Horrible customer service. Horrible sales rep and sales "manager". they will be rude to your face, and every deal they make is a "take it or leave it" situation. They don't care about what you're looking for. Steven Shao and his manager Anthony were the worst aggressive sales person i have ever met. Steven's constant sexist comments about women's driving and parking was insulting and degrading. Any time I would talk about prices, or making a deal, it had to be his way or no deal. The manager treated us the same way. They only care about how much they make and I know for a fact Steven gave better deals to other customers with his ethnicity as opposed to other races. I will never step foot into this dealership again. Thank goodness for other better locations. Downtown Lexus treats people as people and not as numbers.

My wife and I have been driving a Mercedes for over 20 years and I was sure that no one could convince us to switch to another brand. Then, my friend recommended to drop by Lexus on The Park and to speak to a young man named Thomas Homewood. Thanks to his outstanding professional skills, attitude, character and willingness to prove that Lexus is the best on the market, we are already driving a Lexus for two weeks (ES-350) and are really satisfied and enjoy our new vehicle! Pre-Owned Lexus GX

My vehicle lease expiry was nearing, and after over a decade of new car leasing my needs changed and would be best suited by purchasing a high-end pre-owned vehicle. After a seemingly endless search for a quality Lexus GX (less common vehicle, with most specimens having high mileage), I happened upon a classified ad placed by Chris Lebetjis of Lexus on The Park (excellent initiative taken by Chris).

Having a father who previously managed a car dealership, and having a background in sales myself with a current role in purchasing prepared me for dealing with many salespeople in various industries over the years. The experience with Chris at Lexus on the Park was quite unique. His level of service exceeded all expectations prior to and after the sale. After only 10 minutes of dealing with Chris and being at Lexus on the Park, I made a decision to do business with them (and of course kept it to myself to help with negotiation). It then became a process of ensuring the vehicle was what I was expecting, or having Chris help me to find another vehicle.

Chris patiently and meticulously handled all details, and answered all inquiries, making the "sale" part assumed by earning the sale as opposed to pushing the sale. I've already recommended Chris and Lexus on the Park to others. One in particular had tried, unsuccessfully to do business with several dealerships, due to pushy salespeople who wanted to process the sale and worry about important details later. After meeting Chris for a few minutes, she was already working out the details on inspecting and purchasing a Lexus RX (review to follow). Her only regret was not visiting Chris at Lexus on the Park in the first place. Sometimes having other experiences makes you appreciate better ones even more.

Fadi Zataar was my sales rep. The process of getting me into a new 2020 RX350L with a luxury package was one of the most streamline and hassle-free experiences. I'm never a fan of spending hours in the store, dealing with Fadi Zataar was stellar.

No pressure, saw a vehicle with specs I liked, made an appointment with Fadi, went in on Saturday with limited time to test drive. Talked about a few options, thanked Fadi for his time and would be in touch.

3 days later, called Fadi spoke for about 10 mins closed the deal and picked up the car a few days later.

This is the type of sales experience that I enjoy, no pressure from Fadi introducing me to the product, both parties agree to a reasonable economic exchange from the beginning and fast close.

Lexus on the Park has a great product selection and paired with their customer service and sales (Fadi Zataar); if Lexus continues to release exciting products my first stop for another Lexus will be with Fadi Zataar at Lexus on the Park.

I drove to Lexus on the Park from Milton after I was referred to do business there by a friend. I was not disappointed. I spent the last 30 days looking at different luxury brands at different dealerships with very mixed experiences. Being in Sale and having 10 plus year in Automotive experience alone I had very high expectation, again it was more than met by the team at Lexus on the Park.

My sales person Cedric was great. The sales Manager John & Anthony where also great to deal with. The day I picked up the new vehicle also went smoothly thanks to the after-sales staff of Sam & Josie. They both help to make the pick up very easy and enjoyable. Over all I was very happy with my experience and am thankful I made the trip there.

I looked everywhere to get a good pricing on my first Lexus as DVNL/RHL turned down on my offer. I came across a very friendly sales rep by the name of Jordan Lin. He asked what features plus configurations that I needed and I told him exactly word for word. That's when he told me he had one vehicle with the same spec/colour available in inventory which gave me a grind to my face. At the very end, he asked me how much I would like to offer and I gave him my price. Within seconds, he accepted my offer and my transaction went out very smooth. I would definitely recommend Jordan Lin if you needed to get a new vehicle and don't want to haggle. I'm very happy with my car and so far, there's no issues with it. Lexus definitely upped their reliability!

Cedric Meschino, the Online Sales Manager was incredibly helpful and professional. Contacted me within minutes of my inquiry and made a point to be sure he wasn't calling me at an inconvenient time. Cedric provided answers to all my questions with his vast knowledge of the product line. He then promptly e-mailed me additional information that I requested on a specific vehicle. I would highly recommend working with him as he's the type of person I would refer friends and family to.

Currently at your Lexus on the Park location! Very disappointed with the trickery by the service Advisor & Manager Abid Shivji. They assumed wanted new tires mounted on my rims, when I never authorized it. Pressuring me into doing more business here. I originally brought my car in for an oil change & tire repair, quote. Now, manager says it will take a while to put my rim back on. Dealer is not busy. I was never treated like this at Mercedes Midtown.

Billy Kim was very professional and honest throughout my visit at the dealership. He puts quality service above all and made my visit worthwhile. Highly recommended.

This is our first time purchasing a Lexus and it was a great experience at Lexus On the Park. Mostly because we dealt with Ali Brisson, who was awesome and attended to all our needs and questions. She went above and beyond as we live far from the dealership, she came out to the West end for us to test drive and view the NX. The end to end service from purchasing to pick up of the vehicle was efficient and professional. Everyone was proficient in their job. One of the best dealerships I have ever walked into. I was going to drive from Stoney Creek so Ben (words best sales rep) made sure everything I know of and everything is done before I went. I walked in drove the car loved the car and signed for it. During pick up there was a minor problem that the dealership fixed and I was well compensated for my lost time and travel. Sean Johnson and Ben are the best at the dealership.

We took an extended period of time to decide on the car and she was always willing to talk to us, take us for a test drive or answer questions we had by text message. When we picked up the car Christine spent over an hour with us, showing us all of the features on the car. When we had some difficulties with syncing our phones she made inquiries and made sure our issues were resolved before we left the dealership. We found her and the entire dealership to be professional and great to deal with. In addition to all of this, we feel that we received a fair deal on the price of the car which was also nice.

For several weeks I was on Carguru in search of a luxury vehicle until a Lexus Rx 350 caught my eye. The vehicle was located at Lexus on the Park and offered features that were amazing. I then sent an email requesting additional information and Mr. Fadi Zaatar responded by sending me all the information I wanted. In fact, he was able to answer some additional questions that popped into my head. I believed a week and a half passed before Mr.Zaarar reached out to see if I wanted to schedule an appointment to take the vehicle for a test drive. The appointment was made and I went in and took the vehicle for a drive. On the drive my budget was discussed and all the options were provided. During the entire process I felt relaxed and not pressured by Mr. Zaarar to make a deal. His professionalism and tack in dealing with the entire process was awesome. After receiving and leaving the dealership I realized they had forgotten to tint my windows. I immediately contacted Mr. Zaarar who was extremely apologetic and made arrangements for a rental car at no cost to me. After purchasing the vehicle a week had passed before Mr. Zaarar followed up by calling me to see how I liked the vehicle. I have purchase cars in the past and I cannot recall ever receiving a follow up phone call to see how I was enjoying my new vehicle. Thus far my experience dealing with Lexus on the Park and Mr. Zaarar was memorable and positive.

Do yourself a favor - go to a different Lexus dealership
My sales rep, Connor, was great until we officially purchased the vehicle in July 2020. As part of the purchase agreement, I was to be provided winter tires and rims before November 2020. Connor would ignore my text messages, calls and take 2 weeks to respond to each of my emails. His responses would not provide me with any update, other than "We are working on it". By December, Connor sends me a text that he's ordering new tires and rims. Well I finally received the "new" rims, and they are rusted and peeling off. Image below is the "new" rims that I waited 5 months for. Thanks Lexus on the park, you fulfilled your end of the contract and treated a customer horribly. Special thanks out to Connor, who promised during the sales transaction to always be available, and ended up breaking that promise.

Had the pleasure of working with Connor Houston to purchase two vehicles. Awesome sales person. Very fair, honest, patient, and knowledgeable. Went through every option I was interested in for both the Lexus and Toyota side. I would easily recommend Connor Houston or the GM at Toyota Matt Tracey (hopefully spelt this name correctly) to a family member, close friend, or anyone looking for a Lexus/Toyota. I purchased my 2014 Lexus RX 350 today. It was an amazing experience with the Lexus-on-the-Park, namely with Kevin Loth. He is an amazing guy, who would genuinely try to understand what kind of car and options you need. He was so helpful and truly listening (not pretending to be listening) and made the best efforts to pick the vehicle which was exactly right for me. I have been in couple of other dealerships, however, I never found the level of service and attitude I got at Lexus-on-the-Park. We recently bought our new Lexus from Lexus on the Park. We had heard good things about Lexus on the Park from a friend who had purchased a Lexus from them a couple of years ago.
We found the premises clean and calming and the Sales rep Sean was extremely polite and professional. He made us feel very comfortable. He took us for a test drive and explained the main features of the car on the drive and afterwards.
For closing we were taken to the sales Manager who was also very polite and helpful. When we went to collect the car which was ready for pick up as promised we were introduced to Josie Allen who very patiently introduced us to our new car and most of its controls till we said that the info she had given was enough. She told us that we could ask us for another session at our convenience. We found this info session very helpful.
On the whole we are very glad that we purchased our Lexus from Lexus on the park and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Luxury car.

Honestly I couldn t find all of these 6 factors in any of these cars company together except Lexus! All of them missing at least one factor!

Recently bought a used LS460 and traded in my old LS430. Service and help provided by my salesperson Farzad was exceptional. This has been by far the best car shopping experience I have ever had. Scott made our whole experience from start to finish amazing. He was straight up and honest about what to expect and never over promised. He painted a very realistic picture for me, listened to what my must haves were, what my concerns were and did the best he could with his team to put me into my current lexus. Very happy with the purchase on the Rx 350 recently , my sales consultant David was very friendly guy and willing to help with our purchase I do recommend to my friends and family. Upon receiving the car, I was very impressed by Christine knowledge on the SUV she show me everything I need to know " Like a Boss" . The only thing I was disappointed was one of my accessory back order on the day I received my SUV , I know its not the Dealership fault but Lexus HQ should be aware of this and must communicate with manufacture for inventory

We met Tom Homewood ~3.5 years ago. When it was time to purchase a vehicle; we made multiple trips to the dealership - undecided as to which model we might buy. Tom was very patient with us over the course of 8-9 months as we didn't buy right away. Very, very impressed! We live just under 2 hrs outside of Toronto and when we came in to pick up our 'new to us' car, the team we dealt with, and it truly was a team, were incredibly professional and considerate. We were trading in our current car with 2 sets of tires, however we were unable to fit all the tires in our trade in car along with a passenger to bring in with us. We were concerned that would be a problem but the team said not to worry, simply bring it the following week. When we arrived, the team greeted us and made the whole experience fantastic, right from the beginning. We especially enjoyed working with the used car manager Sean, who was very easy to talk to, and made the experience very pleasurable and Josie, who spent almost an hour with us going over all the details of our car, patiently answering all our questions and demonstrating tips and tricks right from the beginning. We have been leasing vehicles from Lexus on the Park for almost 20 years. The experiences have been consistently positive across all departments - sales, service and the body shop. Mark Easton has been our sales person through it all. Mark is not only a no pressure salesperson, he is thoughtful, caring, committed and a real pleasure to deal with.

As the owner of a new Lexus SUV, there have been a few occasions where I have had to return to the dealership: instruction, service, etc. Without fail, every single interaction has been genuinely positive and satisfying. The staff's attitude, attention to detail, and kindness have been exceptional.
I must make special mention of Josie Allen. Her uplifting attitude and unfailing desire to help remains constant. She is a real pleausre to deal with. Recently I had occasion to meet Benson Lin in service and Michellene Dominguez in Licensing/sales; great examples of Lexus "uber" service.
