Monclick, I am writing to you from India, there is no way i can speak to your customer care. Please block or cancel the order that was made using credit card ending with 9570. It was for around 800 euros and for sure I didnt order it from here, India. The FRAUD took place around 10.40pm european time on 11 Dec 2019. My card is stolen. It was a FRAUD transaction and reported to my bank. Please report customer to your POLICE. Please cancel the order at your end or you may lose money.

Edit: please dont ship the order and cancel the order so that money comes back to my card. Thank you. India police and bank are informed. Investigation is in progress. Meanwhile please dont claim the amount, order must be cancelled.
