Shipping speed and product quality are not in question at all. All perfect in a very short time for the type of product I purchased, an hp notebook. Prices are not the lowest on the web, but they are still competitive and I chose to spend a little more for the speed of order fulfillment. Personal account not updated quickly, but good communication with the staff via facebook, even if from 6pm on Friday to 10am on Monday they disappear.
