Long story, they inspected my end of lease car and advised me that I am covered for scratches and dents and I can return it on due date since i had WT warranty . On the day of return they counted each scratch and dent for $200-400 and asked for $2800 ( $6800 minus 4000 wear warranty) .
I told them this is not right.
I told them i am going to put a rating on website and i am doing so.
Finally they reduced it to $400. And i paid it to go and grab my new car from other dealer.
Dropped by on the last day of march to check out the Fsport promotion and what a pleasant experience I had! Although didn't end up signing the contract at this location but Ali (Sales Rep) had provided phenomenal service. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service! I had a screw lodged in my tire that could not be fixed and had to be repaired. I called in the morning to ask if I could bring my car in - although they noted that they were fully booked with appointments, they would still try to fit me in. I was in and out within 45 mins. Lexus on the park has a bad rep for a long time. Don't get tricked by the fake online comments, the sales person Fadi is an unprofessional salesperson. Laking in politeness, zero customer service, bad attitude and worst etc. The manager seems to not care what's happening around, only senior people tend to buy Lexus these days, now I know why they don't know when they are being miss led and lied to. Fadi told me the price of car 3000$ more compare to on the website and that his fees are included rip off 0/100.

We were visiting Toronto when we heard a funny noise while driving our Lexus on a Saturday afternoon. We called Lexus on the Park, worried that we could not deal with this until Monday. They told us to come right over and they would look at it. Our service advisor, Brian Mitchell, got right on it. They told us it was a rusted part that was not safety-related, so we could drive back to Ottawa with no worries. They removed the part, put it in a bag and gave it to us. They told us to see our Ottawa dealer ASAP to get the part replaced. When I asked Brian about Lexus oversight, he told me that the one word they were not allowed to use with a customer was "no". We were extremely satisfied with Brian's service.

I had a fabulous experience at Lexus on the Park when I bought my Lexus RX 350. My salesperson was Kevin Loth and he was outstanding. He helped me find the perfect car, took me for a long test drive and explained all the features of the car, and was honest and extremely helpful from start to finish. I had been to a couple of other dealerships and my service at one in particular was unfriendly and unhelpful, so it was a pretty dramatic contrast to deal with Kevin. He made it easy to complete the transaction and with the help of Katherine, I got my new car quickly with license plate stickers for the next two years.
When I went to pick up the car, again the service was prompt, extremely friendly and helpful. Josie Allen spent at least an hour explaining all of the car's features, and offering to give me further help sessions if I needed at any time. Kevin was there also to help me in any way he could.

i bought Lexus 2015 ES300h confident enough that this dealership has a good refutation for their used car especially the BRAND LEXUS. However, both of the Salesmen and the used Manager, never told me that car was on accident , until one of my friends who worked on Auto Collision shop told me that , the left side of the car and the front could be seen that the paints are chipping or peeling. Until, one day when I washed and dry the paint had started to peel-off. So, i called the salesman who sold to me the car, First, he said that in order to repair the paint damage I have to pay for 500 bucks. With all that frustrations and disappointments about this car I called Lexus Canada. And told me go to back to Lexus On The Park dealership which I did and ask for the used car manager. At this point, the used car agreed to repaint the peel-off damaged but did not paint the rest of my complaint, After, returning to pickup my car, another disappoint again on my part as customer the car was not clean yet with those dusts coming from the painter"s job. Same situation upon picking up my after signing the documents the car interior was not clean, I was thankful, that one of guys in service bay offered to clean the dusts.
The other issues were: the brakes and tires were not balance , weird noise (as this writing and after the foreman went with me to hear the noise) where it came from after applying the brakes even after the brakes bleeded or service already after my complaint. Overall, I would NEVER again buy a car or SUV in this location. where HONESTY IS NOT THEIR BEST POLICY IN SERVICE. of this said dealer.

He answered all of my questions politely and tried to help more than he can. Also, he returned my calls, emails and text messages very quickly.

CSR was polite and helpful. Receptionists have a very bad attitude. Estimate for body repairs triple the price of any place else. Navigation systems in desperate need of an overhaul and update; so much so that I doubt I'd buy another Lexus.

Bunch of liars. I went to view a vehicle that i was interested in. This vehicle was advertised as an accident vehicle so the price was dropped significantly. I presented my trade in which was also a Lexus but when they found out that I was very interested they tried to bump up the price by saying the vehicle is a high end so they just add an amount for me to pay plus my vehicle which was also a 2017 . I gave my offer but they refused When I asked them how much they are giving me for my trade they refused to tell me and when I insisted the guy said to me I will call you back in about twenty minutes he text me later and said apparently the vehicle is sold I'm sorry. This is not the way a Lexus dealer should treat their customers. If you don't agree to my offer just say so. Worse Lexus dealership.

Excellent customer service starts from the moment you enter the store. Options are explained to the customer and once the car purchase is negotiated there is no heavy handed pressure on the extended warranty options. Upon delivery of the car they have designated staff to review the functions of your new car ; not the hurried 5 minute session you get in some dealerships. If you return for car maintenance or service at Lexus on the Park the advisors are top notch and review your maintenance history before making any suggestions.
