Warning stay away! My husband and I were in the market to purchase a travel trailer. We completed a credit app online then received a phone call from an internet sales rep a few minutes later after cometing the app. She spoke to my husbsnd to see what we were actually in the market for. We then made an appointment to visit Optimum on a Saturday. After seeing a few RV's that we were interested in, we then went back to the sales office to start the financing process which the nightmare began. The place was crazy busy and we waited a few hours to hear about our financing options only to be told that since it's 4:30 we won't have any answers to Tuesday or Wednesday as Monday was a holiday and the banks were closed. We were told by our sales rep and financing person to still leave your deposit which we did because we figured everything would be fine and were told we see no issues. We received no return calls with a final answer to our financing as both my husband and I kept calling. Our sales person was just just awful and her mailbox was full so we could not leave any messages. I kept calling and demanded to speak to someone. Finally got to speak to the sales dept. manager to get some answers and explained to him our frustrations with how terrible their customer service is. He did apologize to me but at this point I was just over it with getting the silent treatment for a few days and not knowing anything we were fed up and just want our deposits back which they deposited and put on a credit card we left. First, why would they put our deposit through before even knowing if we were approved or not? Makes no sense. The manager then was able to tell us the final decision which at this point we didn't care. So, now we wait for our refund of $1,000 on our credit card and a refund check of $1,500.0 to come in the mail. Do not waste your time going to this place and stay away.... Their customer service is not worth your aggravation. Next time we will do our homework first!

They won't give me my very large deposit back. It has been weeks and still getting the run around every time we call. Looks like I will have to get an attorney. My salesman was 19 worst experience ever for a first time RV shopper. Couldn't even tell us how long the RV was. Major run around from start to finish. Would not recommend. Buyer Beware! See other Ocala location filter reviews for most recent. We obviously are not alone in this. Should have read reviews first.

Would not buy from here. We have been doing our research and the RV's here are overpriced...even used. Sales staff is forceful at best. I could predict move to move what they were going to do next. We didn't agree to the numbers presented to us and were about to walk ..then they send their manager over. We have seen many RV's in our search, most new RV's are priced even less than their USED RV's. The manager then sends us to look at this old, dingy, smelly RV to try to hit our number...no thank you. The one we were interested in was over 60k...kitchen backsplash was peeling off, missing cabinet doors in the bathroom, warped molding...if I am paying over 60k...it better be perfect. for 10k more, I can go get a new 2018 31' with 1200 miles!!! To top it off...they are calling me everyday! Sorry, lost business here.

We had a great experience at Optimum RV. This was our first visit. Our salesperson, Don Mann, did a great job talking to us with no pressure. He took his time explaining everything we ask. We ended up buying a trailer and Don stayed after hours until we had signed all our papers. We would highly recommend Optimum RV to anyone looking to buy an rv. Everybody was very friendly. If you go looking for an rv, ask for Don. Great place. By the way, we ended buying a 2020 37' Puma Destination and they took our trailer for a trade-in with no problem. We also dealt with Hoss and Jim Ropella.

We are very pleased with our recent purchase, a 2014 Jayco 145RB. Our salesman, Joshua, was well informed, polite and great in every way! Our walk-through tech, Adam, was also great. He went out of his way for us. Also, right before leaving the area Jay saw us struggling with one of the keys and provided us with a new one. We highly recommend this dealership!

My wife Barbara and I drove four hours to Optimum RV in Ocala to look at some KZ coaches so that we could make a decision on which model coach we want to consider purchasing.
Our sales person Gabe Valenzuela was awesome! He is very courteous and did an excellent job thoroughly explaining all of the standard and optional features on the coaches.
We are considering all of the coaches Gabe showed us and will definitely contact Gabe when we make a decision on which one we want to purchase.

So. I spoke for 2 days with the sales person about...

So. I spoke for 2 days with the sales person about the RV. Informed him that I would be there after an almost 3 hours drive. Didn't bother to inform me that the place was under renovation and I had to walk around in a field of mud. My shoes are basically destroyed. I got there and I waited for him 20 minutes. Showed me several RVs I was not interested in, but failed to show me the one I came to see and he started he had seen it and was in great shape. After 2 he looking either to crappy RVs, 2 times having b to walk in the mud be the electric carts run out of battery in the middle of the mud, a manager decided to come look at the RV. The manager stayed on the phone making a personal appointment at his house and obviously was in a rush to go home. After 3 hours, the RV that was in great shape, apparently was concluded that was never there and was a mistake with another model. That would be fine, except a week later is still advertised in their website. Obvious switch and bait strategy. Salesperson lied, manager didn't care. Stay far FAR away!!!!!

My husband and I bought a pre-owned fifth-wheel from Optimum in Ocala in December of 2018. The sales department, management, and finance person were all very professional and extremely helpful! The manager allowed us to store the unit on his lot free of charge until we could purchase a vehicle suitable to tow with, which was a huge benefit since we were staying hundreds of miles away in a small Airbnb with no space to park the unit either. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because when we picked up the unit, which we were moving all of our belongings into (we are starting the full-time RV life) they were supposed to have detailed the unit. This was NOT the case and the unit was absolutely filthy. They were supposed to mount a TV and replace a broken slide topper on the drivers side. This WAS done, however, on our first trip out, our slide would not open as the topper was wound too tightly and broke the hardware and ripped the material. The TV actually fell off the wall as it had been mounted using short screws and some kind of putty. In the end, a mobile repair man came and took off the topper, which allowed us to put the slide out and ultimately repaired and replaced it. Optimum DID step forward and pay the cost of the repair which I am hugely grateful for! Thankyou Optimum!! Also, I should mention that when we took possession of the unit, we were informed that they replaced our Airconditioner with a brand new unit. They DID! And we had no idea the original one wasn't working. Thank you again Optimum! I think the service department could use some training/education, but otherwise we had an exceptional experience with these folks and would buy from them again!

Please save your money and DO NOT buy from this place. We got our Venture Sporttrek travel trailer from this place and they were great before they had our money. Once they have your money, the customer service is one of the worst I ve ever dealt with. One of the service techs went over the RV the day we picked it up and pointed out some of the issues it had and opened up a work order for us. Over the next 6 MONTHS, I called and left numerous messages for someone to call back on a status of the parts they ordered for our unit. No one would call me back. Finally, I got through to someone and they didn t even have all the information they needed to complete the order. They said they needed pictures of the issues, I was nice to them, took the pictures and sent them. Called to make sure they got them and they did. Never heard back from them. Called multiple times 6 months later only for them to tell me they were too busy to help me and someone would call beck. Of course to no surprise, never got a call back. So I called and called until I annoyed them enough to talk to me. I find out that my work order was never processed and there were no open work orders for me. This was a manager that is there telling me this. Again, he tells me he has to check on some things and will call me back. Still waiting to hear back from them but I m not holding my breath. Please save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Promises to fix things and never comes through. Ignores complaints. Unlimited amount of excuses. Does not return calls. Does not answer phones. Totally incompetent employees. Save the headaches and frustration and drive a thousand miles to avoid this place.

We had such a wonderful experience buying our second camper at optimum rv. Even our dog had terrific time there. Every employee was welcoming and friendly. The receptionist Emily was kind enough to watch our dog while Tom Fiala our sales rep took us around there 65 ache lot. Once we found the perfect match he really went to bat to for us negotiating a more then fair price. Even the technician Jay went above and beyond to make sure and that everything on the trailer was fully functional and He went over the entire trailer top to bottom explaining every function and amenity. Our only regret was we didn t come here to purchase our first one which we bought privately and have been fixing problems ever sense. The entire experience was best buying experience we have ever had. Highly recommended!!

We bought a used Motorhome from optimum. We drove all the way from Naples, and it was not ready to go when we got there. They charged us a "Dealer Fee" That made sure everything was in "working order". On the way home the Generator quit working, and the windshield wiper stopped during a major storm. Got home and took it to Camping World for repairs. We are over $5,000 dollars in, and have at least another $4,000 to go. There is no way they did an inspection and missed everything that was wrong. Generator and Engine oil was never changed since the coach was bought new in 2015. Haven't been able to take it out once since we bought it. I would suggest another dealer if your in the market.

I would like to have given them a higher review, because initially it seemed as if the service was great. Sadly, once we made the purchase and the sale was complete, things quickly changed, and we were tossed aside. We have had our camper now for about a month. We are STILL waiting on a door replacement they THEY broke prior to our arrival. We had bought a used camper, but was assured it goes through rigorous cleaning and all systems are checked prior to sale. We received it with no power cable, a FULL rear waste tank, and soon found that the hose connections were broke off for said waste tank. We have made multiple attempts to reach someone and keep getting the run around. NOBODY will return our calls and the longer it goes on the more upset I become with this place. If you value honest customer service, DO NOT deal with this company.

We purchased our first RV and Dominica was a tremendous help. She showed us exactly what we were interested, with no up sell and no pressure to sign before we left.
She was knowledgeable, helpful and answered our numerous questions.

Hannah was great during our final walk thru, making sure we understood everything and not rushing us while we took notes.

Everyone we encountered was cheerful, helpful and pleasant.

While this is our first toe dip in the RV pool, I have a sneaky suspicion it won t be the end.

After shopping around for an RV for a while, my wife and I visited Optimum RV, Our salesman Wayne listened to what we were looking for and was familiar with the models he showed us. That helped us make an informed choice. High marks to Wayne! As we got ready to pick up our RV, we had occasion to deal with both the parts and service departments. Everyone was easy to work with, treated us fairly, and got us on the road with our new K-Z Durango fifth wheel. I would not hesitate to recommend Optimum RV to new RV shoppers.

They do have a large selection of RVs however when I visited to ask about a simple bypass valve neither of the two workers there knew what one was. They both acted bothered that I didn't bring mine in so they could see it, a bypass valve... I went down to Camping World where they had a bypass kit on the shelf and the people working there were happy to help.

Absolutely the worst experience I have had with sales and service. I will never buy from there again. I have a warranty set up and it is the only reason I would even go there. With that, I took my travel trailer in for a possible gas issue with my water heater. They claimed there is nothing wrong and no leaks. I was on a camp ground 1st night turned on the water heater smelled the same issue right away, then the carbon monoxide alarms started going off at 10pm and we could not shut them off until we turned the gas off. No issue right??? Called them on Friday at 9am to speak with a manager, told the young lady I was extremely upset. I was told by an assistant that the manager wasn't available. I gave her my story and she attempted to assist and stated she would have someone come to where we were camping, it is now Monday and I have not heard from anyone at all. Camped the remainder of my weekend unable to use any gas. I will call them today, again. I will continue posting daily until it has been resolved. This has been the worst purchase experience I have every had and now the service is as bad.

Maria helped us find the trailer we wanted and has been an excellent point of contact with any information we have needed. Robert showed us how to use everything in our new trailer. He was patient, thorough and very helpful. The service department replaced a component that had some issues, immediately. It is a little distressing to read all the negative reviews as our experience to date, has not been like that at all.

My 5-Star salesman, Don Mann, was excellent with his customer service. He is the example of what taking care of a customer should be, without the 100mph fast meaningless sales talk. This is my first RV, and if I can help it - I will return to Optimum RV Ocala when the time comes.

Dominca, in Service and Parts also deserves a 5- Star rating. She took my last minute order request and worked up the price and a work order for instant service overnight. Her work ethics represented the dealership above comparison to the dealerships in my area of Tampa.

Finally the Service tech, Daniel Brown, took extremely extra care in fitting the pieces of my hitch to fit, taught me at least a dozen must do s, and made sure that I was comfortable towing my 40ft 5th wheel for the first time. There was no problem that he did not figure out - excellent 5-Star Service.

I highly recommend Optimum RV for all your recreational needs and when you go there ask for Dave he is certainly the best sales advisor.

I'm SO angry right now typing this!!! We are full time RVers and arranged ahead of time to limit the days to fix our RV. We were PROMISED by the manufacturer AND Optimum once it was there it would be just a few days. A week later, Optimum has failed to even file the quote to start the work. I will NEVER take my unit here again. I am now homeless with no where to go and they don't even offer to cover the cost of the hotel because they dropped the ball!

To start off with we went to optimum rv in fl and found one we liked. Everyone in the front office was great. When we signed papers we were told not to go on social media if we had a problem to call them and they would come out and fix the problems since we do not have a vehicle to tow it. I have called several times trying to talk to someone and got no response, I even went as far as asking forvvthe manager or owner to call me back and nothing. So thanks for nothing optimum. Will NEVER recommend anyone to go there.

We stopped here on our search for a new 5th wheel, it had rained the night before and what the website doesn't make obvious is that none of the dealer lot is paved except for service so you're walking in mud or dirt the whole time to look at any campers. Our saleman was new but very helpful, the sales manager was also very honest and nice, they were fair on their prices, we ended up buying a new camper they didn't carry at another dealer but would have purchased it from then if they had it.

I felt a little overwhelmed and over my head walking into Optimum RV by myself since it was such a big purchase, but gladly was assisted by Joe, who in turn did an amazing job assisting me to my new addition. Did a professional job walking me through, explaining and answering every question I had, keeping me within our budget as we stated. Gave me the freedom to walk around and explore my options and look alone without any pressure, which was extremely helpful and then let him know when I was ready for questioning. When I brought my wife the next day, I was very knowledgeable and Joe introduced us to our new rig. Absolutely great experience!! Will recommend him to anyone who is in search of a new RV.

Excellent service, my sales person bobby helped me find what i was looking for. No pressure sales tactics, he helped us find a really nice travel trailer. During the financial procces one of the managers, Jamie explained everything in detail, even went over it twice with me. If you decide to look for a travel trailer or RV, at a good price ask for bobby or Jamie, they wont do you wrong. Thank you guys again for all your help.

I had strong disappointment of optimum rv. For many reasons the biggest is that they held our brand new 2019 in service for 13 month. But they have swayed my mind on the hospitality and integrity of their business. Not only for doing the right thing but for going above and beyond, bringing integrity straight to the customer.

UPDATE 4-9-19 DONT BUY HERE! SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. THEY WILL SELL YOU A RV, THEY JUST WONT CALL YOU BACK WHEN YOU NEED SERVICE. TRAILER THERE FOR 6 WEEKS PLUS NO INFO......WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER RV EVER AFTER THIS!

We saw Optimums website and saw a few class A's that interested us. I entered a little info online and the next morning got a call from Spanky at the Bushnell location. I gave him some more info and he called me back in about 4 hours with 3 that met our needs. My wife and I picked 1 sent a deposit and by Saturday morning we were approved. Flew there from Louisiana and the whole deal went so smooth, from the walk through, test drive and signing the papers. They had to take care of a few minor issues we found, so we spent an extra night. Sorry, I don't remember all of the names so I'll just say that Spanky and the gang were awesome to deal with and I'd recommend the Bushnell location to everyone. We love our coach.

I would like to start with, I am not new to purcha...

I would like to start with, I am not new to purchasing cars, trucks, motorcycles, RV, etc. I have purchased many new and used vehicles over my years. This place has been the absolute worst experience.

My wife and I went up to look at a camper, went through the credit application, passed with no issues and was offered 6.99% APR on the 180mo term. (Not a huge deal since I am paying it off in 6mo when I sell a rental property when the tenants lease expires). So we decide against the first trailer due to the loaded weight being right at my trucks towing capacity. We let our sales man Mike (who was a good guy to work with), that me and my wife will discuss it.

Next day I text our sales man, to check availability of one of the campers we looked at with him. It wasn t until two days later until he was able to get us an answer whether it was still available (a bit frustrating, but still overall good experience with him).

Once it is confirmed it is available, we give my card info for the down payment, days pass and still no paperwork coming through. The salesman assured us it will be coming through. The finance guy says the email wasn t able to be delivered because the 24page PDF was too large (which is a complete lie).

Then I receive a generic paper from Kale Rogers going over the extended warranties, stated that I have to go with an extended warranty to get the 6.99 APR I was already offered. I let him know I believed what he was doing is illegal, to use a back end product to adjust my loan terms. Then he emails me back, saying I talked to the loan company and was able to get you the 6.99 APR without the extended warranty.

Still no paperwork. I call to speak with the general manager, the first receptionist says I don t think we have one of those. So she transfers me to the sales manager Johnny s voice mail box, which is full. When I call back, I explain that the mail box is full, so she takes my name and number. Never received a call, so when I call back the next day, she sends me to his voice mail again, still full. So after 3 separate messages, on 3 separate days no response. I ended up calling the zepherhills location and was able to speak with their general manager immediately, explained the situation and he called them to ask for the manager to call me. Still no response.

A week to week and a half, we finally had our documents sent and was able to close on the camper. Will never ever buy from the Ocala location again.

They set up an appointment to install 5th wheel hitch and pick up rv for 9am so we drove 8 hours from Alabama only to find out they haven't even ordered the hitch, everyone I talked to blamed the other person ,don't waste your time.

Extremely frustrating. We purchased a new toy hauler from them in February - spent over $70k. It's been over 30 days and still don't have correct paperwork. Salesman Cody is great but finance and management is HORRIBLE. Can't get an answer over phone, they refused to give email addresses. Scary that this place is handling financing with the amount of errors on paperwork. Also, specific issues with the RV were not corrected during predelivery. It's not with the headaches. Go to a company that actually wants your business.

We had a great experience with the whole sales team. We thought everything was wonderful until 2 weeks after we brought our brand new Puma camper home and it started to have problems.

The low score was given because of the service side of the dealership. The service team was terrible. From lack of communication to keeping a brand new camper for 3 months to do warranty work. We were given the run around, told to come pick it up and it not being ready, to being lied to about the work that was actually completed.

I have never experienced such a lack of customer service and disregard for customers in my life.

An internet search found our desired MH at Optimum...

An internet search found our desired MH at Optimum RV in Ocala. We live in northern Illinois. After a few communications with salesman, Fred, and someone on the financial side, we sent a refundable deposit to hold the MH. We flew to Florida and, after checking it out and going on a test drive, decided it was a good deal. There were 2 issues, a bathroom sink that had been burned by a curling iron, and 2 broken day/night shades. We were promised, in writing, a sink and 2 day/night shades would be "drop shipped" to us in Illinois. In addition, our fuel tank was topped off for the drive home (a $100 value). We discovered that Fred, who apparently no longer works at Optimum RV, told us things that were not true about the MH, and made promises he did not follow through on. We received the sink in a timely manner and installed it myself. After 10-15 calls over 6 months, speaking with the parts manager and sales manager, we have yet to receive the promised day/night shades. What we hear is "I will check into it and get back to you tomorrow". The promised call never comes. We were told on one occasion the shades were on a shelf in the parts department and would be shipped that very day. Never came. Except for realiizng later that Fred was blowing smoke, and the issue with the shades, we were very happy with our experience at Optimum RV. My next call will be to the owner. I have seen on other reviews that things have been made right when the owner gets involved.

Update: I finally got in touch with a person in parts that took the to look on a shelf and found our shades. Apparently they had been sitting there for months. She promised to ship them the next day, and she did. I wish I could remember her name.

We are first time RV owners and I would like to thank George Rolle our salesman for being patient with us and helping us to find the perfect RV for our needs. He was extremely pleasant and very helpful from start to finish. He answered all our questions. Then we had the pleasure of working with Jeremy in the service department who went above and beyond with his customer service, walking us through each step of what we needed to do and how to use everything on our RV. He was VERY helpful and pleasant to work with. Explaining everything in detail so we could understand it. Thanks again to Optimum RV for a great experience!

DO NOT BUY FROM OPTIMUM RV IN OCALA FLORIDA. They are the worst. Horrible customer service, and a terrible business. They do not care about their customers. I will be leaving horrid reviews on all your site's because after TWO MONTHS you have yet to do right by us. I guarantee I will never recommend this poor, pitiful excuse for a dealership. When you spend over 20,000 on something you expect to be set. All they've done is jerk us around. Nothing worked and all the parts were missing. Pathetic. I'm through with this company!!! Called yesterday to inquire about a very specific ...

Called yesterday to inquire about a very specific Class B. Wanted to come right in but instead was told to make an appointment for the next day at 4pm. Received a phone call the day of the appointment at 2pm, reminding me to come in at 4pm. Yes, that was my plan. The very specific Class B still showed as available on the website. Drove 1.5 hours (total 3.5 hours roundtrip on a work day!) to make my 4pm appointment.
Only to learn the vehicle had been sold the day before! Although was still on the website as available! And no other Class Bs available. At all!

I wasted so much time, and needed to otherwise be working! Extremely disrespectful and inconsiderate. Never again, Optimum. You lost my business. Bad business practice to jerk around potential buyers this way. Irresponsible.

Purchased an RV from this company due to being tol...

Purchased an RV from this company due to being told how great of an RV it was and how the manufactures are a family owned business that produce a great quality product. 2 years down the road however the window seals are melting, cabinets have fallen off the wall, window leaks causing damaged to furniture, canopies pulling away from the RV. We have made several attempts to contact managers and staff, to which we have had no success. It took months to get the RV to them due to Covid, we get it in and explain how a family trip is booked for 2 weeks out, and the RV has been sitting there for 4 days with no updates on service time. This is the most untrustworthy company I have ever dealt with. You'd have better luck buying an RV from craigslist.

We bought a used RV 35 ft fifth wheel. They said at the sale, the A/C was serviced, the stove was serviced, etc.
I had to leave the next day for work in another state. Wife was here in Ocala for Del. They didn t level it on Del. ,the septic tank was full, ( because they had a sales man living in it) . We had to have it emptied the next day. The 2 large propane tanks to fuel the RV were our of date so we had to purchase two new tanks. The A/C did not work, had to be serviced. Would not run. The stove was not replaced as promised. The stove was completely rotted inside because it was not replaced or serviced.

When I asked to talk to the general manager ,( a man of large size) , they said they fired him. Only to find out he was still there a year later.
Never ever buy anything here, very unprofessional.

This dealership is a tale of two departments. The sales staff (our salesman was Wayne) is very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The service department is the opposite. I called this morning regarding a propane leak. Was told the service manager was the only one authorized to discuss further repair options and that he/she would get back to me today. Approaching the end of the work day, I reached out again. The service manager could not be bothered to return the call, but I got a TEXT MESSAGE that they were unwilling to discuss it further.

So far it has been great experience Delivery driver came and brought our fifth wheel to Crystal River and stayed and made sure everything was in place and even helped inside Thanks for such a great job Ryan you are top notch. Sorry it took so long to post this review. I am glad I said "So far" as since my first post As I want every one to know once you buy a new unit they will give you a run around and never return calls. I recommend you go elsewhere to buy even if the price sounds good. Not worth the hassle with this place!

These are the facts, we called yesterday afternoon...

These are the facts, we called yesterday afternoon asking for a $5000 pop up camper. It was available online and the representative confirmed it was for sale. We let them know that we live very far but we made an appointment for today at 2pm because we really like that specific pop up. We live 5 hrs from this dealer! So this morning we made the long drive with 2 kids because we were very interested. When we got there, oh no, that unit was sold yesterday (even though it is still available online) but we have another one $16000... you make your own conclusion. This place is a scam, will never trust them again!

My wife and I purchased a RV from Optimum last week. Our salesman was Heath Clark. Definitely a first class operation. Heath came in on his day off just to make sure we were pleased. He even rolled up his sleeves and helped us transfer our personal belongings from our trade in to our new model.
All of our phone calls after the sale were returned promptly. This was a pleasant and happy experience. Definitely highly recommended!

The best place to get an RV. Salesman Ritchie was great to work with and has helped us even after the sale! Jeremy did a great job with the walk thru and realized the Velcro for the privacy curtain was missing. We ordered this from the factory, it was brand new. We went back a few weeks later and Jeremy was very helpful.
Optimum RV is the best! NOT!! I gave this a good review but let me warn you that their service is terrible. They had excuses everytime it was supposed to be ready and it wasn't. I WOULDN'T buy from them again!!

Great organization, Good People, Skilled technicians. Owner makes it a priority to meet customer needs. We have just purchased our second used fifth wheel from Optimum RV. When we spent our first night in our RV it was 36 degrees out and the furnace ran all night and did not keep us warm. We returned to the dealer ship and they found the manufacturer did not install heating ducts in the bedroom and bath. Most dealerships would have sent me on my way because it was a design issue not a dealer prep issue on a used rv.. Not Denver Beck owner of optimum rv. He put us his customer before the money and had his technicians get heat into that area and corrected the problem.We enjoy dealing with all the staff from our sales person Drake to all the office staff and all the technicians. Optimum RV does what ever it takes to see that the customer has a positive experience.

I bought a third party extended warranty from them...

I bought a third party extended warranty from them.for almost 6K,
When I tried to use it the warranty company said they didn't have my name in the system. WHAT!?
Long story short.... Optimum never paid the warranty company and I was S,O,L.
I called OPTRV and they said :"oh, we're sorry we didn't send them the check, but don worry we got you covered the whole time"
HUH? How do you have me covered if you never paid for the EXT WARR?
I demanded a refund and after arguing with someone they decided to reimburse me minus the finance amount I was charged to get the warranty..

Recently purchased a used travel trailer from them...

Recently purchased a used travel trailer from them. It was supposed to have been inspected and any problems corrected before I picked it up. It took over a month to get the problems resolved and some I ended up fixing myself. I do not recommend these guys. They are only interested in the sale and not service after.

We had nothing but an absolutely positive experience with Optimum RV. Our Sales Representative - Joe Rivera was fantastic! He was patient with us while we figured out what we really wanted and never once made us feel pressured to buy something or to make a decision that was not the right one for us. Once we made a decision, all of the staff we worked with from Pete to Jim were nothing but pleasant and made the process very smooth and seamless. In fact, Joe, our Sales Representative, made sure we knew who our Service Advisor will be as well as our Technician. We are looking forward to working with both Debbie (Service Advisor) and Jason (Technician) as we have heard nothing but positive things about them. I would recommend this place to any of my friends who are looking for an RV.

I had a positive experience here. Didnt plan on buying anything when I went looking, but ended up buying a trailer. James was driving around and offered to show us around. He was very polite and not pushy at all which made the experience great since I usually hate salesman. He was upfront, honest and took the time to show us anything we wanted and made sure I knew the towing capacity of my truck. He even was straight forward and told me he didnt know when he didnt know something rather than making it up. If it had been any other type of person as the salesman I probably wouldn't have bought.

Out on our first trip with our new camper only to discover we had no propane getting to any of the appliances. Jason Riley helped us diagnosed what turned out to be a bad regulator. Since we were in driving distance he had us to just bring in the bad regulator and swapped it out for a new one. Thank you Jason for saving our shake down camping trip.

Bobby and James were terrific. We had numerous requests and they were able to handle everything. They coordinated having an RV inspector take a look at the fifth wheel we wanted to buy, they didn t give up trying to reach a deal (which I think is a good thing), and they were very friendly. Neither individual pushed us to look at things we weren t interested in. I would deal with them again any day. Thanks for the great service and the help buying our new (to us) RV!

We picked up our TT on Saturday. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with. A special shout out to Jason, Jay, Dawn and again Don. They took their time with us explaining everything, getting what we needed and were very patient with our lack of knowledge. Thanks again Jason, Jay, Dawn and Don - we will definitely return to Optimum because of you all.
Don was a great salesman. We went in looking to buy and that's exactly what we did. He took his time with us and we actually took up his entire day (sorry Don). He was very helpful and if he didn't have an answer to our question, he found out the answer. Thanks Don.
