We had an outstanding experience with David Walls while shopping for our RV a week ago. He went above and beyond to get us what we were looking for...They have a VAST inventory and if you have specific items that you need they will have what you want. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase an RV. Everyone was very helpful and nice.

Maria made the whole experience of buying a new 5th wheel so easy and not stressful at all! She even came up on her day off to make sure we were being taken care of. She found out answers to all of our questions. Thank you for everything, Maria! Jason one of their tech's was just as awesome!
We are newbies to the 5th wheel and very nervous. There was a lot to learn in a short time. Jason stayed way past his quitting time to make sure we were set. Even Richard, another tech helped out. There was a few others who helped and I didn't get their names. All in all it was a great experience and I highly recommend Optimum RV to everyone!

Let me start by saying that I have never left a ne...

Let me start by saying that I have never left a negative review on anything. However this was the absolute worst sales experience I have ever encountered. I am a newbie to RVing and I had made it very clear that I would need to be walked through the features, in detail, of the RV I was purchasing. This was important enough to have been a deal breaker for me. They assured me that would happen on the day I was scheduled to pick up my RV. Not only did that not happen, I was purchasing a brand new RV and it had mud and sand all over the inside of it. There were also interior lights missing, which after 5 hours they managed to find replacements from another RV. The most useful information I was given was to go to YouTube, where I would be able to learn a lot. So basically if you choose to purchase from Optimum RV you might be ok as long as you already know exactly what your looking for and don't need any assistance or have any queations, because once they have your money you are on your own. Not to mention that the salesperson who assisted me knew less about RV's than I do, which I didn't even think was possible. Not to blame her, apparently I was her first customer. So a note to Optimum RV...maybe you should develop some type of training program for your new associates. This may be beneficial for your business. Needless to say, I would never recommend this plac .

If big is what you're looking for this is the place. I was put off by the feeling of being on a used car lot, salesman included. Thiwr only redeeming quality was the pleasnt gentleman who qaa their receptionist. I bought my rv from a small dealer in Inverness.

Just hope you dont have to get replacement parts or get something fixed. My sink has broke and the lady told me I would need to bring it in "I'm in texas" and then told me that trailers dont have vin #s. Ok just be careful.....

I bought my used RV this week from an amazing sale...

I bought my used RV this week from an amazing sales person. Mike Aldana. I was very impressed on his sincere straightforward approach to making my wish come true. I m not a high end buyer and he treated me with the same respect. I am a new bee and he went way above the normal trying to make me understand what things will work for my needs.
I m so happy to say I will send all referrals to him. It s people like him that make the dealer successful, this company needs to appreciate him and he is truly an asset

Another big asset to this dealer is a person who made my day and experience the best that could be offered. She is delivery coordinator Dawn Bye.
If I can be so bold to say she treated me like family. That s not easy. All my concerns were addressed and she made things happen in a most pleasant way.
A dealer cannot take employees like this for granted. She will be another reason I will refer potentials to this dealer.
That being said all companies are only as good as the people who represent the goal. Thank you

He kept in contact with me all thru the process. Pricing was great and the warranty options are awesome. I highly recommend this place for all your RV needs.

My wife andI purchased a new KZ Durango Gold in late January. We have had it at Ocala for numerous warranty issues, the most critical problem is extensive mold on the roadside interior roadside wall. We delivered the unit December 12 and cannot get answers. They never return calls and we have caught them on several lies during the repairs. I am not ready to pay for an attorney yet but we are at wits end. We are paying monthly lot fees at our RV Resort and no home to put on the lot. So much so far of having a great winter in Florida. I am thankful we are not full timers. I don t believe we can trust them on the repairs, particularly relative to the mold. This is a defective unit and should have been replaced.

5 stars isn't enough! My husband and I came down from Virginia because Optimum RV had the exact camper we wanted at the best price. Not only did we get a great deal on our new Road Warrior 427, they gave us a better offer on our trade in than we expected. What stands out the most is the staff's friendliness and willingness to help. Trading in and buying a new camper from out of state is not easy. The team we worked with made it seamless. They worked with us for 2 weeks so all we needed to do was come down, walk through our new camper, have our trade in inspected, sign the paperwork, and transfer our possessions. So unbelievably easy. Everyone was so kind, knowledgeable, they answered all of our questions, and ensured we were completely satisfied before we left. The only suggestion i would make is increasing the products available in the new retail store. My understanding is their retail store is new and low on stock. As they establish it, i'm positive it will be very successful. Thank you so much to the team: Cody, Dawn, Jeff, Keith, Tony and a huge thank you to Connor!!

Kudos to Will (Technician)! Will did our walk through. He is very informative and knows these trailers inside and out. He spotted a couple things that weren't quite right and went and got his tools and fixed them on the spot. He is not afraid to read the instructions when he sees something new to him. He fixed an issue I found also. It is nice to see that there are still some craftsmen in this day and time that actually know how to use tools properly and take pride in their work. He is careful not to damage or scratch what he is working on. Passed experiences at different places have not been this nice. Will, your hard work will pay off. With your pride and craftsmanship you will never be unemployed.

Had our camper over a month. After a voice mail was left on my phone to come get it, and service said it wasnr done. Had to actually drive to optimum rv to get a honest answer.. It wasn't done, had to come back next day. Brother made it 1 mile from their shop and was sitting along side the road with same bearing failure. They didn't even replace it!! Jacked up tire, and it fell off!! That could have killed someone!! Had to take it back, manager yelled at us, said he was going to have cops called for trespassing. This place is a joke!! Please save your time and well being and go elsewhere!!

Had a good experience with Gabe V, he did everything he could to make sure we had good buying experience. Showed us tons of RVs and never complained about us changing our minds many times. Bought a 5th wheel for the first time and had tons of questions and concerns. The whole staff was helpful and kind. They installed my hitch as well, so far so good. Go see Gabe if you're looking for good prices and a no hassle buying experience. Jim in finance is awesome as well! Good experience all around.

We had an excellent experience buying our travel trailer at
Optimum RV Ocala location. We found the trailer online and were able to put a deposit down to hold it until we got there. Our salesman Gabriel was extremely helpful and knowledgable and continued great communication throughout the buying process. Our walk through on delivery day was great. The trailer looked like new and Don knew everything about our trailer and patiently took us through every detail. I would recommend this location. Ask for Gabe. He did a great job.

Hi I bought a venture sporttreck 327vik and I always heard buying an RV is worst than buying a house, well I just want to say not at Optimum RV it was smooth and enjoying there were a glitch during our walkthrough but it was sorted out and our second a/c was installed without issues. If your looking for a good RV and no hassle buying give them a chance we did and we don't regret it. Dilervery was free. Thanks Wayne and Tom.

The first thing you notice when you arrive to Optimum RV in Ocala, is how big the options are. 65 acres and full of possibilities. The next thing you will notice is how amazing everyone is! We had the pleasure of working with Wayne Nielsen and Conner. Wayne was so patient with us and showed RV s that were in our price range and liking. Did I mention we arrived at closing time and did not realize it! Wayne was so knowledgeable and friendly we felt confident that our best interests were important! Conner was great and made every process of finance easy and again, patient and friendly! We could not have been happier with the professional service, honest feedback. We worked with a lot of other people, Gary our mechanic, very friendly, top talent and ready to work with us! As you can tell We couldn t have been happier Thank you Wayne Nielsen it was a pleasure!

We had a great no pressure shopping experience thanks to Daniel Noel. He made sure he knew what we were looking for. He did not waste our time showing us things either out of our price range or too large/small. We had done our market research. We knew we were getting a fair price for what we wanted. Had a great experience here. I went back and forth 3 or 4 times changing my mind about what I wanted. I had James Godsey showing me around and I have nothing but good things to say about him. He sat back, listened to my questions and never tried to push me into buying. I ended up getting a great deal on exactly what I was looking for. Great place and great people.

I'm so excited to share our purchase of a wonderful used Jayco fifth wheel with the amazing people who work at Optimum RV! The entire experience from start to finish was absolutely nothing but the best all the way. Our sales associate Casey, the finance expert Heather, the internet specialist Ms. Jeanie, the sales mgr. Robbie & the technician Franco. These are exceptional individuals who go the extra mile with customers to make sure that they are taken care of! We are so pleased with the outstanding service we recieved, such a blessing! We have looked for almost 6months to make our purchase and this was "THE PLACE!" We didn't go there with the intention of buying from Optimum. After already looking at other RV locations for an idea of what we wanted, I was just ready to stop looking and buy. Richard made the process easy. He never once pressured us at all.

Optimum RV are liars, they'll you anything to get you buy. The sales manager has no people skills what so ever. I have been waiting now almost 2 months for a missing radio and blinds that were promised and all they say is that is on back order. We are still waiting on reimbursement for cancelling their warranties. This place is a joke. Stay away as far as possible.

Unit was in poor condition for new. Sales knew I was driving over two hours to see and didn't even bother to have a step installed. Very unsafe. Mildewed and other issues. Was told they would try to get a same unit in and honor today's price. If it happens I will retract this review but for now would not recommend this dealer.

All I can say is James Godsey helped us get exactly what we wanted! And super fast. Picked up my 41ft 5th wheel toy hauler today. There was some last minute things that needed a few fixes and Chuck got it done right! We had a very short time to get one n needed it in a few days and the whole team of Optimum RV were amazing! They got us financed as well! They really worked magic in a few days! I highly recommend you ask for James.

Hello! We just bought a 2016 Puma XLE.
Our salesman was Joe Reyes. He was the absolute BEST! He was very down to earth and VERY helpful.
At first we went with another travel trailer and noticed some things wrong with it after we brought it home. We contacted our salesmen Joe and he was very helpful even AFTER HOURS while he was at home spending time with his own family. He made sure that we where treated right and made us come in and trade it in for newer :)
Most places will tell you to screw off, you didn t see it on your walk through ... well not optimum rv! I will forever go back to this place and work with Joe for as long as he is working there and refer as many people as I can to him. .!!! This guy deserves a management position!!!! He, from day one kept his word, honest, caring, patient and most of all, very professional.
I m 100% happy with our travel trailer and our salesman, Joe Reyes.!

On July 1st I reached out through their website re...

On July 1st I reached out through their website requesting information about a travel trailer they had listed on their website. On July 2nd I get a text asking if I was fine with texting or talking in person. I responded with I prefer in person but would do text if needed, someone then proceeded to tell me that in order for me to get a price I would have to come look at the travel trailer. So on July 3rd I messaged them asking about their fees and confirming the camper was onsite. They told me they had nearly 2k in fees since they are a wholesale dealer. I was a little frustrated about the fees as they are triple what a local dealer I had just went to and explained in the message that with those fees were higher than my local dealer I just left. They told me that they have never lost a deal over price and for me to drive down, so I drove 4 hours only to be told within thirty minutes of arriving that the camper sold several days prior. I asked about this and everyone kept deflecting even to the point I ended up getting another sales rep that then focused entirely on selling me another camper. I explained that we was looking for an exact floor plan and that not just any other camper would work. They then spent the next hour trying to justify getting me to buy another camper with a similar floor plan and haggling over a price. My next issue was supposedly the camper they kept haggling on was such a good deal however the price just kept going up with fees, over 6k in just fees. What sent me over the edge was the fact that after I signed the paperwork we got online and would you believe it, I paid more than it was listed for online, and they had the balls to tell me that it was new and not even on the website yet, another lie. Oh and other issues I had was the fact I was pre-approved with my own bank and the whole time they kept telling me I had to finance with them to get the best price...none of their finance companies could even get close to what my bank had. So I already worked out getting it refinanced with my bank afterwards and to save over 6k in interest alone.

Updating my review, dropped it to one star at this point, we took our brand new camper out for a test run the day we picked it up and guess what, several issues ranging from the ac unit freezing, the dining room table collapsed, and the inspection they did was horrible. For a brand new camper it has a lot of issues. I called their service department and no exaggeration, I left my desk phone on speaker while I worked and for 1 Hour 13 minutes and 38 seconds I just listened to the message on being connected to the next available representative before I hung up because I had another call to make. Got a message to a manager and still a month later no response from the dealership or service department. I don't see how all these people reviewing are giving such high ratings becuase when I returned to get someone in person I couldn't count on both hands on the amount of upset people like me at this location due to the of the lake of service.

This has been the worst experience ever. Customer ...

This has been the worst experience ever. Customer Service is basically nonexistent. No one follows up with you. We have been waiting to pick up our RV for OVER A MONTH! We have paid the the first payment on the RV and we haven't had it for one day. How is this possible? Some work was supposed to be done before we pick up our RV OVER a month ago...they dropped the ball and never started the repair and we couldn't reach anyone for weeks. No one would answer or return phone calls. Their communication is horrible.

My husband needed this RV to live in because he had to return in-person to work and we still needed to social distance because of our small child and elderly parents living with us. Now we still don't have our RV and we are out of THOUSANDS of dollars in hotel expenses. This is a horrible way to conduct business. Sales and service do not communicate. The RV sat there with nothing being done and then we received a call to pick it up and the work still wasn't completed and the person who called had no idea until my husband told him that he finally spoke to someone the day before and the repair had not been done so how could we pick up the RV?! Wow!

This is simply ridiculous and a horrible way to run a business.

This is a revision to a negative review I had posted yesterday. I am not afraid to admit I am wrong when I am wrong. The owner Denver Beck called me personally and made right what the Sales Manager Connor should have done yesterday when we found out our mirror problem was major when we went to pick up our Class A we had purchased. The owner is an honest and caring person and he recognized it was not something cosmetic that needed fixing like the Sales Manager tried to say. Optimum RV has stood behind the product they sold us and I will definitely be sending others their way. I will be recommending they speak with the most awesome salesperson we have dealt with in our 3 year search and his name is Mike Aldana. He spent 3 days with us and answered all of our questions and did everything he could for us in his role as a phenomenal Salesman. Never any pressure , courteous, kind, thoughtful and works very hard for the customer. Deserves a huge raise and I will be putting his name and Optimum RV out on my contacts lists for everyone to see. Looking forward to always doing business here where customer satisfaction has been shown to be a priority. Thank you for turning this into a wonderful experience!!!

We recently traded for a Flagstaff Micro Lite and, again, we're so pleased with all departments: from our salesman (Wayne), to Dennis (in the finance office), to Chuck (in Service), and everyone in between. They're a great group of people... You won't be disappointed!

My wife and I went to Optimum RV to purchase a year old travel trailer. Wayne was our salesman and he made the buying experience so easy and stress free. When I arrived the RV was already detailed and sway bars where almost finished being put on. I was shocked at the price they were going to give me for my trade in as well. They gave me a very fair price compare to other dealers. Connor, one of the manager went out this way to make our experience a memorable one. If anybody is in the market for an RV and are wondering where to go, don't think twice. Optimum RV is where you want to go.

We were looking for a new travel trailer last weekend and visited Optimum RV in Ocala for the first time to see their inventory. Our salesman, Gabe, was awesome. He really listened to what we wanted and found the perfect trailer for us. He knows his inventory and didn't waste our time. He is very easy to talk to and wants to make sure the customer is happy. All the staff we dealt with were great and treated us like family. I would definitely recommend you see Gabe if you are looking for an RV. We will be a return customer for sure.

Our sales person was Jennifer McNinch. We were quite pleased how she only showed us what we were interested in. She always asked what we liked or didn't like about a unit and then would take us to a unit with features we said we liked. It did not take long for Jennifer to find the perfect travel trailer. for us. Jim Ropella, in finance was quite pleasant to work with and the manager, Hoss Roberts, accommodated our requests without a hassle. They asked when we would like to pick up the trailer and it was ready for our walk through when we arrived. Glen, the delivery technician, gave us a very thorough introduction to the features of the trailer and included maintenance tips. In all, it was a very pleasant experience!

I cannot express enough, how smooth everything went from looking at the campers with Richard our sales guy, which we can't say enough good things about , and Heather the finance person was awesome as well. Impossible to reach anyone by phone. Went to pick up our recently purchased tt and waited at least 10 min before someone asked if we needed help. So the walk thru went ok!
Pulled away with our 2018 coachman, 20 mile into our drive home boom tire blew out and fender destroyed and of course no one is answering the phone. Sad

On May 9th, we were driving and had a blowout on one of our tires on our travel trailer. This caused damage which tore out wires that caused us to have no lights on the trailer. We came upon Optimum RV and went in to see if we could possibly get everything fixed. We were told that they were taking appointments 3 weeks out, but would see what they could do. We were happily told they could fit us in at that time. Everything was completely fixed in an hour and a half. What service!!!!!! We dealt with JR, Dominica, and Daniel. We could not have been any happier and pleased with the staff and the work done.

As a quick summation, they are dishonest, rude ,snakes, and I don't recommend them.

We purchased an Rv from optimum about six months ago. When we put our deposit down they were doing some work on the slide out to repair a leak. They told us it was finished and had us drive to look at the camper three times (we live three hours from the dealer). Each time we went the camper was not finished and it made no sense that they lied to tell us that it was. When they finally finished the repair we went for the final look and realized they had taken out two of the nice wooden sliding doors that were in the camper when we Initially put our deposit down, they also took the DVD player/surround sound system out of the camper. When we asked about it they brushed us off like they were never there. They said the doors were damaged and they had to take them out, which was a lie, I had seen the doors myself.

They swore up and down to us that the repair they did on the slide out was factory quality. Once we purchased the Rv and got it home, it leaked horribly the very first time it rained. We had another Rv repair shop look at it, and they told us they would never sell anyone a camper in this condition.

I will say, optimum did send someone to fix the leak issue.. It took almost two weeks, and afterward we had a mold issue from all of the water. I had to call them a lot and keep on top of them about it, but they did fix the leak. We had to fix the mold ourselves. Pete, the manager, is very rude. He insulted my father, and lied to us on many occasions.

6 months later and the motor they put into the slide when they repaired it has stopped working.

The repair shop they speak so highly of is dishonest and they do terrible work, as you can probably tell from all of the other reviews on here. They have a big camper selection, but don't let them do any work on what you buy, and have another Rv company make an appraisal before you buy from them.

We recently had a warranty issue with our new Puma TH. We had only 2 weeks before our next trip and was hopeful it would get repaired. Thankfully, Morgan and the guys in the service dept worked through the problem just in time and got us on the road. Very polite, patient and knowledgeable. Thanks so much.

I went specifically to Optimum RV because of Gulf Stream's Vintage Cruiser, sales person Jeanne Phillips was excellent and helpful. We purchase a unit and waited for delivery which Jeanne let us know of its arrival and scheduled day for delivery. The mechanic that did walk through was excellent and thoroughly made sure everything for the coach was ready and tow setup was right.
Some how management lost my tag from motor home, they assured me that they would keep it safely for me and can't locate it then said they gave it to me when I watched them carry it into office.
Management needs to get their act together which would make the purchase go better to reflect a quality product line they carry, the excellent sales staff, and mechanic staff. I drove unit off the lot without tag because I didn't have time to waste in returning home and haven't heard anything about tag for unit yet.

We did a lot of research on different 5th wheels, dealers and locations. We were looking for a dealer near Ocala and found Gabe at Optimum RV. He was great! We always felt he was being honest with us and showing us 5th wheelers that fit our needs and price range. OptimumRV was very clear about the costs and add other costs that are part of the bottom line when you buy from them. When we agreed on the price it was clear they were not trying to make their money after the deal.

Gabe was super! We had our new 5th wheel ready for PDI, and delivery so that we could get it delivered to our new lot near Ocala on Monday after we signed our papers. He followed up on everything he said he would do.

During the final inspection (Eric) agreed they would replace two doors that had some scratches and issues. They walked us thru the new unit and were great to work with.

Very friendly and helpful people. You can't wander the lot (it's huge, and there's the insurance thing), but they will take you around in a cast, look at every model out there, and answer any question you have with the patience and a smile. Tom, you're awesome!

She wrote down my name, address and the type of traveltrailer that I was interested in but I have yet to receive said brochure. If they can't do something as simple as send out a brochure then I can't trust them with my traveltrailer needs. I'll go to Camping World or Tradewinds to buy my traveltrailer.

I purchased my RV, a 2018 Wolfpack toy hauler, from Optimum RV in July 2017. Best sales staff I've ever dealt with. Very attentive and extremely convincing. Made me feel as though I was part of the Optimum family. The problem I've had and continue to have is with their service Dept. I've had the extreme displeasure of filing multiple warranty claims with them. Each of my multiple visits for warranty work has been more aggravating than the previous. Getting staff and even management to return my calls on a timely manner is next to impossible. I've been nothing but reasonable and understanding and feel swept under the rug. I'm an externally loyal buyer and would have loved to purchase my next RVs from them but unfortunately it has come to this. I've even stopped recommending them to friends and family and felt it necessary to post this review as a "buyer beware courtesy."

From the time I bought my camper it has been nothing but a headache to sales department not wanting to deal with you once paperwork is signed and running my credit twelve times to get it financed. So ruining my credit rating. Camper is brand new and already have to replace items and all under warranty but camper has been there three weeks and I have to keep calling them to get updates. I only had one phone call back and that was from the tech. I would never recommend anyone to buy from them. Until they get staff in sales and service to actually treat the customers with respect. It s a shame

I co-manage an RV park and send customers to them to buy an rv or if they need anything repaired. I am very pleased with the Service and Parts Departments for getting the warranty company to repair my rv at no out of pocket cost to me.

Went to pick up my RV today as I was scheduled for my walk-through. It was a great experience for my wife and I. I was extremely impressed with how knowledgeable (super knowledgeable), super friendly, and helpful Daniel Murray was. Mr.Murray dedicated about two hours to explain and answer my questions. Then, we encountered the business manager, Mr. Dennis Burke, who answered all my emails promptly and kept me informed about the financing end, and even more importantly without even asking for it, found us a better interest rate. We were also very happy with the way that Mr. Hoss Roberts treated us. He was compassionate about knowing that our RV wasn t new and needed just a couple items/issues that needed a bit of TLC. We brought it to his attention and he was able to help us the best way he could. Overall, I would definitely recommend any of these fellas and shopping at Optimum RV in Ocala. THANK YOU GUYS!

We just bought a 2018 Heartland landmark Newport 365 5th wheel. Everyone at this dealership treated us with respect and we had a very pleasant buying experience. A huge shout out to our sales rep. Daniel Noel. Daniel was so professional and took time to listen to all concerns. He is very courteous, knowlegable and has a great sense of humor. I drove from Tampa to Ocala to see a 2016 Mirada they didn t have pictures of online. We bought the vehicle (so we thought) and went home for the day. That night after looking at pictures on their website, I realized they showed me a 2015 that was sold. Now I m wondering what did I actually buy? The next day I called the salesperson and explained the situation. It was his day off so answers didn t come quick. Once they found the vehicle I had purchased they tried to say the unit was as-is, after I had already signed the paperwork. It was missing a TV, a DVD player, 2 faucets had been replaced with cheap faucets, unlike the vehicle I thought I was buying. They tell me they are going to ship me a faucet and a dvd player, but I had to purchase the TV that was missing. Customer service does not exist. Ask for a manager, they never call you back. Last but not least, when I brought the unit home I noticed I don't have a key to any of the locking compartments, still trying to get that fixed, or locksmith bill is next. Don't listen when they tell you "they check everything".

Turn around and walk away! My biggest mistake was to purchase an RV at this place. I spent 6 hours on a sales pitch with not even a glass of water or a snack with my kids.Talked to 4 different people that convinced us to buy "a fully equipped brand new 2020 RV" when we went to pick it up things were missing from the RV. The TV, Radio, spare tire and no repairs or cleaning had been done. They had the RV for a whole week!! They said we bought as is!?? We paid 53K for something as is??? Bunch of corrupt liars. It was a struggle since the beginning! Lies and misinformation. The ordered the wrong hitch which delayed our trip by two days. I am a traveling nurse that has a contract to be at the job site on time. They dont care for the the family buying the RV but they care for the money. They finally put the TV and ordered the radio but it is too late I had to travel to the job site. My husband had to clean it.. Do not buy there! If you get convinced, don't buy extras! 8k in warranties that don't cover what you need!! I'm so disappointed at this experience. I wanted an RV to take my family with me on my work trips. The worst decision ever. I should of gone somewhere else. Trust me and save yourself the headache.

My husband and I had a very positive experience at Optimum RV. Unlike a car dealer everyone from our sales rep (Cassie), to the finance advisor, to the owner (Mr.Beck), and the tech were very informative, patient, and easy to work with. The tech spent over 2 hours with us explaining all details about our new RV. He even helped my husband attach a hitch to his car. We were given a free night to camp out in the camper and they followed up with a call to make sure that everything was going well with our RV. Overall it was a seamless process and would definitely recommend them! Many thanks to Optimum RV for our perfect home on wheels!

My second review regarding the lemon trailer I bou...

My second review regarding the lemon trailer I bought from Optimum RV.... I have had no electric for the last few months. The Forest River E-Pro that I bought from Optimum RV has been in the shop constantly since I purchased it, with some of the same items being fixed four times over because they keep breaking. I did speak to Paul, the Operations Director, regarding the nightmare this trailer has been, after he saw my initial review months ago and called me.
We discussed my distress that I am now being charged diagnostic fees because my one year warranty is not covering all of these visits to the shop. Paul assured me that he would reimburse the cost of the diagnostic fee and help me to come to a solution. I was then passed on to a sales agent who was very nice, but no solution was reached. The diagnostic fee that I sent the receipt for was never reimbursed. I was asked how I would like this matter resolved and when I suggested the resolution that I return the lemon trailer they sold me for a full refund of what I paid, they blamed the issues on the manufacturer.
As previously noted, I had to drive the trailer to Indiana where it was originally manufactured to install the inverter Optimum RV lied to me about being included in the trailer I was purchasing. The production manager at the Forrest River plant saw the list of broken items on the trailer and found more broken items as he was working, and made the comment that my trailer never should have left the sales lot in the condition it was in.
Now I have a trailer that I bought brand-new, and have owned less than a year, I cannot use it to travel with non-working electric. Optimum RV blames the manufacturer, Forest River and Forest River blames Optimum RV, and I have a trailer that is costing me money and time to constantly drive to the shop and I can t even use it to travel.
I feel I have been lied to twice now, by Optimum RV... first when they sold me a trailer with an inverter that did not exist, and again, when I was told they would reimburse the diagnostic fee, which they did not. I think Optimum RV should let me return this trailer for a full refund of what I have paid and work out the legalities of who is responsible for this lemon trailer with the manufacturer. It is disheartening that this dealership does not take accountability for selling me a trailer that is a lemon and has lied to me on more than one occasion

Jay was very professional and made my wife and I feel very comfortable by showing us and making sure we understood every detail on how to use our rv. Great experience purchasing our Flagataff E-Pro travel trailer. We traveled 650 miles to purchase due to unbeatable pricing when compared to our local/immediate area. George was a most helpful salesman, and the deal was completed prior to our travel to take possession of our camper. Jeremy did a very thorough walkthrough with us, answered any and all questions and was extremely knowledgeable. Large selection to choose from as well. We would definitely recommend doing business with this dealer if you are in the market for a travel trailer, motor home, etc!

He was very concerned about my negative comments and wanted to try to make things right. He has offered some free services and some coupons. I agreed to his offer and am now willing to give Optimum a second chance the next time I need servicing or a repair. Hopefully, I will be able to post a 5 star review in the future...
