Bad. I place an order, I cancel it for my error on...

Bad. I place an order, I cancel it for my error on the address, I make another one and they cancel it for lack of credit (because they had blocked me with pre-authorization on the first order), but they write it to me the next day and ESPECIALLY they block me the figure x2 for 15 days now. the bank informs me that the release will take place within 5 days .... in the meantime I use mybank and I can get the good to buy.
I solicit a reply, three times: zeroooo mail zero phone calls, zero money.

don't complain if everyone uses amazon.

never again, I don't recommend moonclick, strictly.

Answer September 7: change the text of the email: remove "immediate" and write up to 1 month .... my bank called me after 1 day and told me that it depends on you. A similar block has never happened with Amazon.
