If you don't know how to do your job, maybe it's better to do something else. Order number YA16922955 dated 23/07/2019 paid via PayPal (and therefore immediate payment). After three days with the words "internal check payment" (who knows what they need to check because the cash flow is immediate), I try to contact the call center but strangely no one answers. After an attendant answers a myriad of attempts me that tells me that there was a problem in their terminals, but that television was already shipped the same day (26.07.2019). To date, the order has been shipped from 07/26/2019 but not entrusted to the courier, the customer service call (again after a myriad of attempts) an operator who tells me that the shipping address is "anomalous" when of anomalous it doesn't have a beautiful nothing, in fact it repeats me the address of consignment and I confirm it and it informs me that it will be sent today. I really want to see how many times I still have to call customer service. In 20 years of online purchases I have never experienced such a thing, especially because we are talking about equipment that have considerable amounts, they are not willing to pay more than 400 Euros in advance and wait two weeks.
Finally ... the "Monclick I Buy Here" commercial ........................ I would also like to receive the goods after buying it .. I don't have words.
