Unfortunately there are no 0 stars!
Bad site. I purchased a faulty scrubber and when I asked to take advantage of the legal guarantee they did not respond to the certified mail!
I contacted them from the site and they replied that they had not received the email and that the terms for the right of withdrawal had expired!
I replied that they had received the e-mail because I had received a delivery notification and that "if they bothered to read it" they would see that I was asking for a replacement for the legal guarantee and not the withdrawal ".
They told me to get by with the whirpool service!
I had also offered them to change it with another brand, adding a price difference (since even the Whirpool service is a rip off), but nothing to do: AVAILABILITY TOWARDS THE ZERO CUSTOMER!

I also think that HERE there are some ambiguous reviews that make you think ...

Or maybe he is simply a monclick employee who wanted to raise the average of negative stars !!!
