I report my customer experience: day 09/11/2018 I proceed with the order of the LGF4J5TN3W washing machine indicated as available. On 12/11/2018 10.02 am I receive the email from the automatic system in which the order YA16750191 was entered into the system on 13/11/2018 the sum of 355.88 was withdrawn from my paypal account. On 11/14/2018 an email from the automatic monclick system warned me that the item was finished and that I could buy another one or proceed with the refund. I called the customer call center and after pointing out to them that it is not correct to sell an item that then you are unable to deliver the courteous Mrs. Elena after having even resented she attacked the phone in my face. I add that the customer care has not proceeded to refund the sum but I have opened a dispute on PayPal
