Nothing to say about the quality of the product purchased, the payment process and order management. The customer service, contacted several times, was also available, as far as possible. TOTALLY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE regarding the delivery of the object (4-door American refrigerator). I chose the delivery to the floor, given the weight of the object (130 kg). Order of 08/25/2019. They contact me on 10/09/2019 for the delivery they fix for the next day. After two hours they contact me because "there is no transporter cart", assuring me that delivery will take place in the short term. More heartfelt. The reminders, made either by Monclick or by calling the courier, were of no use. On 26/09 (after more than a month), tired of waiting, I had to leave with a personal van and go to the depot to pick up the item and pay a removal company to transport it to the floor. If a person can't afford this what does he do ??
