I had a very positive and unique buying experience with Larry Miller Toyota. I'd been casually shopping for a 4Runner for the last year off and on waiting for the right time. I dreaded going into dealerships to look at the vehicles because of the typical car salesman stereo type that I would have to deal with. I called the Larry Miller dealership on the phone to see if they had a particular model in stock. The professionalism, humor, likability, and ability to listen over the phone immediately caught my attention. As the conversation progressed the salesman called me on his cell phone so we could FaceTime - giving me the ability to view the vehicle before driving down. I had specific details I was looking for, I'm pretty picky. This salesman was in and out of the vehicle with his phone to show me what I was looking for. He wanted to earn my business. I didn't feel pressure from my dealer, he made me feel like I have the power and would always put the ball in my court. By using FaceTime it helped me see and interact with the dealer even before arriving, there were no surprises when I arrived in person. Negotiations were direct and mixed with humor, there wasn't any fluff or pushing around. We briefly discussed price and got to an amount that I could not turn down. It wasn't until after their closing time that I got to the dealership, but when I arrived the staff and my dealer were extremely cordial and had the car waiting out front. I ended up leaving the dealership super late. Through the checkout process, all of the Larry Miller team didn't seem to rush me or give me less attention because of the time of day. I really appreciate the time they took to work with me.

Larry Miller Toyota did an amazing job at creating the ultimate customer experience for me. They were low pressure, let me name my price, and made the car buying experience fun. I just wish I had enough money to go buy another car from them right now :) They have earned my business and have raised the standard for other dealerships.
