Customer Delight

From the first visit to the dealership, I was very impressed with the service level and friendliness of all staff. The little extras (popcorn, fresh squeezed juice, etc) were also an unexpected treat. When I decided to do a second test drive, I was pleasantly surprised to have Tom offer to come to my house so that I could test drive from there, instead of having to drive to the dealership. This was a great convenience for me.
Josie was very knowledgeable about all of the features of my new IS 250 and was mindful of providing me with the information I needed while managing to my schedule.
It's a great day when your experience goes beyond expectations.
