I have been a advocate / driver / owner of BMW for the majority of my driving years. My first visit to LOTP was with my partner who required a SUV for her staging business. (A previous unhappy owner of a BMW 3 series.) We were introduced to John De Sousa by another Lexus owner / friend. I can honestly say from this point on I was sold on their customer service. They way John and the Lexus team handled her trade in to upgrading her to a new RX 350 was exceptional. If I was a gambling man I would go all in to say that my partner will be a Lexus owner for life....
Here's the knock out punch...I may have failed to mention that my cars have been convertibles and the last BMW product I purchased was a Mini Cooper S Cab. I was determined to upgrade to a Mini JCW Cab but was so impressed with the LOTP organization from top to bottom that I now drive a RC 350 and will be in line for their convertible whenever it arrives..Thank you John and LOTP for your excellent service all around.
