Recently bought a vehicle from Lexus on the Park. Staff our welcoming, friendly, and customer service focused. For the short time I dealt with the dealership (dealing with different departments) you can tell they strive for customer satisfaction. I have nothing bad to say as I haven t experienced anything negative. I would just say give them an opportunity for your business if your in the market for a Lexus.
