Almost four years after and you guys never ceased to be amazing all around!!!

From the moment I rolled in the service bay area, got a very nice welcome smile and a strong firm handshake from BENSON! Amazing how he brought back and reminded me of last year's conversation.

I got to hand it to you Benson, your customer service is authentic, genuine and sincere. Please do not hesitate to ask the ever forgiving Kevin if you need a validation, no kidding!

Right off the bat, my welcome arrival was further elevated by Cathy and Nicole, as if waiting just for me to arrive. "Thank You So Much Cathy" for always accommodating my crazy service schedule request even on the shortest of notice.

And just when I thought it couldn't get any better, Greg delivered the "bad news" on a $ilver platter $prinkled with all kind$ of option$ and $olution$ plus the why'$ with no cherry on top! How dare you Greg!

Not at all the day and budget I planned and expected, but the kind of personalized customer service felt more like a "homecoming event" to always look forward to, except the spending part, Sorry Greg, nothing personal!

Apologies for making this "well deserved" review this long as doing it otherwise would not be fair to you all of you guys.

The help, the attention I received was above and beyond my expectations.
Farzad (AJ) Jafari and Kathryn McKenzie were such an immense help in getting me, my vehicle. They made things so easy and seamless from making the deal to insurance to getting me the keys, it was a great and enjoyable experience.
I highly recommend this dealership and especially these 2 individuals, they were so and kind and I was always kept in the loop. I will certainly be getting my next vehicle here.

Purchased a used Toyota car from here. When I came to pick it up there were still some spots in the car that weren t cleaned such as the back which had hair and other stuff there. Had to ask them to clean the spots properly. My overall feeling is that before I purchased the car service was good but after that the aftercare was not that great.I was disappointed because my expectations were high due to it being a dealership that sells luxury vehicles. If it was a different dealership such as ford or Mazda I wouldn t be as disappointed. Would not come back here. Try Downtown Lexus as the service they provided was superior.

Very dishonest pre owned car buying experience at Lexus on the Park.

Summary:
Their prices are atleast 33% above fair price for a used car.
If you are a first time car buyer or are bad at negotiating you'll regret buying here.
Keep an eye on Autotrader to get competitive prices.
Take someone who has already bought couple of used cars with you, or you'll lose your hard earned money for nothing.

This was my first car and I found the car I was interested in at 2 places: unbranded dealership and Lexus on the Park. Lexus on the Park had the same car listed for 32.5k instead of 25k at the other dealership. I expected to pay more at this place but also expected to have a good car buying experience as well. But it turned out to be horrible once i signed the deal. Once i signed the paper, I ended up getting an appointment to pick up the car in the last 5 mins of the dealership's closing, leaving all of my questions and doubts for another day. I wasn't given the owners manual, safety standards certificate, warranty coverage and other documentation until i looked up on the internet that they should be giving it to me. I had to follow up multiple times and come in twice into the dealership just to get the correct owners manual, since Thomas Homewood wanted me to keep 2013 manual instead of the 2014 claiming the car hadn't changed, he ended up picking the manual from another car! It seemed like it was the first car he was selling since he was unaware of the all the documents that go along with the car. I had to search for all the documents on the internet and ask my friends to find out what documents I should be asking for.
I would advise everyone to be very vigilant and not to let the beautiful location and beautiful cars deceive you into thinking that this place will be equivalent to the Lexus brand at all, it is just an unrelated store which has the car you want.
Tom was also looking to have me accept a higher interest rate than the signed deal for the car to build my 'Canadian credit history'. I ended up finding a better auto loan rate at my local credit union, which is ridiculous since dealerships have better rates than banks.
They have atleast 33% markup on the fair price of the pre owned cars but since I was a first time buyer I was sucked into their convoluted sales tactics. I would advise you to take an experienced negotiator/buyer with you, if you value your hard earned money, even if you have to pay them. Take someone with you who has bought couple of used cars themselves or be rest assured you'll be overpaying for the same car for the pleasure of buying from a good looking location and some free snacks.

I went looking for a used car at Lexus on the Park and wanted to share my experience. In the end I did not purchase the vehicle because we couldn't come to an agreement on the price. However the sales staff were great and made the experience very pleasant and comfortable from beginning to end. They kept in touch regularly to discuss pricing and other details. They even let me know the vehicle had been sold, instead of just vanishing like other dealerships will do. I have bought several vehicles in the past and it has sometimes been a good and sometimes a bad experience, however the experience at LOTP was exceptional and deserved to be mentioned.

My Mother and I had a terrific experience with the Sales rep. Cedric Meschino at this location. She is currently looking for a new SUV, and Cedric was able to walk us through all of the details and different package selections that they offer - including all the sales! The gentleman was extremely knowledgeable and charismatic - certainly superior to our past experiences with most other dealerships!

My wife and I have been faithful clients of Lexus on the park for the last 12 years. Starting from their GM(Alistair) to their sales force and the service department we always had great service. No complaints at all. Recently I decided to buy a new car and again I contacted Alistair who was very responsive and introduced me to Paul Baretto of his Toyota wing. Paul was just as professional as his GM and was able to help me order the car that I wanted. This dealership represents Lexus extremely well and make an effort to satisfy the needs of their clients!

Amazing customer service when in person. But over the phone, not so much. I ve been trying to call for two days now and it seems as though no one works the front desk. I m actually calling them right now for the second time - it s 11:14am, Saturday. I called an hour earlier and the person that did pick up was more interested with the co-worker she was talking to. I can literally hear them talking about a transaction that was going on for nearly five minutes. When she finally remembered I was on the line, I asked for finance and was transferred to a long distance number that seems to not exist.

Larry sold me my first Lexus - a 2016 NX 200t back in Sep 2016. It was my first car - so whilst overwhelming, the experience was approached with grace tending to my vehicle requirements. The car is stunning. Drives like a sturdy sedan, but has the size of a compact SUV and is super versatile.

I'm greeted warmly with respect at every service update by Benson. He provides useful information concisely, and is friendly. I've taken in my car for regularly scheduled services about 3 times now, and he's always been punctual for the initial check-in. He connects with Lexus customers.

Just bought an IS350 from the fantastic team at Lexus On the Park The service from start to pickup was truly impressive! Special shout-out to the amazing sales team, Anthony Trasmundi & Alexandrine (Ali) Brisson what a refreshing approach they bring to the table. They first seek to understand my lifestyle, needs, and desire; and then they took the time to guide and steer me to the car that best suit my needs. Instead of immediately steering me to the higher-end model (which I would expect most sales folks would do, given I told them both models were being considered), Ali actually suggested that I should first test drive the IS300 to see if that works for me. I am truly impressed with the professionalism and dedication she demonstrated to ensure I am making an informed decision. Ali also worked very hard to get me what I wanted, and presented different options based on my timeline. The whole experience was so pleasant and enjoyable!

When it came to pick up, the experience was just as equally impressive, Josie spent a lot of her time explaining the features to me, answering all my questions with a smile and being so patient with me as I attempted to figure out the mouse/controller. To top everything off, when I took out the owner's manual at home, I was so pleasantly surprised again that Ali has put little index flags on the manual so I can find things easily. Such attention to detail and her pursuit of excellence is unmatched!

There are at least two other Lexus dealerships closer to home, but I would definitely go back to Lexus On the Park and do business with Anthony and Ali again and again. Highly recommended!!

From the first visit to the dealership, I was very impressed with the service level and friendliness of all staff. The little extras (popcorn, fresh squeezed juice, etc) were also an unexpected treat. When I decided to do a second test drive, I was pleasantly surprised to have Tom offer to come to my house so that I could test drive from there, instead of having to drive to the dealership. This was a great convenience for me.
Josie was very knowledgeable about all of the features of my new IS 250 and was mindful of providing me with the information I needed while managing to my schedule.
It's a great day when your experience goes beyond expectations.

Stefanie's attention to detail was appreciated in ensuring the deal closed quickly. On delivery, Josie made sure I was familiar with all the features, and helped with some basic set-up which was greatly appreciated. The whole team is friendly, helpful, patient and they work with you to ensure you are happy with your car, and the experience. Went for a Purchase - things did not work out and we felt as if the Sales person FADY or whatever his name was got offended by my counter offer.
I felt like, I was not being treated well from the beginning since during my conversations with Nixcy over the phone, I always told her that I wanted to buy the NX but then I changed my mind to see the RX350 and Fady once told me - Oh, because you told Nixcy you wanted to see the NX we were preparing accordingly. Well - If the client changes their mind to see a better vehicle that should actually make the salesperson happy and not nagging about it.
Very surprisingly Nixcy, who was coordinating with me all the while on the phone to pitch us in to review the offers at their dealership in person and when we reach there she transferred us over to another salesperson called Fady. Me and the wife were more comfortable dealing with her over the phone hence the reason we went. Sometimes a client needs to see a salesperson that makes them comfy enough and gives them that confidence that they will work with them when they arrive. Anyways!
From the beginning Fady was not friendly enough to provide us the buying experience that one would like to have. In the end, when I did not agree to the numbers (which every client has a right to) since it was not fitting my budget I would have expected Fady to say good bye in a very sporting way rather than giving us that offending look. In turn, I and the wife offered to shake hands before leaving as a gesture that should come from the sales person. They definitely lost my second consideration that i would have returned home and thought about since I really want to buy one of those vehicles.
Highly disappointed!!

The service was very cold and told me that there was no room for bargaining. After I came back, I googled that Lexus on the park was the highest rated in Lexus dealer. I made an appointment online this time, and soon sales consultant Alex Thomas contacted me. Because I was busy during that time, I have been in contact with him by email for two weeks and asked him questions. He was very patient and professional, and the email reply was very fast. Due to the full communication in the early stage, when I went to the store for a test drive, Alex prepared everything in advance and received me with enthusiasm. His enthusiasm is very comfortable and reasonable, and will not make people feel stressed. Finally, when I selected the car to buy, Alex helped me communicate with his manager many times and gave me a good offer. I felt very satisfied. And he also followed up and asked after I bought the vehicle. I highly recommend Alex. In addition, Lexus' financial and delivery services are also very good. In the future, I will definitely buy the second Lexus at Lexus on the park. The high score of Lexus on the park is well deserved!

What a spectacular experience I have had! From the beginning with the SALE of not only one but 2 Lexus vehicles, Ali was very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. She was quick to respond to all my questions and ease any concerns I had. Moreso, I have to praise her for her communication as she has kept in touch even after we drove away with the cars. I would definitely recommend her to others!

Now, let me comment on my recent SERVICE experience. I had gone in for a routine service appointment when there was an unfortunate incident which resulted in my car being damaged. I was immediately put in touch with Abid, the sales manager. Not only did he personally attend to rectifying the issue, he went above and beyond in ensuring we were properly and fairly compensated for the inconvenience. I hardly doubt any other dealership would have been able to top that of Lexus on the Park!

Rarely does one get great service and a great price. With Mark you do! I've been buying cars from Mark since 2000 when I first walked into the dealership after having gone to two others. Mark didn't know my other quotes but easily beat them WITHOUT any haggling. Better than that, he continues to work for you after the purchase. Purchasing our Lexus NK300 at LEXUS on he Park was a comfortable, friendly and seamless experience. Nick and his staff were patient, knowledgeable and helped us get what we considered as "the best possible deal". Before leaving , Rene gave us a thorough "tutorial" on the operation of the vehicle's features. The "after sales" support is also very impressive. This is NOT your average sales experience, this is a LEXUS on the Park experience. Thanks.

In a span of three weeks, I had to bring my car back to Lexus on the Park 3 times. Although Lexus does a diagnostic test, they only troubleshoot the issue that was conveyed to them. I was having trouble with brakes so they only looked at that. Gave me my car back with warning lights.

Sent them an email conveying my disappointment in their service and was essentially told that it isn't in their process to look at things that wasn't conveyed. Honestly, I would have been satisfied with a note that they will review their process. I will now go out of my way to other dealerships when needing to service my vehicle.

Edit: in response to Lexus' response. Yes, the Service Manager responded to my email which I sent to him. He informed me that their diagnostic process is not to examine additional details. This leads me to believe that if there was a safety issue with the car, but wasn't conveyed to them, they wouldn't check or inform me. I can imagine the headlines "Lexus car crashes, leaves one critically injured a day after being serviced at dealership".

For many years I have I been able to drive a Lexus vehicle. When service is required it's a very simple procedure to make a call to the Lexus on the park dealership and the appointment is made around your time frame. Once there, you are greeted by an employee who gets all the pertinent info and suggests you have a coffee or a snack in the cafeteria. Vehicle is almost always ready on time. All in all it's a very satisfying experience. So much for service , the sales department is low keyed but extremely professional.Again,all in all, the sales and service department is a very pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience overall!! Picked up our new 2017 Lexus RX 350 this week. Never imagined that we will test drive a car and book it the same day and pick up the car within 48 hours. A special mention for our sales rep Alex and the sales manager Anthony who did everything possible to accommodate us at the last minute. We thought we would be grateful if we got a chance to test drive the car since we reached 30 mins before the closing time. But they both stayed back for 3 extra hours making sure we understood all the features and that we make an informed decision. Alex also offered to take me for another test drive just to make sure I was making the right decision. The team was very accommodating during the delivery allowing us to chose the best possible time slot after work and made sure to go thought most features and tutorials before we drove out (again an hour after the closing time!!). Alex called me 3 days after the delivery to make sure everything was alright with the car and to book another appointment during the weekend if we need to go over some more tutorials. Best experience overall!

We just purchased a new 2020 Lexus NX300h , my wife wanted a Blue one, and we looked everywhere but there was none available with the package that we wanted until we came to Lexus on the park. Our sales rep STEPHEN got to work immediately and sure enough he called us the next day with the good news, he found one and he came through with the delivery on the exact day of my wife's birthday.That was fantastic. Recently brought my car in for a scheduled service. I couldn't stop myself from writing a review, not for the service quality, but for Mr. Gregory Mugford. He was absolutely welcoming, inquiring what my needs were with regard to the service, and even dealt with me with a smile when i bugged him twice to sent me the service documents via email. This is my second pleasant experience with him and i would love to meet him next time when i come in for a service. I should say, he knows how to exactly deal with the customers. (Great job Man)

I was in the market for winter tires on my NX200, after checking a few other dealerships including where I got my car,I decided to give Lexus on the Park a call.
I must say it was the best decision I made that day, as from the moment my call was answered to the installation of my tires the experience was nothing less than perfect.
Ali the lovely and very pleasant salesperson who took my first call was outstanding, her level of courtesy and customer service was beyond superior, she made me feel very comfortable knowing she was doing everything possible to not only get me the best price but also to have the work done as soon as possible.
Upon entering the dealership the feeling was exactly the same as on the phone, from the warm and friendly greeting of Marlon the service advisor to Cathy who immediately offered me a coffee, and lastly to meeting Trevor the General sales manager and a very pleasant gentleman who took time to introduce himself to me.

Good service depending on who's there to serve you. Like most "luxury" brand stores, people who work there have an attitude. You know it's not just a dealership. A little on the cheap side, have to ask receptionist for hot chocolate packs for the machine, as staff tend to dwell into service offerings purchased for customers. But when it comes to food - we already know - there are no rules

No matter when you call them they don't answer the phone. You have to leave a message and then at some point they get back to you. It takes forever to see someone when you bring your car in. They keep you sitting around forever. It can take a while to pick up your car too.

I have previously purchased both Toyota and Lexus Vehicles at this dealership and had always found them professional and reasonable to work alongside. I initially went in for some body work repair and when they costed it out, I asked Sean to provide me with an estimate of value in the old Lexux. Sean then CAREFULLY led me to an array of vehicles that could suit my current needs and after returning home to think about a decision without any pressure, I returned and made a purchase on a new Lexus and traded in the older model.
Pick up was easy and Josie Allen was very helpful in getting me on my way after explaining some of the current features that my older vehicle did not possess but which the new vehicle certainly did. I will be returning to Josie and the full story of the car's potential could not be grasped in one sitting.

I have been driving Lexuses since 1989 and have always been a pleased fan, delighted with the reliability and comfort of the car. My wife and I recently visited Lexus on the Park to trade in my 2005 model for a more tech savvy model. We had a wonderful experience and wound up coming home with two Lexuses - a 2017 NX for me and a 2017 IS for my wife. Our Sales Representative was Tom Homewood who was tuned into our needs and our budget and who together with Sales Manager Trevor made our experience a very pleasant and enjoyable one. Tom , went out of his way to please us, often changing his schedule to accommodate us. He was very knowledgable about the car and very patient and helpful in so many ways. We were never high-pressured in any way. We would highly recommend Tom, Trevor, Rene and Josie and the entire Lexus team at Lexus on the Park for making this a fun and exciting experience.

I would like to give my review of the top-notched service provided by Fadi Zaatar, Sales Executive.
I recently bought a Lexus GS350 from Lexus On The Park handled by Fadi.
From the initial enquiry of the car, then the test drive and the closing of the deal to the final delivery of the car, every fine details, things that I may not even aware of, were all well taken care of professionally by Fadi.

Purchased a new ES 350 today from Lexus On The Park. This is my 4th Lexus I have bought but never from this dealer, even though the location is close to where I live. Sean Shalchian was the Sales Consultant I dealt with and was excellent. To be honest I had looked and priced the car at other dealers and told Sean that I did not think I would be buying at this store. Sean told me he was going to change the fact I have not bought there and said I will be buying at The Park this time .He went that extra mile to try and make me a new customer being honest and not pushy.

I had a Lexus to trade. Zafer Sharifi The Preowned Sales Manager handled that part. He was transparent right from the beginning looked at my car and gave me an appraisal . There was no BS from him and he also stated a deal will be made at The Park. I left the dealership that night and said I will need to think about it.

Anthony Trasmundi, The Sales Manager phoned me a few days later (yesterday afternoon) and was with Sean. He was successful after a long talk in luring me back to the dealership this afternoon. I went in saying, I do not think we will make a deal and I will probably buy elsewhere. Anthony ,Sean and Zafer all got together and discussed the situation. and all wanted me to be a new customer of The Park.

It Worked, I Bought. I would recommend this dealership to anyone buying a car. Dealing with all 3 of these people from the different Departments was an awesome experience.

I have been a advocate / driver / owner of BMW for the majority of my driving years. My first visit to LOTP was with my partner who required a SUV for her staging business. (A previous unhappy owner of a BMW 3 series.) We were introduced to John De Sousa by another Lexus owner / friend. I can honestly say from this point on I was sold on their customer service. They way John and the Lexus team handled her trade in to upgrading her to a new RX 350 was exceptional. If I was a gambling man I would go all in to say that my partner will be a Lexus owner for life....
Here's the knock out punch...I may have failed to mention that my cars have been convertibles and the last BMW product I purchased was a Mini Cooper S Cab. My hubby Dave and I had been looking online for a specific combination of vehicle,year,model and color for approximately 2 months.One afternoon he was looking and up popped the exact car we had been hunting for.My husband Dave called the Lexus on the Park number and reached Benjamin Momayez
We live in B.C. and had been searching every province as well as the USA for the car of my dreams.
So when Benjamin was giving all the particulars to Dave in regards to this hard to find vehicle,Dave and I were thinking WE are not going to let this one go.
Dave and Benjamin did the dancin over the phone reaching an agreement on the price that worked for both of us.Then we waited for a day to decide how we were going to collect our prize.
We finally decided to have the car shipped by train, then transported via ferry to our island home.
Benjamin took care of ALL the arrangements.
Obviously we were a bit nervous about purchasing a vehicle over the phone sight unseen so there
were many back and forth phonecalls and texts with questions and such.
All the while, Benjamin was a perfect gentleman and very,very understanding of our concerns,dealing with every question and concern in a most professional manner.We were given a timeline as to when the car was to arrive as well as a description of how the car was to be handled on its journey from Ontario right to our doorstep on Vancouver Island.
We recieved our car 3 days earlier than what was expected and just as Benjamin had told us,the car was in pristine condition .
Dave and I had had a trip planned to visit family in Ontario 3 weeks after recieving our car and Benjamin had invited us to pop in and visit him at the dealership.
We did just that. We wanted to meet the fellow who had held our hand thru the whole process .
When we met this wonderful man,we were greeted with a loving group hug..
He was busy at that particular moment with another client and knowing we hadnt had lunch yet he graciously provided us with a voucher to have lunch at the onsite restaurant.
On our return with our bellies full,we had a chance to sit and talk with this man who now felt like family to us about our excitement and experience of our beautiful car.
Benjamin excused himself for one moment and on his return had the owner of Lexus on the Park, Allistair Baxter with him.
We were introduced to Allistair and again were treated genuinly with respect and not just another car out the door customer.
In conversation with Allistair about our experience Dave had mentioned that the car had arrived with some grease markings etc from the delivery people.
Without a blink of an eye and no questions asked.Allistair graciously suggested to us,to have the vehicle professionanally detailed at home and send the bill to Lexus on the Park.
Wow...
Altho this vehicle will be the last purchase for some time.
We would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from these folks
They have shown us what true customer service and satisfaction is all about,with their above and beyond
performance.

I was in search in a new vehicle to replace my aging 2000 Odyssey. The other Lexus dealerships I had been to always started off with "what purchasing options are you interested in?" Lexus on the Park, and specifically our Lexus consultant Wei Wen, began the conversation with "How are you today? What are you interested in? We can talk after you have tried the vehicle?". This was so different from every other dealer approach. It completely changed the experience from 'fighting with a dealer' to 'learning from a product expert'. I throughly enjoyed the experience as I tried 2 different vehicles and was given time and information I needed to make the educated choice. I would highly recommend coming to this Lexus and looking for Wei Wen. The next vehicle I purchase will definitely be from Lexus on the Park!

Recently, the car I bought from this dealership was hit and scratched in a parking lot. I decided to text Andrew (the sales associate who sold it to me) to let him know and to see if he could do anything. He told me to bring the car in anytime and he'd take a look. I brought my car in later that week (without an appointment) and Andrew did not keep me waiting, he serviced it right away and the scratch looks a lot better now! Such amazing service, a lot of dealers stop caring about the customer after they've made the sale, but Andrew/Lexus on the Park continue to provide great customer service well after the sale. I strongly recommend coming in and asking for Andrew, he will take care of you long after you buy your car, he definitely cares about the quality of your car as well as the customer, he's ready to help whenever (I hope they pay him overtime for all the texts I send him for help after hours!). From my purchase to months after, it's been a pleasure to work with this place.

I bought my Lexus NX200t from this dealership. They were amazing, and tending to my every need and concern right up to me signing the deal. The second I signed the deal, they lost sight of keeping a customer happy. They were after selling the car and that was it. The car payments are not something small, it's a huge chunk of my pay that goes towards covering it. As a new and young car owner, I had many concerns. Initially the car was under my dad's name and due to our own needs, we wanted to change the lease to be under my name. It took me several unanswered emails, phone calls, and appointments in the span of three months to finally meet someone to take care of this. It shouldn't take me three months to get a lease transferred. The response they provided for the delay was that they were getting their wires crossed as to who was calling me back. When I went to meet someone regarding this, they were either too busy to see me or not in that day. Finally, three months later, the lease was transferred over. I let it all go as I just wanted to be done with this issue. Now, a year later, I am back at the same point. I am trying to reach someone who can guide me regarding my Titan coverage, and again, no response. Yet another day has gone by with no call back from any of their financial service managers. I have left messages for Lazar Lazarovski to call me back regarding this issue and he has not called back to address my issue. I would not recommend buying a vehicle here, they only care until you sign for the car. They won't be there when something goes wrong or you need assistance. Please reconsider buying a vehicle here.

Manager John De Sousa was also very helpful and made sure all our needs were met. the turn around time on delivery was phenomenal!!!
