I was in the market for a pre-owned low mileage car and saw that Lexus on the Park had some cars available through their website. I had a firm price range in mind and ended up going with a 2016 Lexus IS 300. Andrew Thomas was my sales rep and he was fantastic to deal with. He made sure that any blemishes we found were taken care of and even after the sale as well. That's great service.

I was absolutely amazed at the quality of sales staff at Lexus on the Park. Tom Homewood was an excellent salesperson right from our initial phone conversation. The test drive went smoothly, as did the financial application. Stefani Kossingou made the financial part of the purchase smoother than silk. Again, Tom was fantastic at the delivery and Christine Nam reviewed the car with me in a very professional manner.

It is rare that I write reviews but I am absolutely thrilled with my experience at Lexus on The Park. I have been bringing our various cars here for service & I have always been treated very fairly. I cannot say enough about Tom Homewood who works at Lexus on the Park. He is an incredible salesperson who goes out of his way to help you out. He is quite exceptional! We have purchased three cars from him already & will most definitely have him look after us in the future. I would certainly recommend Tom to anybody.

The entire Lexus on the Park team is amazing! No pressure, very knowledgeable, patient and responsive. Most of all, they offer competitive pricing on amazing vehicles. Special thanks to Mark Easton for setting us up with not one, not two, but now three purchases in the last few weeks! Christine was great too in teaching us what we needed to know to work the infotainment systems. And last, but not least, Brian from service always makes us feel like valued customers.

Unfortunately My deal didn't work out, but this does not deny the fact that staff were extremely friendly.

Took my '08 IS 250 for service yesterday, did not wait too long for my heat shield to be replaced and oil change. Waited roughly for a little over an hour. Great service here

What bring me to this dealership was that my car got rear ended and looking for a convenient location to my work place. While my service was about due, may as well have it all done at 1 shot. It turned out the service and quality of work had exceeded my expectation. Not only the car was spotless in and out, but it was delivered straight to my office. The employee there was responsive and the fee was reasonable. I will continue to bring my car there for service, and now considering a 2nd Lexus in additional to my RX350.

This dealership offers by far the best service and customer care in the GTA. We bought our SUV from Lexus on the Park and were met with excellent customer service, especially from Andrew Thomas. Andrew was patient, listened to our concerns, and diligently answered all of our questions. When we were looking at vehicles, Andrew happily spent the time to show us all of our options to ensure that we could make an informed decision. Andrew was friendly and made us feel at ease. He did not pressure us or make us feel rushed. It was very easy to do business with Andrew and it felt like we were dealing with a close friend. Since our purchase, Andrew has followed up numerous times and has gone above and beyond in his customer service. I would highly recommend Lexus on the Park and I have already referred friends and family to Andrew. Thank you for making our experience great!

I had an appointment. I had talked to Fadi several times over the phone and he seemed to be eager to help. When I got there he was on the look-out for other customers and did not give me any attention. Buying a car is a big investment and I had questions that needed answers. He completely ignored me, he wanted me to not bother him with questions; he was only interested in the people that were possibly going to buy that day. I left and called the manager, he also ignored my concerns. They were both arrogant. I am now dealing with another dealership. Lexus on the Park will never get my business.

Update: A day after I wrote this review they tried contacting me, eventhough they completely ignored my concerns for a month. I'm sure they want me to erase the bad review. Won't happen. If you can help it, don't buy a car from this dealership.

Its rare that you receive outstanding service these days and so when we received excellent customer service by Yama at Lexus on the Park we wanted to acknowledge and share that. From the outset Yama was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. If you're looking for a Lexus automobile we recommend that you deal with Yama, he'll take very good care of you.

A great dealership with incredibly helpful and kind staff

I love my Lexus - RX 350 Sport SUV! It is truly the most reliable and comfortable car I've driven to date. I especially like the service that I received from Lexus on the Park. Everyone from the sales person - Alexandra - to the service dept. have been wonderful to deal with. When I take my car in for the recommended service appts., they don't overbook people, so I am waiting in their comfortable lounge for a short period of time. They respect your schedule and day and are usually done within an hour for basic checks. If it's something that takes longer then they have provided me with a car for the day. I have gotten a lot of compliments on the edgy design which has never happened to me before. I feel like a rock star! I can't think of another car I would want to drive and I've had many over the years. Lexus has won me over!

Lexus is a great car and deserves 5 stars. However I felt ripped off after buying an extended warranty for about $3,500. There are fine prints and the dealer won't fix my mirror heating issue for free citing a clause that I was not conveyed when they aggressively sold that plan to me. Feel really sad that such a company would do this :-(

Would not recommend spending money any warranty outside what is offered for free at the time of purchase of new or used vehicle.

As I was in search for a new car, I visited Lexus on the Park and was greeted by a man named Cedric. The selection was really impressive and while I did find a car that I really liked, it was jist out of my price range and I couldn't close the deal but I'd like to say the Cedric was incredibly professional and courteous and tried really hard to make it work. He explained everything to me and I never felt pressured (unlike a lot of dealerships out there). In the future I'd probably go back just because of my experience with him. Thank you.

When these guys are trying to sell you a car, they are all nice and friendly and helpful but when it comes to service issues, no-one is willing to help you out, they lied to me about my extended warranty coverages and now no-one is willing to take responsibility just because the person who did it is no longer working there, the financial manager is ignorant, rude and unprofessional, he has poor customer service skills and does not know how to treat others.

As a long time Lexus customer I came to Lexus on the Park after severing ties with a different dealership. I had a fantastic car purchasing experience with Thomas Homewood and Trevor Armstrong. Thomas continues to be accommodating and often goes out of his way to ensure that I'm well looked after even when having my car serviced. I definitely recommend Tom and this dealership to friends and family.

My son and I visited Lexus on the Park today and were met with unbelievable service. I am a previous Lexus owner so very familiar with the product. Our sales representative was not only well informed on the product, he allowed us to 'sell ourselves' by answering our questions and acting very much as an advisor and not as a salesman with the traditional approach. The test drive he took us on was so well planned in that it allowed us to experience every aspect of the vehicle. We were both Incredibly impressed with Kevin's professionalism. Lexus on the Park what can I say. I m from a small town and was a little leery of the big town dealership and never mind to do a deal over the phone. My husband called them on a Saturday late in the day when we were connected with salesperson Conner who was very pleasant. I took over the call and asked his bottom line on the F sport RC 350 I had my eye on over the internet for a few weeks and very surprised they still had it. Conner said make an offer I laughed and said you probably won t accept. I was put on hold a short time when he came back with a counter offer and to my surprise I was shocked and excepted. I was then doing the deal with Conner and manager John also a very pleasant guy. The deal was done in a short time. I picked up my dream car 1 week later and very happy meeting ( Conner & John) and my car . They met my expectations and more. I also have to mention Josie who did the delivery was very thorough considering she only had 1 hr. 15 mins. Pour Josie had to put up with me calling and emailing her for a few months. So I have to say I give 10 stars to Conner, John and Josie. to Lexus on the Park. Stay safe.

Purchased a car in late August. Walked away from there feeling good and positive about the experience. I dealt with Thomas Homewood who was great. The entire process from negotiation to delivery was a 10/10. Walked away feeling that I was treated fairly, with respect, and dealt with in an honest manner. FANTASTIC SERVICE - We recently purchased a pre-owned Lexus F-Sport 2017 from Lexus on the Park. Our Sales Consultant Benjamin Momayez provided us with the best experience we have ever had in purchasing a vehicle - EVER! He was friendly, honest, and straightforward, even driving the car to our home in Markham so I could see it personally, after my husband saw it at the showroom. I can't say enough about our experience with Ben and his team. They made the process seamless and easy for us - it was a very memorable and pleasant experience!

Worst experience in my life , I have bought a car from them in October 2019 the car came with 1 key , they promised me a 2nd key within 2 weeks of the purchase , still haven't got it after 8 months ! They promised me car mats which I never got . After I came for service 2 times to replace a light on my car and a coolant cap, both times they told me they would call me when the part comes in, both times they didn't call me and took over a month , so I had to call them myself both times and book appointments . And when they replaced my light they didn't put the front bumper back properly , so when I came back to fix it after a while they tried to blame me and say I hit it n painted the bumper and it's not fixable..... the worst dealership I have ever been too , and never going back there for a new car or service again , I don't recommend this dealership to anybody.

When you choose to come to this car dealer to buy a car, please be cautious, be sure to ask, the 3000 discount offered by the Lexus car factory is how to reduce the things called incentive, otherwise it will talk to the dealer like my brother. Two or three hours, I talked about the market price minus the price of this incentive. After calculating this car dealer, I gave my brother a price of 5 yuan per month, and when signing the contract, don t do it because of that. You say that the Chinese dealer is saying that you don't understand the contract, you don't have to look at the direct signature, you sign it, because when you go home to see the contract, you will find that you are being fooled... and when my brother goes to Lexus When the official website checked the price, I found that Dealer gave him the same price, no difference, and the next morning when I called the dealer, I said that I didn t want the car, I was told that I could not cancel the contract. If you cancel their car dealership, you will be told my brother, and the $1200 deposit will not be refunded! ! ! I accompanied my brother to find their sales manager and boss. The result is that you signed the contract without looking at the contract. He said that you will not see it if you don t see it. This is your own problem. I also admit that this is our problem, but where is the trust of people? If my brother s English is so good, is he looking for a dealer who speaks Chinese? ? ? This $1200, we don't want it anymore, don't want to buy a car here, and don't want to buy this brand of car again. Just pay the tuition fee. This car dealer really gave us a lesson. We are young. There is no experience in buying a car, but it is really awkward to be fooled by people. It is really uncomfortable to write this comment. I hope that I can give you a reference. Don t be ignorant like us. I really think that such a big car will not fool. People, the same Chinese, will not fool the Chinese! ! !

The entire team at Lexus on the Park, from financial services to customer care, was extremely professional, proficient, and provided excellent customer service. Thomas Homewood was our sales consultant. Thomas deals in an exceptional manner, building long term relations, his approach towards clients is with integrity, knowledge, and professionalism. His personability definitely steered us to buying another Lexus, when there were other options.

My experience at Lexus in the Park was wonderful. I had been looking at Lexus for about a year and a half; and had in fact been to two other Toronto-based dealers. Neither time did I leave with a deal, because I felt then the hard sales press, or the pressure to let them earn my business . This wasn t the case at On the Park.

From my first interaction with Alex Thomas, he knew exactly what I wanted in order for him to earn my business . Alex was honest, pragmatic and gave me a very balanced approach to what I was looking for in a deal. At no time did I feel pressure or like I was being scammed. Alex has a very personable approach, and his demeanour worked for me - after one phone call and a test drive, and an hour of honest and completely fair negotiation, I walked away with a deal on the car that had been catching my eye for two years prior.

Buyer beware. I bought my 2014 Lexus which was supposedly a "Lexus Certified Quality Preowned" vehicle. It had some rust spots and I purchased it under the condition that they would be fixed before the vehicle was delivered to me. The bumper touch up was sloppy with excess paint on the exterior trim. Despite this I took the vehicle home and within a week"s time I noticed recurrence of the rust on the trunk edge and driver side rear door edge. I had to take it back altogether 5 times in order to get these things fixed and still the job done was sloppy. I complained to the service manager and his reply was that it was my fault for not checking the vehicle over first, which made no sense because all these blemishes were noticed and pointed out before purchase and I was assured that all issues would be corrected before delivery. If this was your typical shady used car dealership I would not have been so surprised. Just didn't expect this level of poor workmanship, quality control and customer care from a Lexus dealership.
