This is my second RV purchase from Optimum. When I started my search we had a specific floor plan in mind for a specific reason. Heath Clark showed me many units and we finally came up with the one that would work for us. Then our plans changed right before the purchase. Heath went to work and found us the unit that we really wanted rather than the one we needed. The finance dept was able to arrange the financing that worked for us. When the delivery day arrived Mike was instrumental in making me feel comfortable in knowing our new RV. At the last minute I needed delivery arrangements which Heath was able to arrange in a manner of minutes. The whole experience was very positive and I highly recommend Optimum RV for your next purchase. Every step of the way Optimum does it right. Thanks for the Great Experience.
