Recently brought my car in for a scheduled service. I couldn't stop myself from writing a review, not for the service quality, but for Mr. Gregory Mugford. He was absolutely welcoming, inquiring what my needs were with regard to the service, and even dealt with me with a smile when i bugged him twice to sent me the service documents via email. This is my second pleasant experience with him and i would love to meet him next time when i come in for a service. I should say, he knows how to exactly deal with the customers. (Great job Man)
