Had been looking for a Retro for a few months. Saw one on-line at Optimum. Mike McCormack sent me pictures and I told him I was on vacation in NC. He was very good about answering my questions. We settled on an "out the door" price, pending my looking at it. It took longer than they stated to make the repairs that it needed, but i knew that it would probably take longer than they anticipated. All in all, it was an easy satisfying purchase. The service dept. did a great job getting me all hooked up. I don't know why they didn't fix the issues with it before I looked at it...... that left a poor impression.
