I went in looking for an odyssey ex-l without my husband and the man (MP) I dealt with was rude and talked down to me as if I didn't know what I was looking for. We were prepare to buy that evening, but due to his attitude at my being a housewife we went elsewhere.
Don't ever take your car to them for a service. They will charge you for things that they never did and tell you everything checks out when really it doesn't. Every time I had my CRV in there for an oil change I would check the oil level afterwards and it would never even be touching the dipstick. Usually took a good 2 quarts to get it filled back up!

I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used car. In fact I will be openly sharing my story with friends and family about how laughably terrible my experience with this dealer was. They are the epitome of the SHADY used car salesmen. Say one thing, do another and the customer is always WRONG! I didn't even make it out of the parking lot on my test drive because something was so clearly wrong with the vehicle. Then they tried to charge me for the repairs on top of the price of the vehicle. Over $1500 in repairs. Believe me when I say they're just trying to move inventory and they don't care about you or your "new" car as soon as you sign the paperwork and drive off the lot. Don't waste your time with these people. Owners Glen and Mark are just trying to make a quick buck wherever they can!

Life threw us a curveball needing a truck for the hubby asap. After hours turned to days. Days turned weeks we found a dodge tradesmen. 2017 62,000 miles. We did our research online about the vehicle and knew the recalls (was only one and didn't pertain to this particular truck) and read all the reviews. We made ourselves knowledgeable before we set foot on the lot. We drove and hour one way.
Neil was our guy for the day. Neil was polite and respectful. He gave us space to examine every nook and cranny. I found a large dent in the drivers side door. Neil confirmed before I even asked that it would be fixed before we bought it. He and my husband took a test drive. Upon their arrival back I could tell by the look on my husband's face we'd be taking the truck home. We followed Neil back to his desk. He sat down and explained option for us to purchase the vehicle. We used our own bank to finance our purchase. We would have to wait 3 days before we could pick up our truck. Not a big deal, we'd already gone almost a month! When returned to the lot to pick up the truck I noticed right away the dent had been fixed but looked bad! I was concerned but Neil met us at the truck and reassured us the dealership would have it fixed where ever we wanted. Well I was upset, but obliged. We came home and got an estimate from a local garage we used a few years ago. I faxed over the estimate and spoke with Mark on the phone. He said no problem! Mark was polite and respectful. He sent a check out and we received it a few days a go. We have an appointment to get our truck fixed at the end of the month! Our experience with Honda Parkway was a positive one. Thank you for making our purchase easier. Should we need another vehicle we will definitely consider them again.
This is our third car buying experience here and it was as smooth as the first two. They are superb! They listened to what we were looking for found a great match for us. Very pleasant experience and no pressure sales!
My young son got ripped off from here, which is unfortunate that they felt the need to do that. They screwed themselves out of a lot of future business. This place gives used car dealers a bad name. Will never step foot at this place again.

It was very easy to make an appointment and to get in for my initial 5,000 mile check on my new 2018 Honda Civic. The staff was sharp, on-the-ball and very polite. Yes there is a premium for service at a dealership but the cost was within spitting distance of anything I could have gotten apart from this dealership. They've won my business and I highly recommend them.
Bought a used honda odyssey from them during the day. At night, I discovered that numerous dash bulbs were out. I m pretty handy and am able to replace them myself but needed to get the bulbs at the dealer. I called parkway s parts department and they are $45 total higher than the next two honda dealers in the area. I asked the parts guy if I could get a discount. He said well no . You guys could of given me 10% and retained a customer. Or given me any discount. But saying no, we dont give discounts which is a lie. I WILL NEVER BE BACK
It's OK they don't work with people under 1500 dollars cars or truck and car dealership are so not good!
The service department is outstanding! They are knowledgeable, dependable and consistently helpful. They explain every repair in detail and offer suggestions to keep your car in good condition. On top of all those skills they are incredibly friendly.

Just took a used Dodge charger for a test drive. The check engine and brake light came on. I drove the car one exit up and attempted to drive it back. The car was not shifting properly then stalled out on the southbound Dover ramp. The off-ramp was an extremely dangerous place for it to break down. I had my 16 year old son with me as well. The car was clearly not safe enough to let people test drive yet they let us get inside and go anyway. Not what I expected for a Honda dealership.
The salesman that we met with was very friendly and helpful. But in my 40 years of buying cars/trucks, this is the first time that the gas tank was not filled. Whether it be new or used purchased, that is a common "thank you".

Parkway is always great to work with! They finished in a timely fashion, and were very easy to work with. They provided a loaner vehicle for my wife till the car was finished. The cost, and time was right in line with the estimate.
Just an FYI...if you are told that you will get free car washes, please note that you ONLY get a free car wash IF you go on the day YOUR salesman is working. Otherwise, you will get a speech about how no one else can run your car through the car wash, even though that person is doing absolutely nothing and there are zero customers in the lot. It is YOUR responsibility to find out when YOUR salesman is working. Third time's a charm, Parkway Honda. At least the third time the salesman was pleasant and not RUDE. You need some lessons on how to treat your past and potential future customers. Don't worry, I won't bother you again.....ever.
I travel more than one hour to their service department, bypassing two closer to me, due to the superior customer service and skill of their staff. I deal with Trevor, and he has been great in fixing minor problems like a hole in a tire to complex ones like a faulty radio system in my 2017 Pilot. They do follow-up calls on their work, too. I highly recommend them.

I came in for a transmission fluid drain and fill, then I was asked what the situation was and they found service advisories for a transmission software update. It's a shame this location is a thousand miles from our home. Adam Fulton is a exemplary Service Advisor and we were fortunate to have him and his team service our vehicle.
They have a very friendly & knowledgeable staff. It was quick getting the appointment. Having the loaner option was a huge benefit since we were from out of town! We will be back for future service on our Honda!
We went to the dealership to check out the new Accords. We were impressed not only with the sales end but also the openness of the service area associates. We were offered a great deal on the new car, and service offered a possible solution to keep our old car on the road. Another Honda dealer previously told us we had an unrepairable automatic transmission with no available replacements.
We were very impressed with the size of their service bay area and the fact that their mechanics had so many years of seniority on the job. Most dealerships will not let you near their service areas.

Second Honda dealership we went to after being jacked around and a horrible experince at Waikem Honda. They blew us away here with their customer service and straightforwardness versus Waikem. Gave us a great deal more for our trade and made the whole experience WAY easier. Didn't take four hours to come to a deal we couldn't afford and leave carless like Waikem. ZERO feelings of being pressured to buy a car. SHANE was amazing all around! Showed him exactly what we could afford and did not show us higher priced vehicles or push us to go over budget. Suggested and explained the leasing clearly which was in our price range and we were able to get exactly what we wanted, otherwise would not have been able to afford the car if we just bought it. They gained a long-term customer that day. Love our SUV and won't go anywhere else in the future.

Working in sales myself, I have very high standards for the service I expect and Shane exceeded my expectations. Unlike a lot of dealerships, Shane demonstrated an extreme willingness to work with us, arriving at both a payment that worked for my budget and a Civic option that had the Honda Sensing option my Dad wanted me to have. Called about vehicle this morning. Drove an hour to look at this vehicle and was told they sold it yesterday. Poor service and no communication. Maybe they should cut back on the solitaire.

THEY LIE ABOUT THE SERVICE YOU NEED. BECAUSE THE ADVISOR WORKS ON COMMISSIONS. GET YOURSELF A GOOD PERSONAL MECHANIC. THAT WILL REALLY BE HONEST WITH YOU. THESE PEOPLE ARE THE BOTTEM OF THE BUCKET. HIDDEN CAMERAS HAVE EXPOSE THEM FOR RECOMMEND SERVICES NOT REQUIRED.

Service is a little expensive, and twice now they have grease on the seat and arm rest on both sides of the car.

Went to look at a used vehicle with my wife, for our daughters first vehicle.The salesman was very nice and professional. BUT sales manager had attitude. We ended up buying the vehicle from our salesman, when we called back up after finding some things wrong the service department was very polite and understanding, but when we talked to the sales manager he was very rude, disrespectful, and arrogant with me. We will never be back and hope this gets around!!
For approximately a month, my husband had been looking online nationwide for the best prices on a Honda Pilot. One morning, he called Parkway about a low mileage used Pilot listed on their website. It had been sold the previous evening; however, the salesman offered to find us one. Within an hour, he called us back with what we knew was an amazing deal on exactly the vehicle we wanted. They offered the lowest price we found anywhere. We did have to drive 2 hours to get it, but the whole experience was easy and the service was great. We highly recommend Parkway Honda. It was worth the drive.

The only thing left to discover is if my new Honda can live up to the standards set by this excellent staff.

Since we are enamoured with the new 2017 Odyssey making debut soon we are looking at several dealerships near us from NC, Tn and ,Va. In OH we dealt with Cory and bought our 2013 Accotd and bought. My father and i had a very bad experience with the parkway honda car dealership the vehicle that was purchased smells of gas and antifreeze inside the car and the maintenance staff at the dealership said they couldn't smell anything. When talking to the district manager he was very rude and aggressive we went to the dealership multiple times to try to get the car repaired and got the same results every time overall it was a very terrible experience and I would not recommend shopping for a vehicle there you will be lied to.
