I would just like to thank Alex Thomas and the team at Lexus on the Park with helping me get my new car. They couldn't of been more helpful going through with the process especially with it being my first time leasing a vehicle. Excellent customer service from the application process to delivery. Alex was absolutely brilliant and went above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth experience. He was in constant contact throughout the process, always on hand to answer any queries I had. I'm very happy with the service Alex provided and I would definitely deal with him again when my leasing runs out. He made the whole process really easy and I have already recommended him to my colleagues.
