Order placed and delivered on schedule the problem that the fast east courier to whom the delivery was destined has used really incapable ... For the confirmation of the shipment I had asked for a message or an email because in the morning I work confirmed that they would send me a message .... They called me .... luckily I was on a lunch break otherwise I would have been on the phone again 20 times like the previous time .... Unfortunately people work and if I tell you the day before that you don't find me or you don't understand what I'm telling you or you're calibrated .... I repeat I called 20 times before being able to talk to the courier and in the end he didn't understand anything without counting the times they hung me up
With the site I had no problems but the courier's office is incompetent ... The boys instead of having handed me the freezer were very good and punctual !!!!
