Our experience with Optimum RV was great! It began with our salesman George! He was amazing. Returned calls right away, got all of our questions answered and spent a lot of time with us to make sure we got just what we wanted!!! The sales manager Pete was so helpful and explained some important differences to us that also helped us make a decision. Our finance manager Dennis went above and beyond to help us. I have never had a better finance experience in MY life. Last but definitely NOT least was Jason. He did our walk through and I have to say he went beyond our expectations. Explaining and helping us to understand how to operate everything!!! This was a hugh purchase for us but I can say that all the efforts from the staff made it a very enjoyable purchase.
