017 to repair a fridge under warranty. Its 9/14/17 and still no repair made...UNEXCEPTABLE.... The fridge is only 4 months old to begin with and used 4 times and it already went dead. 3 month debacle and little to no help from this service department. Never had answers for me. I had to do all the calling and footwork to figure out whats taking so long for my parts to arrive to the dealership. Norcold blames Keystone. Keystone blames Optimum. Communication is a embarrassment. Nothing but excuses. A friend of mine purchased a travel trailer like mine from Optimum with the same Norcold fridge. Brought it home on a Friday and the fridge took a dump on Sunday. He was aware of my ongoing horror story and choose to get his warranty work done at another dealership. 2 weeks Folks, 2 weeks and he is back on the road with a brand new fridge, and here I am still waiting, we are well into the 3rd month of waiting for a cooling unit. I am not singling out any individual. I am not mentioning names. I am just warning you about this service dept. The Sales dept is good but I will never purchase anything from this place again due to the service.

great place to get you rv, fifth wheel or camper. we worked with two sales people both amanda and the other sales person were great, they were not pushing. he took us too all the campers that we have looking at online with no complains or negative remarks , we were thinking on buying use, and ended up with a brand new camper, such a great deal we couldn't pass on, and the finances people were great as well, they did everything they could to get us the lowest interest rate as possible, and they did. all the of the optimum team member were so friendly and helpful, even through this covic 19 pandemic. i would highly recommend doing business with optimum rv.
