Worst service department I have ever been to. I wouldn't recommend ever going to this place.

My truck was towed to this dealership because it was the closest. They drained my fuel lines and had the truck up and running again within a timely manner. However, when I went to pick it up, they mentioned the gas gauge wasn't working. They told me it would be an additional charge to fix this or I could drive it around for a few weeks and come back and they would fix it then. The gas gauge was never an issue before and was damaged during their work. The manager advised that he didn't know if it was working when the truck came in so his team isn't responsible. It's a 2015 Toyota Tacoma! It was definitely working when it came into the shop. To keep a long story short, this has been escalated to the customer service manager who advised she couldn't help in any way. I spoke to another manager in the service department and she hung up the phone midway through the phone call. Absolutely terrible service! Don't ever go here

I've been disappointed with our experience here. Our truck has been back to the dealership twice since we purchased it 4 weeks ago. The first time they told us it would be repaired in a day or two, turned out they kept the truck for over a week! The second visit was because they didn't put a part back in the correct place when they were making repairs to it the first time.

Very frustrating that we've taken a LOT of time and effort to bring the truck back and forth for repairs that should have been taken care of before it was put on the lot for sale. Additionally, when we needed to grab our skis out of the back of the truck during it's week-long repair, the service team couldn't locate our vehicle! They made me drive around the lot searching for it myself without offering to help. I ended up peeking my head into an open garage door on site and flagging down a mechanic to ask for help. By chance, the garage door I selected had our truck around the corner. Again, very frustrating and disappointing.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, and I regret that we bought our truck here.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. I have never been treated so poorly while trying to give someone the chance to earn 40K worth of business. I called them to discuss pricing on ordering a truck to be made in the factory. They gave me an offer which was the best offer I had received yet. I said that sounded good and I would drive up to finalize it. On the way, I got an offer from another dealership for somewhat less. I texted the representative to let them know of the new offer but that I appreciated their willingness to give me a good deal to begin with and wanted them to get a chance to earn my business. They said to drive on up and they would beat it. 1 hour drive both ways. I get there and the sales manager gruffly says he will beat their offer by 25$ while being visibly upset saying it. It was a slap in the face. Not worth my time or gas money. I said, I didn't appreciate the nickle and diming. He then yelled at me that I was the one nickle and diming. I knew our conversation was done and I offered to shake his hand on my way out. He just sat there and wouldn't even shake my hand. Then his manager called me as I was driving to the other dealership to finalize my purchase there and accused me of being dishonest because I didn't turn down the other dealership's offer like we had some contract or something. Regardless of price, I will never return to Larry H Miller based on how I was treated. I think they are forgetting that they need my business and not the other way around. Terrible management.

Just purchased a 2017 Toyota Highlander. The staff at LHM Toyota in Murray, UT were awesome to work with, especially Sam our Salesman. No pressure or haggling. I would strongly recommend this dealership and staff to anyone thinking about purchasing a new or used vehicle!

My credit is horrible and I went to Low Book Sales for a car thinking it would cheaper monthly because they work with people with bad credit. I was wrong. They wanted to give me a 2010 Jetta for $495 a month. I called over at Toyota and they told me not to take the deal. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable and pay attention to your needs before putting you in a car you don't like. With Toyota Murray, I was able to get a brand new 0 miles car for a much lower payment. Go to these guys before you go anywhere else. I am glad I did.Thank you to Ryan S. in Sales and Robert in Finance.

I've been going to Larry Miller for service for my autos since 1984 when we bought a used Mazda from their Plymouth Chrysler dealership. Four years later we bought a new Plymouth Voyager Van there. We appreciated their dependable service at that time.
We bought our first Toyota a Camry in 1996. Since then we have purchased and had serviced exclusively at Larry Miller's Toyota in Murray an 2006 Avalon, a used Tundra Truck, and finally a 2014 Avalon. We continue to have both the Tundra and the new Avalon serviced there and appreciate the personal and timely service for both vehicles at Larry H. Miller Toyota.

I walked in to spend almost $30,000 to buy a new car and no one greeted me. Several representatives were just sitting around on couches and I had to walk up and ask who I could talk to about a car. I went to this dealership knowing that I was going to order a car and have it sent here because they didn't have the color or trim that I wanted available (the only one they had was a bright blue and bright colors are speeding ticket magnets).

Before I got there, they told me there was a car in the color and trim that I wanted and said I could put down $500 refundable to have the car here in 3-5 days. Then I got there on a Tuesday and the time frame for delivery changed to a week. Okay, fine. Friday rolls around, and I call for an update on the car. As it turns out, they had notice of the car that I wanted already being SOLD TO SOMEONE ELSE since Wednesday night! It's bad enough that Toyota promised a car to two people, but then they just sat on the information and yawned that there was an update when I took the initiative to call.

I could either choose another color or wait 6-12 weeks for a car directly from Japan (conveniently outside of the window of all the promotions they are currently running). Yet apparently, even after they waste my time and money, I can't even have any discounts besides a $100 upgrade in floor mats. Promotions at car dealerships are negotiable, especially in these instances. I literally cannot believe the nerve it takes someone to mess up their job and then still expect the customer to pay full price.

Never owned at Toyota before, but as Honda and Subaru have been dragging their feet on hybrid mid-sized SUVs, so we figured Toyota was worth a shot. We picked Larry H Miller because of their local charity work. This was our second visit after an initial research trip. Ryan was busy this time, so we were paired up with Angela. I thought this would also be a research trip, but the end of year discounts were good enough that we traded in the minivan and bought the hybrid Highlander. AWD and better gas mileage is a plus. Angela was super helpful, but chill and making sure we weren't rushing into a choice we'd later regret. I always forget how long buying a new car takes, but overall everyone was super helpful and Ryan stepped back in to help with the paperwork. We got what we thought was a very good price on the Highlander and what we thought was a good trade-in value for the minivan.
Summary: Car price was great. Angela was great. Ryan was great. Didn't feel any high-pressure BS. Looking forward to seeing them again in 8-10 years when it's time to trade this one in.

Bought our Camry from them. Love the car.... They sold us a warranty that covers everything. Have had multiple problems with the driver seat leather. Every time we took it in, service guy would say I don t know why they keep selling this warranty, it s not working for us , after 5 times of bringing it back, they informed us that they will not honor any part of the warranty that we paid for. I know get a lawyer. Nope I ll just move on and tell through here and all my friends and family... Plenty of other dealers...

Absolutely horrible experience last time I was in. Lied about servicing my car and tried to upsale me on a standard oil change. I get trying to sell your deals and for that I can understand. What I don t understand is why you claim you do a 15 point inspection but actually ignore it. I brought in a previous report from another Toyota with issues they claimed should be fixed in the next year or so and your service department said mechanics look at cars differently and decide on what them deam should be fixed or not . Well one of the issues was my battery was not performing well on my previous report, and you guys did NOT acknowledge this. Low and behold my battery died 2 weeks later and had to be replaced. The report provided on my car from your store said absolutely nothing was wrong with my car and nothing needed to be fixed or be checked up on. I will never waste my money on a service department that makes false claims about services they provide.

Unfortunately, we had a TERRIBLE experience working with one of the sales managers. The sales representative we were working with, Bjoern, was very helpful (even came in on his day off). When we asked to see a contract stating the conditions of the financing option, the sales manager, RICHARD PROSPERO, treated us HORRIBLY. My husband and I simply wanted to read over the contract to better understand the terms regarding the pre-payment penalty before we signed. Prior to coming in to sign on the car, we were told there was no pre-payment penalty for financing. When we got there, that completely changed. RICHARD PROSPERO told us that we were required to do at least 6 payments. When we told him we were told differently, he was VERY rude and disrespectful. He wouldn't look us in the eye, he was lying about the contract, raised his voice, tried to kick us out for asking to see the contract, and told us we were unwelcome in the dealership. I can't believe he had the nerve to try and kick us out for simply wanting to verify before signing financing papers. Do we not have the right to know what we are signing for?! HE WAS TERRIBLE.

Matt was the best sales person you can ever work with. He was extremely patient with our Indecisive pickiness. Also our delivery manager Allen who was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. And last but not least Scott our Finance manager, made such a tranquil and happy experience. If you are looking for a new Toyota... this is the place. That treat you like royalty. I broke my drivers side mirror at 8 am on a day when I would be traveling to Idaho (125 miles one way) and returning home in 3 days. I figured I had to get this fixed now. So I went into Larry H. Miller Toyota and within 2 hours, I had a new mirror for the trip to Idaho.
I will be going back to LHM Toyota when I trade in my Tundra, but for now, I like my new mirror, and Larry H. Miller Toyota.

Went in for a minor unscheduled repair, which at another dealership I was told would take 2 hours, and the guys here did it in 10 minutes and didn't even charge me for the labor. Plus, they were super friendly. I will bring my Avalon here for all future service.

Went in for just an oil change with an appointment today. Showed up about 5 minutes early and got all checked in. I then sat in the waiting area for a full two hours after my appointment time with no word. Asked the service rep what was going on at that point and he informed me they were working on it now... Another 25 minutes before it was ready. They knocked off 40 bucks for leaving me hanging but I'd rather have my 2 1/2 hours back.

I have had a few bad experiences at dealerships, but I can honestly say this place has changed my mind!! We worked with Rome who was very nice and surprisingly not pushy. He was very patient and showed us everything we wanted to look at. Dave the manager was able to exceed our expectations by giving the us exactly what we wanted!! I have never left a dealership saying those words. Thanks to the whole team involved in our sale for making it a truly exciting experience!!!

Not once did anyone say hi to me or ask if they could help. There were salesman just standing around. Good way to lose a sale. I found another dealership that was helpful.

I had the honor of meeting Triston Gossett at the dealership who helped me choose a truck in my price range and walked me through ordering and the delivery process. This would be our 4th car purchased here, all went smooth was happy with the price and purchase it was not until I look over the contract that I has signed. Mehdi Ahmadian was very misleading, he lied and manipulated my final price adding an additional 5k I did not agree on during my contract. That must why you guys give the final contract in a flash drive how shady and disappointing.

Overprice, car sellers will scam you just for sell more and the customer service is bad. Bought a car and also a maintenance service and went to use it and wasn't showing on the system, called finance department and they say it will expire 4 days. Which means $100 for 1 oil change, when they told us was good for 12K miles and never mentioned that was for 12 months. Go Tim Dahle Nissan, will honor you the maintenance service until you finish the 3 changes.

We had an appointment to get a recall taken care of. All that needed to happen was a software update. They didn't even have to take out anything or replace any parts. It should have taken a half hour at most, My husband has been there for 3 hours now and there's no end in sight. What is the point of having an appointment if it's really just first come first serve! If we'd known that an appointment really meant that the car would be there all day until they got around to it, we could have made other arrangements, but we assumed that an appointment meant that we would be taken care of when we arrived (or soon thereafter). If they knew that they wouldn't be able to take care of the car when he arrived, it would have been courteous for them to have told him in advance so we could plan accordingly. Additionally, when there were problems that slowed things down, they didn't keep him informed. When he finally went to ask what was going on, they told him there had been computer problems (but had felt no need to tell him until he asked).
Update: And to finish off this ridiculous visit, they finished the car and now they can't figure out where they put it, so he's still there waiting for them to locate his car so he can leave.
Additional update: Nevermind, they not only can't find the vehicle, they actually aren't done working on it because they're still having computer problems, so after 4 hours of waiting, they're giving us a loaner vehicle and we will have to go pick up our car another day. If I could give negative stars, I would.

My husband and I had been in phone contact with Jared from LHM Toyota regarding us wanting to trade in our motorcycle (Suzuki SV650) and our Toyota Prius for a truck now that we don't have to commute for work like we once did. Jared kept saying phrases like 'I'll take care of you' and 'I won't lose you to a numbers game' and 'My goal is to get you into a vehicle'. He seemed so promising and positive about the whole thing.
I wanted estimates for our vehicles to see how much the trade in value would be but he said he could not give them to me over the phone and that I would have to bring the vehicles in to get the estimate (pictures and vin were not enough). I also had a $30,000 dollar budget I was looking for after trade in and dealer discounts. I was real clear with what I was looking for - we have 6 people in our family so I wanted a 6 seater truck (one with a bench seat in the front) crew max (the full sized double doors) and nothing white, red, or gold. I searched their inventory online and found a toyota tundra for $32,000 with just under 20,000 miles that has 6 seats and was the crew max. I sent this vehicle to Jared and made arrangements to meet him on the weekend and kept in contact daily.
Once we arrived there today the vehicle we wanted was not there (they sold it without telling us or warning us)... and when I asked him about it he said it only had 5 seats anyway (he flat out lied) so i showed him the pictures I still had of it... and I had asked him earlier in the week to keep an eye out for what we wanted and here we are meeting him and they only have 2 trucks total that have 6 seats... one is a crew max but is white, and the other is only a double cab and is light silver... so in other words they had nothing that we liked and we traveled an hour to look at their inventory - driving both vehicles so they could appraise them.... all for a waste. Thank you Jared for trying to be sleazy and just get me down there instead of being real with me... I would never recommend you again. Terrible customer service by Jared.
But we met Joe there, another sales rep and he seemed a lot more honest and was a lot more easier to work with and so we started working with him... so we'll see the outcome.

.....My update: We ended up working with Joe to get a 2013 brand new Toyota Tundra with Joe. Joe was AMAZING... he was so great to work with - he was easy to talk to and he was down to earth. He was realistic and honest and helped us achieve what we wanted in the end. Our initial budget was 30,000 so our payments could stay the same as what we had been currently paying and we had a loan on standby with america first credit union... Joe was honest with us and told us that our budget and what we wanted to get was unreachable - but offered a solution stating we could apply with Toyota and get a lower rate and thus still have the same payment but just have a slightly larger loan. So he worked with us every step of the way getting us a 6 seater truck, upgraded wheels, with the payment amount we wanted. If I were to ever by a vehicle again the first person I would go to is Joe... he was just so great and really went to work for us. He was easy to reach by phone or text and kept in contact with us the entire time. He even sent pictures of some wheels to help us in our upgrade selection. Great guy, go buy cars from him, he will get you taken care of. The only further problems I encountered is they wanted to give part of the commission to Jared the Jerk (see first review) which would have made us upset, but luckily the floor manager we spoke with made sure he didn't get a penny of our money which we were glad for. Thank you Joe! We have been in love with our truck! For Joe I would give 5 stars! But overall I went with 4 stars since it was such a pain in the butt in the beginning because of Jared.

Initially, I was not impressed with my original salesmen on 2 separate occasions. However, I worked with Scott Anderson and Tyson to purchase this vehicle. They were both knowledgeable and to the point, helped me get the vehicle I wanted, the way I wanted it. Overall a smooth and positive experience purchasing from LHM.

My service associate was very friendly and helpful. The actual service of my vehicle took far less time than I thought it would. It was quickly diagnosed and the necessary repairs made in a timely manner. My service associate took care to update me of the status of my vehicle and finished up my paperwork to complete my vehicle service, again he was super friendly! The interior of my vehicle upon my receiving it back after maintenance was MUCH cleaner than my previous experience (a simple oil change)!! It took me 20 minutes to clean out the floor mats, seat and steering wheel/ dashboard. It was awful! I complained on their website and received NO response. So I was hesitant to return this time around. Thankfully all went far better and whoever the actual maintenance tech was treated my vehicle with the respect I expect of Larry H Miller Toyota. So overall a much more pleasant experience which I am pleased with because this car dealership is a very convenient location for me!

I took it there twice for the same problem that a brand new car should not have but cause they can't figure out what's wrong with it they just cover it up and say it works normally! The next step is to call Toyota company and have them to send me to another dealership who knows better.

I had a very positive and unique buying experience with Larry Miller Toyota. I'd been casually shopping for a 4Runner for the last year off and on waiting for the right time. I dreaded going into dealerships to look at the vehicles because of the typical car salesman stereo type that I would have to deal with. I called the Larry Miller dealership on the phone to see if they had a particular model in stock. The professionalism, humor, likability, and ability to listen over the phone immediately caught my attention. As the conversation progressed the salesman called me on his cell phone so we could FaceTime - giving me the ability to view the vehicle before driving down. I had specific details I was looking for, I'm pretty picky. This salesman was in and out of the vehicle with his phone to show me what I was looking for. He wanted to earn my business. I didn't feel pressure from my dealer, he made me feel like I have the power and would always put the ball in my court. By using FaceTime it helped me see and interact with the dealer even before arriving, there were no surprises when I arrived in person. Negotiations were direct and mixed with humor, there wasn't any fluff or pushing around. We briefly discussed price and got to an amount that I could not turn down. It wasn't until after their closing time that I got to the dealership, but when I arrived the staff and my dealer were extremely cordial and had the car waiting out front. I ended up leaving the dealership super late. Through the checkout process, all of the Larry Miller team didn't seem to rush me or give me less attention because of the time of day. I really appreciate the time they took to work with me.

Larry Miller Toyota did an amazing job at creating the ultimate customer experience for me. They were low pressure, let me name my price, and made the car buying experience fun. I just wish I had enough money to go buy another car from them right now :) They have earned my business and have raised the standard for other dealerships.

Our experience from beginning to end was amazing! We had a great salesmen Alan Weeks who was able to get us pre-approved before we came and wasted anyone's time. He was very friendly not pushy and great to work with. Our financial guy was Jeff and he was fun to talk to and made us very excited about our purchase. Never were we pushed by anyone and everyone there at the store was friendly and more than willing to help.

He helped make a confident decision while getting me all the bells and whistles I did not think I could originally afford. He guided me through the process of applying for my first auto loan. He was well informed and gave me intelligible insight. I found exactly what I wanted and stayed within my monthly budget. He is great at what he does! I would highly recommend his sales expertise to anyone looking for a hassle free, honest sales/leasing associate. Tony provided me with comprehensive information surrounding my warranty and the loan process. The entire staff at Larry H Miller Toyota Murray was amazing. They made this experience better than I could have imagined. Having declared bankruptcy with in the last year I thought I wouldn't qualify for a brand new car. I thought I'd be stuck getting used car after used car for life. They helped me out and hooked me up. I will definitely be buying a new car from them many years from now. For now I'm gonna enjoy my 2017 Toyota Yaris iA. I would definitely recommend Larry H. Miller Toyota to my friends and family. Thank you, Richard and the rest of the crew who helped me out. I love my new baby.

We wanted to make sure we were getting the very best deal, so we spent hours negotiating price over the phone with 5 different Toyota dealerships. We ultimately came to Larry H. Miller because Lance Rolfe gave us beat out other offer. He was easy to work with and didn't feel taken advantage of. Glad to have found a dealer who wasn't sleazy.

Left lots of grease on the door handle. Made an appointment for 7:30, got there early, waited for 20 minutes before anyone talked to me. Was told it would take 45 min. Didn't get out of there till 9... Took twice as long as they said. All for a tire rotation and fluids check.

We got our new car from here back in November. We were in a crappy situation with our old Sequoia. My wife loved her car because it was huge and our sales man Rick and floor manager Greg spent 6 1/2 hours with us finding a car that was big enough and in our price range. Both of them were fantastic and we really enjoyed our experience with them. We will defiantly be back in the future.

Both Scott Anderson and the closing agent were pleasant, helpful, answered all of our questions to our satisfaction, and went out of their way to accommodate our needs and reasonable expectations. I was treaty poorly by your Casey, he was very rude and not friendly, I was there on Saturday morning by an oil changed, I was 1st on line and I waited 1 and 20 minutes to get my car done, when It passed an hour and did not get my car ready , I asked Casey how long it s going to take to get my car done and he said because I did not get an appointment other people who did have the preference before me, As far as I know Saturday are not required to get appointments first to show first to service, after Casey with a tone not friendly told me that , I move from there , he and two more employees were looking at me and laughing, that was very unprofessional.

I ve been getting my Camry serviced through Larry H Miller for years back in California. I was happy to find one here in Utah. Very friendly employees who work quickly. They also have a comfortable and beautiful waiting area, with popcorn, hot drinks, and a soda machine, all for free.

Nice enough people, but they are terrible at setting correct timeframes for service. My oil change took ridiculously longer than what they initially told me, and I had to go hunt someone down twice and they gave me more inaccurate timeframes. If it s realistically going to be an additional 45 minutes, don t tell me it ll only be another 15. It s important to respect your clients time and have the decency to let them know when you are running behind so they can make arrangements accordingly. An oil change shouldn t take 4+ hours (which mine did), but if that s how long it will be at least tell me upfront so I don t waste my day.

I wanted to take a moment to tell you how very impressed and pleased I am with the service that I received today while buying my 1994 Toyota Land Cruiser. Brett Hansen was my sales consultant, he was very friendly and helped me find the perfect car in my budget. I recently lost my Toyota to a car accident and I was less than thrilled with the idea of buying another car. Brett listened to my concerns and he made the experience fun and easy going. He connected with me on a personal level and made me feel like a valued customer even though I was spending less than $10,000.00. I really couldn't have asked for a more friendly and professional sales consultant. Brett is a true asset to your organization and I wanted you to know how much I appreciated his service today.

Just when I thought that the experience today couldn't have gotten any better Brett introduced me to Josh Ekenstam in the finance department.Josh has an incredible sense of humor and he had me laughing and smiling through the entire process. I have never had such an enjoyable experience while going over such boring material. In the past having to deal with finance people while buying a car made me wish that I was anywhere but there, but not today. Josh was friendly and professional while covering all of my options and he made sure that all of questions and concerns were answered clearly. I truly appreciate his combination of friendliness and professionalism. I couldn't have asked for a better experience today, which is why I gave the highest marks in all of the above categories.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and I hope that you will thank both Brett and Josh for me. I will be buying all of my cars for the Larry H Miller in Murray as long as these two employees are there.

Worst service ever. Don't every go to Larry H. Miller Toyota Murray if you want to buy a car, lease a car, or do anything other than service your vehicle which is fair at best. If you want to waste your entire Saturday being jerked around then that is the place to go! I went in to buy my pick-up off of the lease and had my portion of the paperwork and credit checks done in under 30 minutes. I then proceeded to wait 3 more hours before I was able to go in to meet with the finance manager. 3 hours! And there was not a long line or any reason for me to wait that long. All in all it took from 10 AM to 3 PM to do a simple buy off of a lease. Since then I registered my pickup in Utah and my plates have yet to come in and the temporary license on my pickup expires in a week. If they aren't in and I get pulled over the lady said that they would only pay a portion of the fees and that was after waiting on hold for 15 minutes to have her say that. The service here is not good and they are the opposite of the hassle/worry free motto they preach. Go to Karl Malone toyota. Way more down to earth from my experience.

Went in for a 19 Toyota Tacoma. The sales manager was an absolute joke! Treated me like I didn t know what I was talking about, offered me rock bottom for my trade, and claimed I needed new tires. I had put new tires on in June and when asked to go look at what he was looking at, he just pulled a tire depth gauge out and wouldn t take me out to my car. As all of this was happening, we were going back and forth on numbers and I was repeatedly asked if I could handle a big boy payment on this truck and that it wasn t looking like they were going to sell me a car today . Absolute joke of customer service by the sales manager. Took my business to another Toyota dealership right after, got the right price for the trade and in the truck I wanted for the right payment.

I bought a Camry from this location back in November. I am really happy with it so, and I recently brought it in for servicing and to utilize the cosmetic warranties I purchased. They have exceeded my expectations! It took some communication with the service manager Levi, but I am grateful for being able to work with him and I've really enjoyed all I've come into contact with here. We all know how dealerships can be, so it says a lot that I'm giving them 5 stars. Highly recommend! Thanks guys.

I had a repair done from a dealer in CT. After a long drive it was having a problem. This dealer fixed it up for me no problem. They also looked at a couple other issues with the car and gave me options for quick easy repairs. Did not charge me a thing.
