Negative experience: ordered a freezer (ORDER YA19...

Negative experience: ordered a freezer (ORDER YA19297488), arrived all dented on two sides; I ask for a replacement, they say it is not foreseen and offer a refund, in the meantime they increase the price.
Given other reviews about the refunds I decide to keep the freezer even if ruined (7-8 deep dents) because I still need it.
