I was met at reception and when I said my name it was recognized immediately. I met the salesman Mark Easton whom I had dealt with by phone and he introduced me to Christine Nam who spent about an hour with me explaining the details of the car.
I need to get to the bank and Mark drove me, giving great service.

Then spent time with the financial person who was very friendly and helpful.

All in all a great experience
