The sales and service experience at Lexus at the Park is outstanding. Everyone I've interacted with (ie/Alistair Baxter, Kathryn Mackenzie etc) know what it means to provide exceptional customer experience. They are quick to respond to all my questions, they work around my schedule, and always provide service options. Every time I go to Lexus on the Park i feel like I'm their most important customer. I wouldn't buy a car anywhere else because I think the service experience is the most important part of the purchase. Thank you Lexus on the Park!
