I had the pleasure of purchasing a 2016 RX-350 from Lexus on the Park. I had been in contact with this dealership for a year and gave them my specs with respect to what I was looking for. Abid (service manager) was nice enough to call me several months later to tell me that a car that matched my specs had arrived from a lease trade-in. He had kept an eye out for me for months and had found the exact car that I was looking for! I came into the dealership the next day to secure a used car finance rate that was on special that weekend. I was introduced to Zafer (used car sales manager) who walked me through the car specs and finance rates. Zafer then set me up with Sam (finance manager) who filled out a credit application with me and briefed me on what the extended warranty options were. They were all very professional. Once the car had been certified, I came back to the dealership to take it for a final test drive to ensure that it was all to my liking. I was amazed at all the work that was put into the car to ensure that it was certified according to the highest of Lexus standards. I was very pleased with the car. A few days later when picking up the car, I was transferred over to Sherriann who went through all the final paperwork to ensure that everything was in order when picking up the vehicle. Finally, I dealt with Christine who walked me through all the workings of the car as this was my first experience in a Lexus.
I have to say I was extremely pleased with the level of service from the moment Abid alerted me on the car and set me up with all the appropriate personnel (Zafer, Sam, Sherriann and Christine).

Can't say enough great things about Cedric! I went to Lexus on the Park to drive a pre-owned RX350 in a colour combination that I thought I liked but after driving it I realized it was not for me. Cedric made some suggestions and without being pushy he eventually led me to the right vehicle for me. I bought a 2020 RX350 and I am so happy with it! Recently purchased a new 2018 NX300 base model on lease from here and I have to say that the experience here was of high standard with no hassle.
My sales agent was Stephen and he took me on an extensive test drive, while introducing me to all the features of this new model. He then helped list out all the payment options for financing and helped me make an well-informed decision.
The leasing application took 2 days to complete because of my residency status but it was not something I didn't expect.
And finally, when I got there to pick up my new car, the paperwork was done in a welcoming and easy way. And delivery specialist Rene spent almost 40 minutes trying to introduce me to the various functions/features of the vehicle, and even helped me set up an emergency assistance account on phone.
All in all, I have to say that the entire purchasing experience here is fantastic. You won't feel being pressured in any way, and since it is year-end time, the price I got was really reasonable. All the agents here act in a warm and professional way and I think this dealership really earns its high reputation through such efforts.

Before I visited Lexus On the Park, I visited another Lexus dealership in Toronto and my experience was not great. The salesperson was not knowledgable about the car I was interested in and everything felt very rushed, so I did not move forwards with them. I went to Lexus on the Park and Kevin helped me out from start to finish. He gave me all the information I wanted, explained to me the entire process, and the best part about it was he gave me the time to think about it. I came back the next week and he took my on a comprehensive test drive to show me all the features in the car. We settled on a price to move forwards with and with the help of the rest of the team, including Stephani who offered me valuable information about additional available options completed the deal that same day. Could not be happier with my experience there and can't wait till the car is delivered. I would recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a great place to purchase a Lexus!

We had a great experience at Lexus on the Park. Our sales rep John guided us through the entire process, answering all of our questions and pointing out important things we hadn't considered. We really felt taken care of, with our needs being the priority - and we never felt pushed to make a decision we weren't ready for. He also did a great job of helping us get the most out of the features on our car - even setup our Bluetooth for us!
The only downside is that traffic can be atrocious, but the wonderful service and the beautiful scenery makes it easier to handle!

Ben was very honest, upfront and detailed. We were sold just dealing with him. We went for our test drive, and got back to the showroom, had a chat with Ben and just his straight forward, honest advice is what we appreciated. Anyone can go buy the same car anywhere else, but the satisfaction of buying it from people who value what they say and the words that come out of their mouths, makes all the difference.
Then we met Lazar to discuss the financing options. He went over our options, provided us with details of all the options that were available to us, made his recommendations and let us make our decision without rushing us.
When we went back to pick up our car the following week, Ben had the car cleaned and ready for delivery. We then had the pleasure of meeting Josie, and she was friendly and extremely patient with us, going over every feature of the vehicle and educating us on each of them. What can I say about this dealership, and especially Abid ( Service Manager ) and Asif , (Service Adviser).
I brought my 2018 LS 500 in, to have my tires changed, as the ride for their flagship car, with the installed flat run tires, was terrible!
Not only did they match the price for the tires I wanted, but installed them seamlessly. Unfortunately, after I drove the car away, I noticed it needed to be aligned, as it was drifting to the right. I brought it back in 5 minutes and the alignment was performed within an hour. The car is as smooth as silk now.
I brought this car to Lexus on the Park, as I was extremely dissatisfied with the service of Downtown Lexus.
Shortly after my arrival, I knew I had made the right decision, and my confidence with Lexus service was immediately restored.

My dream come true...I was really happy the service from Lexus on the park employees. Sales person Fatee was amazing did all things in time. I really enjoy my RX 350.
My lexus rx 2013 battery died due to a 8month long inactivity and it was just over 2 years I had them installed it, they said we will get it prorated and cover most of the cost, so far seemed like a deal and a very nice service ! what they didn t tell me is that they charge you huge amount for labor , which is unscrewing and screwing back the new battery, while car was there they called me and said there are few small issues that we thought needs to be addressed and again told me the cost of materials which added up another 200$ or so! but when I went to pick the car a bill over 1115$ was presented to me and I was in a situation which had no way back!At the time I was shocked and didn t quite know what had happened!
When I told them and they said no problem next time we will give you discount!
I had never felt ripped off like this at any other locations of Lexus like, for instance lexus of Richmondhill which I have Regularly been to ... so thumbs up for them and down for Lexus on the Park!
Be super careful and ask for the total bill before agreeing with the repair, but I rather avoiding them unless there is no other choice!
In my case I had other options and I would never do the services there if I knew total is 1115$ as my car value is 10k max!
I will definitely share my concern with Ministry of Government and Consumer Affairs as soon as I get the chance to see if what they did was ok or not!!!
Fast forward, I know I said I would never come back but I did as battery died on 5-feb-2021!
They are asking 80$ to diagnose the battery!
And they will prorate from 2017 ! And charge 130$ labor!
Unbelievable what a ripoff!
During the December 2013 ice storm we had a tree branch damage the front end of our 350. I contacted the Lexus Inn on the Park Service Department. They immediately offered same day towing of our vehicle or shuttle service to/from the dealership. Upon arrival at the dealership, there was a spotless rental car available with documents available for signature. They interacted with the insurance policy and kept me regularly update on the progress of our repair. The repair was completed on schedule and when I picked up our 350, it was immaculate inside and out. Later that week I received two follow-up calls to ensure everything was running well. The staff I interacted with at the Inn on the Park are very friendly and extremely efficient. I would not hesitate in recommending this dealership to anyone!

Went to Lexus On The Park to trade in my dad's car, hoping for some good results. Fadi Zaatar was our rep and he was very helpful. Not only did he help us with finding the right car that my dad wanted but also made sure the process was smooth and easy for us. I am a new Lexus owner (purchased August 2013). On three different occasions that I have made appointments to bring my car in for servicing at Lexus on the Park, I have had to leave TWO voice messages before someone calls me back. Waiting over four days, then having to leave a second voice message, is absolutely poor business practice. In fact, on one of these occasions, I never did get a call back after leaving two voice messages. I actually called a third time and surprisingly someone answered the phone. I wonder if anyone cares if I decide to take my business elsewhere?

It was time for an upgrade, even though we loved our faithful 2007 Yaris. Walked into Lexus on the Park and met up with Andrew Thomas, he patiently let us try out several different models, each good, but not quite there for us. As soon as we drove the GS450h, it was a done deal! If it wasn't for the patience shown by Andrew, we would still be looking! He also went out of his way to make sure our worries about a paint blemish on the on roof was cleared, as well as a scratch on the rear fender. Made us feel at home, like a trusted friend - good job, and kudos to the entire team at Lexus on the Park!
My wife and I came in for a test drive and we were really pleased with the customer care. I had booked an appointment online and Alex Thomas reached out to us within a few hours and really did a great job to educate us about the different products / options. He was very friendly, easy going and knowledgeable. He was eager to answer questions and we really admired his no pressure style. I will highly recommend him to friends and family who are looking to purchase or lease a new vehicle.

From the initial enquiry of the car, then the test drive and the closing of the deal to the final delivery of the car every step was amazing and she handles all of my concerns and questions. I picked up my new IS 300 one week ago and am absolutely loving it. I drove several BMW's over 8 years and wasn't sure if I wanted to change over to a Lexus; however, the excellent salesmanship of Haskell Beale won me over to Lexus. I met with him several times to test drive and obtain information about the cars, and on the third visit I signed the contract. Haskell's detailed explanations about the cars, his thorough response to my questions, his patience, and respectful manner were exceptional. If he wasn't there, I would meet with Larry Danzinger, who also ensured that I was well looked after. In fact, everyone with whom I came in contact with provided a kind and attentive approach. This included Ali, Stephanie, and Kathryn. Lastly, I met with Josie Allen when I picked up my car, who provided me with a thorough orientation to the car, and ensured that I knew I could call upon her at anytime. She was lovely to deal with. I had a wonderful experience at Lexus on The Park and I am looking forward to collaborating with the Service Department as I have heard that they provide a welcoming and exceptional service also. I have had my Lexus for almost a year and a half now and its wonderful. Before purchasing it we had looked around at many different Lexus dealerships but nobody gave us better service than Thomas Homewood. he seemed like he had lots of experience and really knows what a customer wants. Nobody comes close to the service that we get from Thomas.

Josie Allen is a very knowledgeable technician who patiently described and showed me all the new features on my car. The whole experience was awesome. I love my new Lexus. The staff at this dealership pretend to be nice and would say "any question or problem let us know" until you sign the papers. You would receive their business cards as you go along with your purchase. But once there is a problem they don't know you and no matter who and how many times you call no one will call back to take care of the problem. I recommend that you dont buy your car from this dealership and find an alternative. I left my car for service with full tank gas and they returned it half tank with ruining interior detailing. God knows who was driving my car. Stay away from this dealership.
Lexus On the Park is a great place to buy your car. We bought two vehicles from Tom Homewood. He is a pleasure to deal with and we recommend him to all our friends.
I recently purchased my second RC 350 and, once again, Tom Homewood was truly a pleasure to deal with: welcoming, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, not at all pushy yet still successful in persuading me to make the purchase. I had no intention of purchasing a new vehicle on the spot; I thought I would weigh my options once I test-drove the 2018 RC, but Tom was very effective. I would recommend him to any of my friends/contacts without hesitation he is a star!

Visited another Lexus dealership in Toronto, where I was brushed off so I just walked out. I gave On The Park Lexus a try, and I'm very glad I did. Right from when we walked in I was treated as a top priority and a high valued client . I dealt with Tom who was fantastic, he took the time to get to my wife and I and made a personal connection with us. Tom's manager John, came out to introduce himself as well and John got to know us and treated us like friends and not just a client. The people at OTP are very professional and the dealership itself is stunning. I would will definitely do business again!
