I'd like to understand how your company works. A few days ago I wanted to buy a TV on ebay, and Monclick had one at an attractive price. I have sent several messages for information without being answered. I tried to contact customer service for two days straight, waiting on the phone for more than half an hour each time. No way. I left the number to be called back but I think they will never do. Conclusion .. the TV I wanted to take was no longer available. Searching your site again I found another less convenient than the first. I undertake the purchase, send invoice data and await confirmation to make the payment. A ghost company. Black friday is over. Christmas as well. What is the problem then?
