Very bad experience with Monclick, I order an iPhone XS max with delivery by appointment .. so my order remains in storage with the company in charge.
Once I delivered the packaged package, I noticed at home afterwards that there was nothing inside it.
I complain with the call center service.
They ask me for a series of photos and documentation as a complaint photo of the package, supplied all by me, but for a forgetfulness I do not attach the photo of the packaging. Therefore the competent office does not give the ok for the reimbursement as according to them "I have not signed with reservation" but I subsequently contact the call center saying that the packaging was there and that I have the proof photographed at the time of the signature of the delivery (but not enough for them because it was sent too late, the fact remains that if they had been correct professionals, they would have asked me first if the package was packed and then they should have issued a sentence but it does nothing ... Then as I communicate that I have the photo of the packaging stick to the signature with reserve .. and unfortunately for them I had made to put "signature with reserve" and I photographed x this safety too.
I also tell them this thing and also that I can prove when the photo was taken. But they don't want to know. So even if I have late delivered a photo of the packaging, which they never requested, and the same thing for the photo of the signature with reservation (but I was never requested) for them it is not possible a refund.
So I PAYED a PHONE that I DO NOT have but the joke is that they don't even want to repay me.
Now as already communicated to them I will go through legal channels. Unfortunately for them the documentation in my possession is against them.
Negative experience both on delivery but on bad customer care.
DO NOT BUY FROM MONCLICK before they refund you if there is any problem.
