Dealt with this dealer in regards to a used vehicle. Salesman said car was as Is. I had mentioned that i would like a certified vehicle and was told it was as is. I asked if it could be sold with certification and was told it would need to be inspected and would cost more. This i had no issue with. I was told that car was going to be inspected and i would be informed what if anything the car needed. I then get an email that the car was sold. This is a bad way to do business. When you say you are going to do something and then don't, trust is lost. I eluld not recommend this dealer at all.
My friend was treated very unfairly today at Lexus on the park today from sales rep Ricky, he rescheduled the confirmed appointment without any notice and he cursed to my friend in the lounge, which is completely unacceptable. This isn t somewhere you go to if you want fair service and common respect. Someone should come out and apologise.

I came in today for my first post-sales service and was greeted by Asif who was very courteous and friendly leading to an overall fantastic experience. My first oil change was complimentary in addition to the changing of air filters. I was also given a complimentary voucher for lunch at the Cafe adjacent to the Lexus building (in the Toyota building) where I enjoyed a quiet break and continued to work remotely while waiting. Overall I was highly impressed with the level of professionalism with the staff. Thank you again!

Fast,Friendly and a very Professional Sales Man! I just bought a brand new Lexus, and I am super excited! Connor Houston was so helpful with explaining the variety of different options and models that were available, which helped me gain confidence in that I was getting the vehicle that was perfect for me. I have to say that from my end things were pretty simple, but I can imagine that there was a lot of effort on Connors's end to make the magic happen in this time of social distancing. After visiting a couple Lexus dealership around the GTA over the last couple weeks in search for a new vehicle. Lexus On the park was the stand out dealership for me in terms of atmosphere, experience and customer service.
Thomas Homewood (salesperson) generously offered his time on a busy Saturday afternoon after I made it clearly to him that I wasn't ready to purchase a vehicle yet and was just scouting options. It was a refreshing experience to speak with a sales individual that was genuinely interested in answering my question and not solely concerned with making a sale.
When the time is right I will definitely be back to Lexus on the park to purchase my first Lexus!

If i could give Alistair and his team 6 stars, I would. I started purchasing Lexus vehicles from this dealership 20 years ago and between the quality of the cars and unbelievable service (which is rarely required) it's difficult to consider purchasing any other brand or from any other dealership. In fact, most of my extended family are now Lexus owners. So many of the staff have been there for so long, it is testament to the brand and the management. Fantastic service working with Yama at Lexus on the Park. He was attentive to my criteria and showed the appropriate options to make sure the car I ended up with was the right fit. This is the second Lexus RX 350 that I have purchased and Rene with the delivery, Stefani with the finances and Mark with the purchase were all superb. Mark Easton is the first car sales person in my life who I believe really works to get you the best deal he can for you. My wife still cannot get over that I bought a car over the phone from Mark. As she says "you, of all people, I just can`t believe that this actually happened!"
I went in to look at a used GS350 and was met by Thomas. I walked out a couple hours later with a good deal and a smile on my face. Overall decent experience but below what I would expect from a premium dealership. I was being overly trusting and didn't check the car condition or the paperwork before signing, forgetting it's still a dealer at the end of the day. Good experience up till that point however.

I recently purchased a pre-owned Lexus. It was my first time at Lexus and I was impressed by the sales approach, low key pitch and overall friendliness and feeling you get. In particular my salesman, Benjamin, was excellent. He was very up front, not a lot of pressure, and so accommodating. He even let me take the car home for my wife to see and try it out.
Once purchased again the dealer made the whole process very seamless and not stressful at all. They treat you like a real client not just another body. Lots of value-add here for what you spend.
What really impressed me was that they gave us an hour hands-on training. These cars are complicated technology machines so you need help. Rene was so nice, clear, and helpful. Again you can ask anytime for a refresher or email questions.
Stephen De Silva from Lexus on the Park helped me to get my new vehicle. He invested a lot of time to provide information about the different models that are available. I really appreciate the fact that he allowed me time to make my decision and at no time did he pressure me to sign a deal. This built my confidence in him and I was happy to sign up for my car. Great experience here buying a vehicle. We had the pleasure of dealing with Fadi on the purchase of a RX 350 F-Sport and simply put, he made the entire experience very comfortable from start to finish. There was no pressure to buy and never any stressful haggling. He lined up a seris of vehicles for us to test drive to get a feel of each one and was never intrusive yet was around to address any questions or concerns we did have. As for the dealership, they have some very competitive pricing on their used inventory and it is clean and covid compliant. They really make the experience very comfortable for the customer. All-in-all I'd say probably the best buying experience from start to finish. Really recommend.

Was interested in the pre owned Jaguar F-type which had come to the showtoom, had set up a meeting with Alex to see the car however unfortunately the car was sold before I came. Alex was extremly responsive and commincated well , as the car was sold apologised and offered other options for other cars. Upon discovering my budget , found my business to be waste of time and not necessary to be engaged. Eventually bluntly told me via text that he gets paid by the vehicle he sells and is not interested in meeting me if my preference does not fit my budget as I would be wasting his time.

I ordered a part for a 2015 Lexus RX350 it was the fake plastic piece on the drivers door that pretends to be chrome. I gave them the VIN number to the exact car that was purchased at this dealership and they gave me the wrong part. I also emailed them a picture of the part to verify the exact part I was talking about. With 2 days of emailing and a phone calling and leaving messages there is nobody to rectify this problem!!!!!!

We made an appointment and he called and gave a text to confirm the appointment before we came at 9 a.m.. We had a great experience buying our RX350 here. Cedric was very helpful and the management team were very friendly. A few months later when I brought the car for winter tire fitting and the service was excellent. The one complain I have is that their service department is a little slow in responding to phone calls, I had to call a few times before someone actually helped me. Next time however I used their website to book an appointment and everything was very smooth.

After emailing the dealership about a car i was interested in Fadi called within the hour and was able to give me all the answers I was looking for. When a issue came up with my trade in Fadi was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I wasn't stressed out and assured me that he will "make sure I go home in a beautiful new car". My husband and I came in from Ottawa to pick up our vehicle from Lexus On the Park. Up until our arrival, I had been dealing with Fadi over the phone and via email. He was always available (even on his days off and evenings), polite and courteous. I was very specific with my needs for a 2-3 year old NX200 and Fadi was a great help ...I was also 7.5 months pregnant and maybe a bit demanding!! I missed out on one opportunity, but Fadi found out about a car that came in that met all of my specifications. He called me and sent me the info before it was even listed on their site and it was even better than the car I missed out on! So I jumped at the opportunity without seeing the vehicle and trusting that Fadi had our best interests at heart . Fadi reimbursed our uber to the dealership and met us upon our arrival. We were very pleased with how easy everything was. Our tour of the car, the paperwork and our plates were all taken care of and we were back on the road to Ottawa within 2 hrs! It has been 6 months since our purchase and we are still very happy with our vehicle. I would definitely look forward to having Fadi help us again in the future!

I went to look for a car was unsure on the model I wanted he was patient and narrowed out the best car for me . He gave helped me also choose color and made my Lexus expience a lot better then an other delership was professional, helpful, resourceful on resell value and trade in value . I was thinking of getting a Mercedes however the customer service was horrible and was not comparable to Lexus on the park. Mercedes started implying I was going to ship my car to China and treated me as a child I was assumed I was not able to afford it, didn t have the car ready. They made me test drive a extremely dirty suv and was just plane out rude. Fadi at Lexus was great professional, kind considerate and had told me that people sometimes ship cars to Asia and it was not permitted. However he did not make me feel like he was implicating I would do so. This is my second Lexus and due to my experience I would be considering always returning to Lexus for the resale value and quality of cars.

Toyota contacted me about trading in my RAV4 early. The agent's name is Shajee. From that first call, he never waivered - even when he could tell I was either too busy to take his calls or that I wasn't completely convinced that I shouldn't wait until the lease expired. But he also didn't hound me. His follow-up and then once we met at the dealership, his service, openness, knowledge and approach to moving me towards a decision to upgrade to Lexus was refreshing. Shajee met with us 3 times and each time, he was as professional and respectful of our time as the one before. And as of last weekend, we are in our new Lexus!

I came into Lexus On The Park to shop around for a new vehicle. I hate going to car dealerships and dealing with the salesman, however, when I visited Lexus I was quite pleased. I was greeted by a young man named Cedric who was very respectful and knowledgeable. I explained to him that I was only looking around and that I would NOT be buying anything today.. to my surprise, Cedric's attitude and warm greeting did not change. He continued being friendly and really seemed to care about what I was looking for in a car. Needless to say, when I am ready to buy a Lexus, there is no other person I would rather deal with when I return.

My wife and I attended another Lexus deal in York Region and were totally ignored so we decided to visit Lexus on the Park instead. It was a great experience from the moment we stepped out of our car. We were greeted by a young lady as soon as we entered the building who escorted us to the lounge area for a coffee while she went to get a sales associate for us. His name was Benjamin and he was truly a gentleman. He was able to answer all our questions and to provide us with several options to fill our needs. We decided on an RX350 and are delighted with our choice. I have been very impressed with the whole Lexus on the Park customer service team, especially sales rep Cedric Meschino, who went above and beyond the call of duty to meet my needs, and Christine Nam, who gave me superb instructions on how to navigate the great technology in my RX 350.
This is my second RX 350, which I purchased because my first, which I still drive with 190,000 km, has been such a solid, maintenance-free vehicle. My one complaint is that it hasn t stopped raining since I bought my new RX and I refuse to drive it in the rain!

Had a very below average experience with A mandarin speaking sales. He pushed us very hard on a higher package with add-ons that we don t really need and told us to test drive other cars that suit our budget but we are not interested (wanted an NX, proposed to try IS, ran out IS awd, propose to try rwd)... he tried really hard to sell us one car from the dealership but fail to recognize our needs. This dealership also charges an admin/doc fee of approximately 700 five or take. I really can t buy my lexus here despite their fancy building.
We recently bought a Lexus Nx300 from Lexus on the park. Our experience with the dealership was incredible. This wouldn't have been possible without the right guidance and help from Sean Shalchian. He walked us through the entire process, listened to our needs and tried to work out a deal which suits both our needs and budget. Well organized. The on-site cafeteria is a nice touch. The cafeteria is Wi-Fi ready and serves fresh food. It is a comfortable place to sit around and wait. Also noticed a few TVs around the room. The only drawback is you have to exit the Lexus building and walk across the parking lot outside to the Toyota building get to it which is tricky in slippery and inclement weather. Lots of attendants that keep you informed of the status of the work. As with all Lexus the work is a little pricey but they seem thorough.
I purchased a new car probably not at the best time, coinciding when the COViD-19 pandemic hit and in the midst of the economy collapsing. As a 1st time Lexus owner, Peter D Costa was a superb professional who was very knowledgeable in guiding me through the new vehicle purchase. Peter worked with Kathryn both of whom were patient and supported a feasible date/time for me to retrieve my new wheels . Upon which I received an excellent onsite orientation by Christine.
