I made the order on 02/12/19 YA19131341 of a brack...

I made the order on 02/12/19 YA19131341 of a bracket and a TV bracket received but of canvas no trace from the traking results in the local hub ... for days I have written several emails to which I have not received any response. Since I paid and fortunately with Pay pall do I have to ask for a refund? since delivery dates have not been respected?
