I purchased through eBay from a dispoitivo Chronocast Monclik on 22/05/2020. It had to be delivered in a few days. On 25/05/2020 I get notices of shipment via BRT courier.
In the days after the web portal BRT was continually postponed delivery the next day. 05.06.2020 Today the web portal BRT is delivered. NOT TRUE ... NEVER RECEIVED.
I would like to point out that from 29/05/2020 I have made daily reminders via email, telephone, web form both in Monclik and in BRT without receiving feedback.
Now I asked the cancellation order with immediate refund ... we'll see.
REALLY BAD, BAD, BAD SERVICE.
