I had a great experience purchasing an Aqua Lily Pad as a gift for my mom. Shipping was delayed due to COVID but I was kept in the loop and once the pad shipped out we had it in under 48 hours. When our pad came it had a minor rip in it, so I contacted ALP and they quickly resolved the issue. I heard back almost immediately and was given the option to send the pad back (at no expense to myself) and replace the pad with a new one or get a free repair kit and wireless speaker for the inconvenience. I would highly recommend ALP for their awesome products and great customer service.
Purchased June 5th still hasn t arrived. What s more disappointing is website mentioned no issues with shipping times, back orders, etc. when called the company, the mentioned they were slow processing / shipping due to Covid. Which is understandable. How ever of this is the case update your website with correct info so expectations are correct from your customer. Competing companies had in stock product and could have arrived in days. Information provided by your company now states it was shipped on 6.15 and due to arrive 6.19.20. This post is 6.24 and still hasn t arrived, and your company has not responded to why. In this day of tracking info we should know where the product is and date of delivery.
Hope the product is good when it arrives as sadly it will be last purchase from this company direct. I highly recommend using Amazon or direct through Costco If purchasing.
Poor customer service and shipping. Ordered on 6/4. Order was updated on 6/22 indicating it was shipped. Product didn't actually ship until 6/30. One month after ordering and I have yet to receive the product.
